호텔 세르니고브 (Hotel Cernigov) - 흐라데츠크랄로베

I cam to this hotel to spend one night, chose it due to the location- right across from the train station. Upon my arrival I was told that my reservation doesn't appear on the computer, nor my name or itinerary number. The lady at the reception kept me waiting without updating me what's going on, not answering my questions and basically looking at the […] computer and ignoring me. Eventually she told me they had no available rooms. Only after I succeeded to get her attention did she find two available rooms like I reserved, without an apology or anything. Besides that- the hotel stood up to my expectations, just a normal place to spend a night for an occasion close by. Only minus- no A/C and the rooms are very small and hot. Personally, I'd rather stay in the much more expansive hotel in this little town if I only knew... 더 보기

Arrived at the hotel to be greeted with confusion - there was no record of our booking. Eventually this was sorted, but the service received on arrival verged on plain rude. No manners, nor even a smile. Not the greatest welcome after a day's travelling. Room was basic, but did the job for a 3 night stay. Sheets were clean, room was tidy, shame about […] the skid marks left in the toilet! There is no safe in the room, but apparently there is at reception. After our initial 'welcome', we didn't risk this. Also, the 'designer toiletries' do not at all live up to their name - bring your own! Buffet breakfast was ok - selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit, hot dogs, soup, cakes etc. Also orange squash, tea and coffee. Served 6.30-10am. Over the 3 days, service did improve (when a different receptionist was on duty). Staff at the bar seemed nice enough too. A warning if you need to use the internet - bring a laptop! We were expecting to check in online for our flight home after reading that the hotel has internet. However this is only wireless access. There are no computers to use, so we had to find an internet café when we travelled to Prague. Another note - English isn't spoken as fluently as in tourist-oriented areas, which is fair enough. So it helps to learn a few basic Czech phrases. Overall, the hotel is basic, but we just used it as a base to sleep, wash and eat breakfast, then went out for the day. Hôtel situé près de la gare, mais sans les bruits des trains. Bätiment années 1970 sans grand charme. Le seul restaurant ouvert dans les environs est le (bon) restaurant asiatique au sous-sol de l'hôtel. C'est étonnant en rép Tchèque.

Hotellet ser meget slitt ut fra utsiden, heldigvis noe bedre fra innsiden. Innredningen daterer langt tilbake, og de ansatte snakker lite engelsk, er lite hyggelig og nesten frekk da de ikke svarer ved tiltale eller hilsen... Under frokosten som begynte kl. 6.00 var allerede mesteparten borte kl.8.00. Ingen sunne alternativer, litt frukt, eple. Veldig […] forstyrrende ansatte under frokosten. Produktene vi fikk var lav kvalitet og luktet ikke godt. Det var meget varmt i hotellet og rommet, ingen AirCondition. Helt i naerheten av tog og buss stasjon! Men ogsaa 15-20min gange utenfor sentrum. Anbefaler bare for et kort opphold med lavt budsjett, bedre enn ett hostel. 더 보기

"Som Ni förstår av betyget ovan kan jag inte skriva någon recension, att detta kan vara ett 3 sjärnigt hotell är för oss oförståeligt. Allmänna utrymmen var så dåligt städade att de inte ens ville ha ljus i korridorerna för att visa skiten. Hotellfrukosten avtog till en minimal nivå om du kom ca 0,5 till 1 timma innan stängning, detta förstod vi när […] vi var där när frukosten öppnade. wir fanden has Hotel sehr sauber, ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht!! Auf der Ostseite vom Hotel ist eine neue Wohnanlage entstanden. Die am Dach dieser Anlage installierten Klimaanlage-ventilatoren verursachen Tag-und-Nacht Lärm, allerdings ziemlich monotonn.
