A little off the beaten path - access from I-30 is not all that easy - but I think worth the effort. Hotel is very nicely maintained with a friendly staff. Quick check-in, which I appreciate. Free breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay there again.

We checked in for an overnight stay and were told that they had wifi in the room. They didn't. They had a broadband cable "conveniently" place so that we couldn't lie in bed and surf the web on our laptops as is our custom. Instead, we were required to take turns sitting in an uncomfortable chair at a cheap desk to check our work emails, etc. The toilet […] ran all night until we ran the shower the next morning. Then it weirdly stopped. That worked out okay though because we showered at the crack of dawn due to an attempt by housekeeping to barge into the room before we woke up. Fortunately, my husband thought to put the hook-and-ball lock on the door before we went to bed. Otherwise, the housekeeper would have been able to serve us breakfast in bed if that had been her desire. Not a place we will ever stay again. It is conveniently located right next to the highway though, so if you like traffic noise while trying to sleep this place is for you! 더 보기

This is a wonderful hotel! We flew our 18 year old daughter in to audition for TCU and the staff at SpringHill Suites really took care of her. This was our daughter's first time traveling by herself and we really felt very comfortable with her staying at SpringHill Suites. The room was wonderful, food was great and the staff is exceptional!

Our first room was on the second floor, directly adjacent to the interstate. When I asked to be moved, I was accommodated immediately. The second room was perfect in every way. The bed was wonderful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. This hotel is close to the museum district. We will stay there again.

The hotel is located in a very quiet corner not far from the freeway, rooms were very clean and everything worked properly. Breakfast plentyful, tasty and good selection. Not a "walk to.." hotel, but close to everything with a car. A "go back to" hotel for sure.

We like the layout of the room. It was very convenient to have relatives meet us at the motel and have drinks and snacks in the sitting room area before going to other events. Our bed was comfortable; it was easy to move the TV to face the bedroom or the sitting room. Everything was clean and well kept. The maid service was unobtrusive and competent. […] The complementary breakfast was a definite plus. The hallways were a bit cold for my taste. Covered parking great for Texas weather. Our bed needed a new mattress. Good breakfast.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. I missed the hotel breakfast service by 15 minutes yet, the attendant retrieved a few things from the kitchen so I could have a meal. They make the effort to insure you enjoy your stay.

Convient location to TCU, but hotel was over priced for the quality of the room.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in quite a while! Made me want to stay a few more days!

I stayed at The Fairmont in Dallas the previous weekend, and I must say that Springhill Suites in Ft. Worth impressed me more than The Fairmont. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff members were very courteous and helpful. I would stay here again if I traveled back to Ft. Worth.

This hotel was close to many sights that Forth Worth had to offer. Close to the Zoo, Japanese Garden, and easy access to freeway. Close to many great places to eat. The only issue we had was the toilet overflowed twice but they were quick to send up someone to service it. The cleaning of our hotel room was done very late in the day, around 3 p.m. but […] they did a great job. Excellent hotel, spacious room with two telephones. very comfortable beds. Nice small shop at reception desk to buy minerals and sweets/crisps. Excellent breakfast with a range of hot and cold food

I stay in numerous hotels including high-end facilities but the staff and level of customer service demonstrated at this hotel is unsurpassed!

worst mattress i have ever been on in my life. hotel was very nice and clean

The room was nice and everything was clean, but the location was so weird. It was feet from a highway, and strangely, although the hotel was almost empty, we were given a room that was so close to the traffic that I had a flash of worry that a car would fly through my window! No bathroom towels found when ready to take a shower! After a call to the front desk, the on call front desk person delivered a set of fluffy towels. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large, nice seating area. Television is old need updating! Location near highway but was quiet at night. parking garage good. Internet easy to connect.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good. The rooms are big and decorated nice but the carpets need cleaning.

Great check in staff, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to several Ft. Worth attractions. Will stay at this hotel on my next stay.

Our room was very clean and neat although the bed was a little soft in our opinion.

Except for the absolutely freezing corridor on the fourth floor, no real complaints. The staff was friendly and everything was functional. The location may be a little out of the way for some travelers but it suited my purpose perfectly, providing easy access both to downtown and to the cultural district.

Damn Interstate was right outside our window

Breakfast was yummy--loved the Texas shaped waffles. View of parking lot from room not so nice. Air conditioner was loud cycling on and off but room was clean and comfortable otherwise.
