I was told that my 2 rooms were "owned" by hotels.com. Maybe this had something to do with the fact that many things were broken and unmaintained. Phone did not work when you pushed any buttons, lock on bathroom door broken, refrigerator broken. This was the case in both rooms. Plastic was under the "paper" mattress cover pad. Hair on sheets. "Good Hotel for reasonable rates"

The only complaints that I have are minor. The weekend breakfast is continental only however during the week they have hot foods and it ends at an early 9am. The pool is not very big so if one family is using it, it's not very comfortable for others to use as well. "TOO MANY PROBLEMS"

WE ASKED FOR A SLEEPER SOFA, DID NOT GET ONE. CHANGED ROOMS ON 2ND DAY, SOFA BED HAD A BIG URINE STAIN AND SMELLED. POOL WAS DIRTY, HAD ALGAE IN IT. WAFFLE MACHINE NEVER WORKED. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FRONT DESK WAS INEXPERIENCED IN THE EVENINGS.

The pool was very dirty. And the continental breakfast ended too early (at 9am). I missed it both days of my stay. Other than that - it was fine.
