I found everyone to be pleasant, and insightful when I needed a question answered about directions, or about restaurants. Not being from the area, they made things easy which made my trip a success .

The hotel and staff were very nice. The only complaint was that gps directions said it was on the wrong side of the highway. The nearby gas station attendant said it happens all the time.

The hotel is in a good location and was in decent condition. However, smoke dominates the second floor and pours into the non-smoking rooms on that floor. If you are a smoker, it is probably paradise. My son and I do not smoke and we now smell like we do.

hotel very clean, employees very courteous, location to campus was convenient for trip, breakfast in morning was decent, also allowed us a later check out on trip location to downtown and restaurants convenient easily accessed from major highway will stay there again very quiet in the evening

This hotel provided a great respite to our long drive. Well-maintained, clean and pleasant.

We stayed the night prior to Saturday graduation and we couldn't have been happier. The lobby was decorated nicely there was ample space for the family and friends to get together. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The breakfast was nice and the pancake machine was a hit. My only regret is that our daughter graduated and I won't be in that […] area again so we wont be staying there again, however, I will stay in a holiday inn express again if this is what you get. A very nice, clean place to stay. Right off I-75. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Will definately stay there again.

Nice and convinient hotel. Serves well families visiting BSGU-students. The hotel is a little bit outside the city and campus area, so one is dependent of a car. Complimentary coffee is a nice service, but the breakfast was not very versatile.

This is a great hotel. It convenient - close to the Bowling Green State Univ campus and minutes from the expressway. The rooms are nice and large and include a refrigerator. I would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a reunion with my wife's college friends and to celebrate their milestone birthdays. The entire group stayed at the same hotel and the service was great. the only problem was that our room smelled like the carpet had just been cleaned, but once we turned on the A/C it went away. The breakfast was standard, with the exception of a […] machine that made 50 cent size pancakes. Fresh pancakes in about 2 minutes. All in all it was what we have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express. 더 보기

We stayed here for parent visit weekend at Bowling Green State University. The hotel was very convenient to the University. Check in was very quick and easy. We had our room key in less than 2 minutes and were headed to the room. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. […] We took advantage of the free breakfast the next morning and it was decent; not over the top, but we all got our fill. We had reserved a two bed non-smoking room. When we arrived, we were told our two bed "smoking" room was ready. I told the clerk that I had paperwork showing a non-smoking room was reserved. I received a reply that Hotels.com booked a smoking room and that no non-smoking rooms were available. However, a non-smoking suite, with a pull-out bed, could […] be substituted. I told him that we would prefer two beds. I was then told we could look at the smoking room, because, oftentimes, there is no evidence of smoke smell. We agreed to look. When we opened the door to the room, we smelled cigar smoke. We returned to the desk and accepted the suite. Although two beds would have been nice, the suite was agreeable. 더 보기

Decent place convenient to BGSU. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The rates were a little higher compared to other places nearby, but still reasonable. Keep in mind that this is an "Express" which means no room service and no restaurant in the hotel.
