Good price, clean, nice breakfast but a little old building - but recently renovated. Front desk was OK but was not that friendly. Nice big LCD TV in room but it was hard to turn it on with a remote and also with a button on TV - some electronical problem. I requested to fix it but they never did. I could not watch TV for the last four nights.

Known locally as DTC, the Denver Tech Center is located about 30 minutes from downtown Denver. This suburb teems with commercial buildings and corporate offices. At night, white-collar workers unwind during happy hour at nearby pubs and sports bars. Or head to Park Meadows Mall or Southwest Plaza for shopping, dinner, and arcades.

"Not good"
The neighborhood wasn't the best. It wasn't a pleasant stay. The Interstate was so noisey and we couldn't sleep. There was spider webs in the room. I would not stay here again. We booked this room for 2 nights and only stayed one night. We stayed the second night at the Hyatt and it was much better.
"This is a poor example of hotel"
This is a Holiday Inn that is leased by a company and not a real Holiday Inn. When my boyfriend and I got to the room the tub drain was broken, and they weren't sure if they could get it fixed. They did finally get it fixed, but my boyfriend had to wait there for three hours while the maintenance guy came in and out of the room the next morning. That […] night we decided while waiting for maintenance we'd play on the internet, and it was such low quality that only one of use could get on at a time, if at all. We went to the front desk and none of the people working there knew how or would listen to our description on how to reset the wireless router. The king sized bed was more like a queen, the toilet wouldn't flush, the wallpaper in the bathroom was pealing - the shower curtain rod was poorly installed and tipped forward so the curtain kept opening. The parking lot was poorly scraped after a big snow, only 1/2 of the entryway was accessible. All in all, I tried not to let the condition of this hotel ruin my Valentine's Day - but the quality of the hotel did make me feel like I didn't get an amazing 'holiday' for my boyfriend. 더 보기

"Holiday Inn Express &Suites, Englewood, CO"
Our stay was great. The staff were very helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I especially liked the washable bedspreads. I would reccomend this paticular hotel to anyone.
"Great stay"
Stayed for one night on our way to CA. Nice property, very clean, very nice part of town. Did not stay for breakfast because we wanted to get on the road early. Will stay at this location again on the way back from CA.

I had a remote control that would not allow me to view movies or any other TV services except basic channels. The clerk replaced with a new remote and that did not work. My guest had asked for a wakeup call both mornings and both time--no wakeup call came in. I had to wake him up. Morning cleark did not show any concern toward these little problems. "Great location"
This hotel is in a great location for shopping and is in a very quiet area. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Great stay
"Issues with stay. Will probably return."
The stay in general was good. We stayed for six nights. The AC unit in our room was not functioning and the staff did not really pay much attention to the complaints. I asked for four days straight to repair it or move us to a new room. Even though the hotel was not full, moving rooms was not an option they were willing to take into consideration. Finally […] after four nights and daily complaints, they moved us to a new room. Although im aware that the staff does not have any control over AC units going out, this would have been a much more comfortable and nicer had stay if the staff been concerned about our stay and paid attention to our daily complaints. "Not as advertised"
We had disclosed the fact that we had a pet when booking our motel. The hotel had advertised "pet friendly". When we arrived, the management announced that they had "changed" their pet policy. Ok, but only if you are looking to stay for one night. The shower in the room above us was very audible and had a leak. Which also explained the water stains, damage and poor repair job in our shower. Other than that, the service was great and the breakfast was decent too. "Holiday Inn Express-Denver"
We were extremely pleased with our experience at this hotel. The rates were excellent, the location was in the suburbs area but that is exactly what we wanted. The small grandchildren really enjoyed the large pool. We were especially pleased with the suite room that we were given. It was larger and more comfortable for us.

Hotel had been renovated. Large bathrooms are nice, but feel of hotel is still old/ musty. Using room spray helped to freshen the air inside the room.
