"카지노와 사우나가 있고 주차가 무료인 호텔"
2012년04월06일, Hotels.com 고객 이용 후기르 아브르에 있는 몇 안 되는 4성급 호텔입니다. 1층은 카지노, 2층은 행사장, 3층은 객실층이고 3층에 사우나와 수영장이 있습니다. 3층 접근을 위해서는 엘리베이터부터 객실 열쇠가 필요합니다. 카지노가 있어서 그런지 경비요원도 많고 3층 객실층 접근도 투숙객만 할 수 있게 되어 있어 상당히 안전하다는 느낌입니다. 객실도 넓고 모던하며 깨끗합니다. 무료주차도 좋구요. 카지노와 카지노층의 약간 야한 조각상들이 거슬릴 수도 있지만 별 문제는 안되는 수준이었습니다. 전체적으로 좋은 호텔이라 생각합니다.

"Does not deserve 4 stars"
This hotel is ok but not much more. The best thing about it is the location and size of the room. All the rest is pretty disappointing. First, we booked a port vue room and turns out that just means you don't have a vue of the sea, absolutly no vue of the port. Then the towels in the bathroom had quite gross stains on them and really cheap and old witch […] made the sign that claimed that they count them before you leave (to avoid theft) quite funny. Finally, during our stay, we noticed that there was only one member of staff for the entire hotel. First shock was that the check in was at 17.00. We assumed to get the room right away as we arrived with the kids at 15.30. It took 30 mintes to clean the room. No one speaks any other language but only French. Double room is made up with 2 single beds each one leaning on one side so you have to pay attention during sleep no to fall from the bed. Room was not ready when we arrived after advised booking in time. We were kept waiting 2hrs 50mins before we could occupy room. Found room noisy at night due to lack of insulation in walls and floors. Room and bathroom clean enough but decoratively jaded. My wife and I stayed in a standard room for 4 nights for an early summer break, travelling with our car from London via the Portsmouth/Caen ferry. We found the public areas of the hotel to be clean, pleasant, relaxed and generally adequate, but lacking any finesse, style or real level of comfort or space. The room and en suite bathroom however were […] well maintained, very clean, pleasant and comfortable. The reception desk staff were very pleasant but one seemed limited by apparent lack of experience. The location is very good. As visitors from the UK, we found the cost to be high for this time of hotel at this time of year, and we would have expected extras such as tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and a little more exciting choice at breakfast. I could not get free wi fi to work in the lobby/lounge area, no welcome/instruction booklet in the room (so I had no idea how to dial the reception desk!) and there was no free on-site parking. Nous avons été dérange par des travaux à notre étage des 8h30 le matin, ouvriers très bruyants, de plus le directeur de l hôtel ne nous a pas prévenu qu il y aurait des travaux dans notre couloir et ne s est pas excusé non plus, aucun renseignement ne nous a été fourni à notre arrivée à part une enveloppe donnée ou tout était explique. J'avais demande vu sur la mer , effectivement je l'ai eu mais avec un supplément vu sur les travaux ... Le réveil avec les travaux a 8 h fut très agréable !! Cet hôtel est très bien placé. Cependant il ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. Personnel sympathique (heureusement) mais au niveau de la propreté c'est vraiment un problème. "Un hôtel très bien situé, confort agréable"
Un accueil extrêmement sympathique. La chambre était très agréable, conseillée par la réceptionniste, vue très jolie malgré les travaux attenants à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité ce qui justifie son prix un peu élevé. L'hôtel est en rénovation, le seul bémol nous concernant serait donc des tâches sur la moquette, mais plus pour longtemps […] apparemment. Manque une cabine pour se changer à la piscine. Piscine couverte et chauffée bien agréable pour une escapade en février. Billard dans le hall, petit bar (toutes les consommations n'étaient pas disponibles le soir de notre séjour mais nous n'avons pas été perdants grâce à la sympathie des réceptionnistes). Chambre impeccable à part quelques traces de vieillissement (fissures). Bonne isolation sonore. Seul bémol, malgré la réservation qui indiqué un lit double, nous avons eu des lits jumeaux la première nuit. Cela a été réglé pour la 2eme nuit.
