If it werent for construction it would've been ok. The room had quite a few bugs upon arrival, as if the balcony door had been left open.

The Ramada oasis was all right but the reterant was way to expensive with kids. It was 45 dollars for 3 salads and a kids plate and the salads were not lettuce after I ask for it.

I stayed with my family for one night. The hotel facility is very nice. The pool/breakfast area is a tropical get-away with real tropical plants and trees. We lived in the Amazon region of Brazil, and it was a joy to see plants that we recognized from there. We only had one problem with service, and that was because our room key did not work right the […] first time. It was corrected promptly. As for the location, I could not rate that one for anyone. We stayed because of the price and amenities. Since we were going from the east to the south, we did go out of our way slightly to stay at the hotel. There is nothing they could do to change that. :) I would recommend this hotel for families or individuals who wish to have a little get away time. great place to stay when passing through as well. As for the restaurant in the hotel, it was delicious and reasonably prices for a hotel based restaurant. We experimented with the "flash fried spinach" for an appetizer. Very delicious, and just one of the very few ways that one could make spinach not healthy. But so good that we would get it again, even though we are eating healthier these days. 더 보기

We have now stayed at the Oasis twice (with 2 years in between visits). If your family can afford to stay here, do it. It is a beautiful hotel with terrific service. We have to use super deals to be able to afford it, but that does not mean it is not a great deal for what they charge. It only means that I am extremely cheap.

Fabulous hotel! Room & employees were great - hotel is a little hidden back off the road. Free breakfast was the best we've ever experienced. Definitely would stay again!

I was given a road side room and heard emergency vehicles 5X through the night. Loud partying guests awoke me about 3:00am and the pillows smelled of a smoker. It was not a good stay.

I didn't like the smoking room I don't smoke -I'm hadicap and they have stair which the elevator didn't go to that floor I was staying at

Everything was fine at this hotel. All was clean and we had good service. The only negative I would have is the veiw from our room was a chain link fence with a giant track hoe and construction site. The machine was not running and they would probably have let us switch rooms if we had asked but we weren't there that long anyway. It appears they may […] be adding on. Breakfast was very good and free. The outside of the hotel was very inviting with lights on the trees and it was back from the main road so you could not tell you were right in Springfield. Stopped here as a halfway point to rest. Even thought this motel is older, I would recommend it to anyone!! The breakfast was amazing! They had everything!! And a beautiful relaxing setting to enjoy it! If you are looking for a pool, it was under construction. Had a very good stay!

Our hotel bed was so comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Our whole family fell asleep immediately. We will stay again when passing through.

We had a very good experience at the Ramada. The staff were helpful, considerate and friendly. We would recommend this motel to our family and friends.

A wonderful place with a beautiful inner courtyard, great breakfast, and very nice room. Indoor pool was being fixed but the outside one was open.

We picked this hotel because it had an indoor and outdoor pool. We were able to use both on our stay and the kids enjoyed it. Our room was very clean and roomy but the beds were very small. We had an inside room that overlooked the pool area. This was worth the extra few dollars, however there was a lot of noise from the pool area. Very satisifed with the hotel. Will stay there again. One thing to note is that there were not queen beds and the double beds are not very comfortable for two people. My biggest sugggestion would be new queen beds instead of doubles. The pool area was great, breakfast was great and was very satisfied.

Was a great room, was the best hamburger and french fries I have ever eaten in the bar. We loved it!! The whole place was spotless, the swimming pools were great, the beds were perfect. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. (Free) Breakfast food was typical: scrambled eggs, meat, potatoes, gravy plus cereal, fruit, dairy, and breads. But what we noticed is that there were 4 choices of milk, all dairy was properly refrigerated, and everything was very clean. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Internet was free but a little annoying […] in its refresh for agreements. Poolside rooms are noisy with ambient sounds until pool closes at 11pm, but let parents keep an eye on the kids in the pool. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and all that. Cleanliness everywhere - don't remember any non-clean things. Rooms had keypad safe, microwave, and fridge. Beds were comfy. 더 보기

Room was clean and comfortable. Outdoor and Indoor Pool were very nice. Hot Tub could use some work on the jets, but was hot. Overall a great place to stay for families in Springfield. The food at Fire and Ice is outstanding. I would go again just for the food.

Our Stay at the Ramada Oasis was wonderful. We stayed in a regular standard room w/ two beds. It was quiet, it was comfortable, it had a refrigerator and most of all it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is like a vacation desitination in itself. The breakfast was hot and good. It was typical hotel breakfast...but there was bacon. Also, it was serviced in the Oasis part of the hotel. It was relaxing. If you book here... The location of this hotel is fantastic! Great service from the staff (Andy at the front desk was very helpful). My family would stay here again!

Overall great hotel. The pool was awesome; very large and nicely landscaped indoors. The breakfast was located pool side and provided hot items as well as the usualy cold breakfast spread.

The room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was fulfilling The fitness facilities were convenient. The prices were reasonable. I will stay there every visit I make to Springfield.

The hotel staff were very friendly. They let me park my truck and trailer in a convenient location, and they let me check in several hours early. The hotel was very clean and was very nicely decorated. The pool and spa were great!

This place was great in all areas. The restaurant Fire and Ice that is located in the Hotel is fabulous, very price friendly.

The rooms are a little dated, but not bad. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I really had was the hallways smelled funny. The indoor pool is really nice and they have a pretty good continental breakfast.

I have stayed at this property several times. The staff is consistently helpful and pleasant, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the free hot breakfast is good. I will definitely stay here in the future. Good business traveler hotel.

This place is VERY different from the glamor pictures! It should be listed as a MOTEL, not a hotel! The two different rooms that I were in were eally sub-standard. There was a lot of dust in the rooms and the carpet in both rooms were visibly Very Dirty!

We really enjoyed the Ramada/Oasis Inn. The staff was amazing, the bar was a fun place to have dinner and the free breakfasts were SO GOOD. All the food was hot and very delicious. The hotel itself has this strange 1960's vibe to it because of how it is designed, but the rooms were very comfortable and modern.

this Ramada was by far the best i have stayed in .. i slept like a baby .. i would most deff .. come back to vist again..

This hotel was awesome. The whole place was just spectacular! The Fire and Ice Restaurant was superb!!! Really good food. The hotel room was very spacious. We had 2 adults and 3 kids staying in one room and it was crowded at all. We will be staying there again!

I and my two children stayed just one night at this hotel, but we enjoyed our stay very much. My kids loved having both an indoor AND outdoor pool to swim in, although the outdoor pool had way too much chlorine in it - we couldn't see in the water even with goggles on. Would stay at this hotel again. The only real drawbacks were that there was not an elevator in the rear of the building where we entered closest to our room. Not sure if there was one in the building at all. The floors in the pool area and attached breakfast area become extremely slippery when wet. If you have small children I would be afraid of them […] slipping. Beds were comfortable but prefer to have queen size beds in double occupancy rooms in lieu of full size. All else good. The staff were very helpful, especially the lovely red-haired lady who checked me in! Loved my room location (30 feet from the in house bar, 40 feet from the breakfast bar and 50 feet from the hot tub). We had a nice stay at this hotel....It happened to be a busy weekend in Springfield, so the hotel was busy.....The night time restaurant was loud, but the food was good..... The free breakfast was not maintained well...They ran out of food 1 1/2 hours before the scheduled time,so we needed to report it to the front desk and then wait for it to be restock, […] which caused them to run out of food again....Others commented..they had stay there before and had never experienced that before...so maybe just a fluke..... All in all,.....It was a GREAT hotel, and was worth the money and convenient to our other activities..... 더 보기
