The resort was absolutely gorgeous and the room was very nice and clean with a beautiful lake view, but the service needs improvement....especially the front desk people. Even though their business was slow ..we had to wait for a long time for check in... They were not very friendly and everyone was on the phone and when we asked for information about […] their resort they were not very helpful. Although I got a great deal with Hotels.com, this hotel is still highly overpriced for the quality of the room. No flatpanel tvs, a hairdryer I had in 1994.. really?? The area is beautiful for a wedding or event, but personally I would never come back here to stay just for a hotel room.

The hotel looked great on the outside and inside. It wasn't until we tried to sleep at night that we first noticed issues. The bed and pillows were horrible!! We had back aches and neck pains the next day. I don't know if the bed is just old or what the problem is other than there is no support whatsoever. The hot tub was very dirty (murky water with […] dead bugs floating) and only 3 jets worked. The stone above the working jets was black since that's where everyone has clearly been sitting. Despite being charged a daily "resort fee," nothing is complimentary. Even puttputt will cost you $30. Also, I left a pillow there - yes, that is completely my fault and not the responsibility of the hotel - however, when I called to inquire about it I had to leave a message and did not receive a call back. Then I finally reached a human and was told he would call me back that night - the call back never happened. I called again and was allowed to speak to the manager who was much more helpful (never found the pillow but he tried). My low rating is primarliy based on the uncomfortable bed and dirty hot tub. 더 보기

The hotel is very nice, room was good, pool area was good, the gardens were incredible. The 18 hole put put was amazing. The only negative was the service at the restaurant "Latuna". It was no where close to the caliber it should have been for the price.

The community was nice and quiet...reminded me of Golden Girls. Loved the wood burning fireplace in lobby. Easy check-in / check-out. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Wireless Internet included. We did not take advantage of the restaurants or marina at the resort. We ate at Russo's a few miles toward Marble Falls and it was wonderful!!! Bluebonnet […] Cafe for breakfast which was good. We rented ski boat from Granite Beach a few miles up the street as well. LBJ Lake is clean and beautiful. Overall, great get-away! 더 보기

I was very impressed with the accomodations and the friendly staff. My stay was so nice, I can recommend the Spa to any woman who needs to be pampered and the food was also quite good. I plan to come again.

As soon as we stepped foot on the property, we felt like we were in another world, despite being only 45 minutes from home. The Yacht Club has done a superb job with their landscaping. We almost felt like we were on the shores of Hawaii as we looked out over LBJ Lake from the pool. The resort grounds are beautiful, including the meditation spa garden […] and the miniature golf area. We were glad we were in the Paseo Villas because the other hotel pools were so crowded over Labor Day. We brought out bikes and had a couple of great bike rides. My husband and I have traveled all over the world and we have never received customer service like we received at this hotel. It was absolutely the best!

The deluxe room is standard two doubles that comfort inn has. Hyatt and Embassy Suites have much better rooms. Raddison Inn has better beds. I looked at all room layouts ant honestly it is very 1980s in its design.. No wifi, They nickle and dime you for every little thing. Fiji water was 6.00. At Hyatt it was 4.00 I guess they think wealthy means stupid. The […] swimming poos are nice. The yacht club is very nice. The activities room is lacking, but workout area is nice. People were nice, but really overall I was disappointed. I stay in hotels every few weeks and this resort was not a stand out I am sorry to say. The Valet was great. My kids were disappointed. They liked Holiday Inn Express much better in room layout never mind the Hyatt whcih they love. 더 보기

Amazing, everyone was wonderful, and so nice! We were treated with such kindness the entire stay by EVERYBODY! This resort is the best one we have seen!

We've been to HSB the last two summers and had a great time. Great activities for kids, activity center/arcade seriously needs updating and a deep clean. Food selections at restaurants limited, ordered room service and it was excellent each time! Helpful staff, great amenities, loved the dive in movies.

Stayed here the weekend of 7/30... What a WONDERFUL resort and hotel! Many thanks to the front desk super. Sarah H. for her wonderful check-in and check-out service. She really helped make our stay awesome and we really appreciated it. We have kids and this resort was just a perfect place to enjoy some special family time and relax our cares away! We stumbled onto the resort almost by accident and it ended up being the best part of our vacation. It's a beautiful facility with many ameniites that accomodate any family. We will go back and plan a complete vacation here now that we know that it is here!

Really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Very nice, clean and the food, drinks, etc are reasonably priced.

Wonderful vacation in the heart of the hill country. Great golf, pools, food and fun.

pool was shallow, over crowded and full of children, same for hot tub. not an adult hotel, bar and children too close together. couldn't relax with the noise. than couldn't sleep because they moved a large television outside for children and the volume in my room was overbearing, the ac couldn't keep up and room was hot.

Fabulous Location, Fabulous Grounds, Fabulous Service, and staff who watched out for you. Staff knew where their guests were and would not themselves go home for the night until they knew you were "home" safe and sound. I will be a repeat customer.

This hotel was outstanding and the amenities exceeded our expectations. One tip would be to get the hotels.com breakfast deal for an extra ten dollars because it costs triple that to eat breakfast there. It was a great weekend getaway! Enjoy!

Amenities were wonderful - great for groups and families. I would suggest you printout or review the menus at the different restaurants at the resort prior to arriving - then you have an idea of which restaurant fits your group. Note the Cap Rock restaurant is about 15 mins. from the resort, but transportation is available. I would highly recommend […] this for a relaxing weekend getaway! 더 보기
