Good place to stay if you're planning on visiting Venice. Breakfast was excellent! 30 min walk or a shorter bus ride from the station to venice, so it's a good alternative to staying in the city if you get a nice deal on prices. Staff was helpful although wifi did have a few problems--all taken care of though.

The Elite Hotel is a nice base if you are not staying right on the island. Clean and extremely helpful staff! We found the local city of Maestre and their piazza is a wonderful place to enjoy the non-tourist aspect of Italian life. It is a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean, modern and the breakfast is fantastic!

nice gym but not so clean nice breakfast small rooms and NOISY: we hear everything room are comfortable, nice bathroom. staff is friendly except at the front desk

WiFi didn't work. They forgot to clean the room. Breakfast was not great. Yet it worked, mainly because was an easy ride into Venice.

A very suitable hotel to tour Venice.Easy access by bus from the airport. Public transport for several days in Venice includes the bus from the hotel Clean and renovated. Very helpful staff. Room delightful.Full breafast. Free internet. We would choose this hotel again.

a real disappointment and third-rate hotel. you can stay in Venice proper for the same amount and do better.

Close to public transportation to the town, very nice hotel with good food.

The bus back from Venice is more challenging than they lead you to believe. Especially when coming back later in the evening, be sure you pay close attention to the stops (the last night I clicked the button every time so I could be sure to look). A warm friendly welcome - even at midnight. This hotel is a 15 minute taxi ride or bus journey from the airport. The Elite hotel is very convenient for transport into Venice and the hotel very helpfully provide a detailed instruction sheet of how to get to and from. They sell the bus/boat tickets at reception. Breakfast was delightful - suitably European, […] self service buffet with fantastic coffee!! The Reception staff are incredibly obliging, Maurizio even managed to find me an english plug adaptor (from Boots!!). Highly recommended. 더 보기

The Hotel Elite is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from shops and retaurants, in a nice area of town. The rooms were very spacious and clean, bathroom was spotless. Our room had a kitchenette but guests were required to pay extra to use the facility. Disappointed that there were no coffee/tea making facilities. We started our 10 day holiday here in the Hotel Elite. We stayed for 2 nights to see Venice. We flew into Marco Polo Airport and the Hotel was a short Bus ride (around 10 mins) from the Airport. Buses are regular and only cost a few euros for a one way ticket. You need to get off on Forte Marghera (which is quite a long road) about half way. The hotel […] sits on the right hand side of the road and there is a bus stop almost immediately outside. Trips to Venice are really easy, the bus stop you need to go to is behind the hotel about 100m away (reception gave us a simple map to follow). The bus reaches Venice in around 10 mins and terminates in Venice (cost is 1.20 euro one way - buy the tickets from the hotel as its cheapest this way). Public areas of the hotel are contemporary and feature some unusual brightly coloured pieces of furniture! The hotel room was simple and clean. The room was a little small but this made way for a larger than expected bathroom, which included a shower over the bath, basin, wc and bidet. There was a flat screen TV in our room and although we didn't intend on watching any TV during our stay, we did notice there were no English Channels. When we got in the room the basin waste was blocked. We told reception and within minutes a guy attended and remedied the problem. We had a minibar in the room, although this was empty on arrival and appeared to be switched off. However, there was a drinks machine in the hallway which sold overpriced soft drinks if you need something desperately. The breakfast room is nice. Again, modern and bright. The breakfast food is ok. Not a massive choice, only scrambled eggs and bacon was available as hot food. The rest was continental style with cold meats, cheese, cereal and pastries. One silly detail to mention but the lifts are frustratingly slow. We were on floor 4 and the lift took almost a minute to reach our level after pressing the button! Hotel was a conveinent two block walk to the bus stop, clean, and comfortable. Several local eateries, including a decent Indian one next door. The morning buffet included hot and cold foods and was included in the price of the room. The staff was helpful and the power massage chairs in the downstairs work-out room were great at the end of the day! […] A three day bus pass was about 30 EU and worked on all buses and water buses...you need to pay cash for these so come prepared. 더 보기

This hotel had everything you needed for day trips to Venice. The breakfast was okay, Scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, cereal, breads, meats, fat with some bacon on it, coffee, etc.... Location was a bit out of the way, not really near anything. Gym/fitness center was good. Good machines with awesome massages chairs!

This really good hotel. Value for money. good room , clean hotel, good breakfast. helpful staff. Good connection to venice and mestre central square.

The room was large, the common areas were modern and overall it looks great. Breakfast was fantastic! Many things to chose from and everything delicious. The cost of our stay was modest. 2 drawbacks: (1) you must take a bus to reach Venice; it's way too far from the St. Mark's area on foot. (2) the staff was not pleasant at all. I cannot stress enough […] how much of a difference a staff's attitude can make on one's stay. The morning concierge was cold and distant, and it felt as if he was doing the bare minimum to get by. The evening concierges were worse. There was a woman that was completely unapproachable and rude (the simplest question would bother her and make her roll her eyes, and she looked angry all the time). There was also a man who thought that he was witty and would mock everything we'd ask. For instance, when asking about train schedules we started with "we would like to leave early," and this was somehow joke material for him; before we could finish our sentence he interrupted with a "how early?" immediately followed by litany of hours: "4:00 am? 4:30 am? 5:00 am? 5:30 am? 6:00 am..."(you get the idea). When we tried to interject and say 7:30 am he did not pause, but spoke over me to continue naming all the hours (past 7:30 all the way to 10:00 am). You can imagine how frustrating this can be. After a couple of such awkward conversations, we avoided speaking with the concierges beyond "hello" and "goodbye". That defeats the purpose of their role. With the exception of one lady, with whom we spoke to once during breakfast, the cleaning and the kitchen staff were not much better than the concierges. While not outright curt, they visibly disliked interaction of any form with the guests. I would not stay there again. Which is too bad since the hotel does have it's pros. 더 보기

The hotel was perfect for an economic base to reach Venice quickly. The bus stop is close and 20 mins later you are in Venice. Room was modern and very clean, breakfast was self service and straightforward. Parking is also included which for us was a bonus.

The hotel is not as close to the Mestre train station as expected. In general, the hotel is clean and its staff was helpful. However, I found they would become impatient if the same questions are repeated for clarification. Easy to get to Mestre town center by walking and can go to venice conveniently by bus #12 or 12/ . The hotel provides good direction […] for both bus services to Venice and to Marco-Polo airport. The airport bus costs about 3 Euro per person while a taxi ride would cost about 35-40 Euro. Not many restaurants near the hotel and the hotel does not have a restaurant of its own but a breakfast area with good breakfast selection in the morning The breakfast is free with the stay. 더 보기

nice clean hotel and a great base for traveling into venice bus stop 1 block really easy great bus service.......we will be back!

Convenient location - less than 10 minutes from Venice by bus, which stops one block away from the hotel. Clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stayed at the hotel for its proximity to the Marco Polo airport. Overall I was satisfied with our stay. The receptionist was fluent in English and very helpful with information. The price was a little too high in my opinion (I paid almost the same amount at the hotel I stayed in Venice near Academia).

Stayed hoping it would be close to Venice but wasn't even on the actual island but the facilities and staff were still very nice... You could probably get a better location for the same price just book early!

Arrive very late but the lady on reception was very helpful and polite. Room was clean and functional, great for a business traveller. Slightly on the small side. Breakfast was typical continental style not much to get excited about

Das Hotel hat die 4 Sterne voll verdient! Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Frühstück ist vergleichbar mit jedem 4 Sterne Hotel in Deutschland. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und entsprechen auch absolut dem Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels in Deutschland.

Wir sind zum 2. mal in diesem Hotel zum Karneval hier gewesen. Alle sind supernett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und alles frisch wir kommen gerne wieder

Un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel ! A 10mn en bus de Venise, très bien desservi. Dommage pour l'absence du wifi gratuit.

vriendelijke, goede service, goede ligging, zowel tov luchthaven als Venetië. redelijk ontbijt ( toch naar Italiaanse normen) Netheid is soms iets minder ( kamers, gangen in het hotel).

Hotellista ei kävele oikein mihinkään liian syrjäisen sijainnin vuoksi, vaan aina pitää mennä bussilla. Jos haluaa syödä illalla, lähellä ei ole ruokapaikkaa. Huoneen haju oli kaamea, eikä siihen auttanut tuuletus. Aamupalallla henkilökunta ei puhunut sanaakaan, ei siis tervehtinytkään. Huoneen kokolattiamatto oli harvinaisen nukkaantunut. Trevligt litet hotel med bra läge centralt i Mestre. Kommunikationerna till och från hotellet till flygplats och Venedig perfekta. Bra frukost och serviceinriktad personal.

das hotel elite liegt randlich (5 gehminuten) zum überaus interessanten ortskern von mestre leicht zurück gesetzt an einer durchgangsstraße. der verkehr nachts ist gering, schlafen bei offenem fenster problemlos. das personal ist durchweg überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. das frühstück ist für italien recht vielfältig. ein restaurant im hotel gibt […] es nicht, die bar kaum besetzt. kann aber über die rezeption zumindest funktional reanimiert werden ... bushalten sind reichlich vorhanden (inseln - 10 bis 20 min.takt, 15 min fahrt, bahnhof - 10 min takt, 5 min fahrt) und vor der türe bis in wenigen gehminuten erreichbar. auch wenn die meisten reiseführer mestre eher abtun, es ist eine absolut interessante altstadt mit angenehmsten venezischem flair und leben erfüllt und auch für einige hotelnahe ausflüge uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! 더 보기

Nice and clean hotel, but not impressed by the service. Even if I was promised WIFI (specially asked for this) in the room we didn´t have it. Occured a majore problem for me because I needed to work in the evening when my daughter was going to sleep. Very frustrating that this wasent handled serious from the reseption. First after 3 days it was fixed. […] Easy to get in/out from Venice by bus nr 12 just around the corner from the hotel. Cosy rooms, but no mirror in the room is not what you expect at a 4 stars hotel. Nice breakfast, and clean tabels. 더 보기

Very fresh and nice hotel with some wicked design inside the rooms. Connections into the centre of venice was perfect, only 10 min by bus. And the personel was very helpfull to aid you with bus and waterbus tickets + ordering taxi. Nice stay, very happy.

This hotel you can look forward to. Everything is nice and clean. Good breakfast, good free wifi, speaking good english. The neighborhood is boring! But if you go here, it's probably for going to Venice, and its fine for that. Grab a bus nearby, og a cab for 20€ to Venice. A bit expensive, but you'll get what you pay for.

Hotellet är helt klart prisvärt och gratis parkering var uppskattad tillsammans med gratis internet. Rummet var modernt och rent och personalen trevlig och tillmötesgående. Tog tio minuter med buss in till Venedig och vi var glada över att inte bo på ön. Inget partyområde vi bodde i men kan rekommendera en av de närmsta restaurangerna där vi åt båda […] kvällarna. Minns ej namnet men Japansk mat (bara att fråga i receptionen). Minus för frukosten som var tråkig och onyttig. 더 보기

Accoglienza e disponibilità del personale eccellente, albergo silenzioso e pulitissimo. La colazione è OTTIMA. Ringrazio tutto il personale in modo particolare quelli della reception.

Nicht 4sterne würdig. Für eine Nacht ging es. Wenn man gerne Kaffee und Schokolade aus dem Automaten hat, ging das Frühstück gerade so!!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Rezeption ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann dort die Tickets für die Venedig Touren kaufen. Der Bus nach Venedig ist gut erreichbar, ca max 5 Minuten. Frühstück ist einfach gehalten aber absolut gut. Wir waren zwei Nächte im Hotel Elite und haben nichts zu meckern gehabt. Also aus unserer Sicht ist dieses […] Hotel zu empfehlen. Um auf die Piazza von Mestre zu kommen braucht man zu Fuss etwas 10 Minuten. 더 보기
