멘타리 사누르 호텔 (Mentari Sanur Hotel) - 사누르

우리는 7주 동안 여행의 기회를 가졌던 영국인으로 구성된 6명의 가족입니다. 3주 동안은 베트남에 있었고 4주 동안은 인도네시아에 있었는데, hotels.com(매우 효율적)을 통하여 대금을 지불하면서 미리 예약한 발리에서의 8박 9일이 그 끝이었죠. 우리는 집인 영국으로 떠나기전에 휴양휴가로 부터 지난주에 도착하기를 바랐었고, Mentari Sanur 호텔에서 있는 동안 매우 기뻤습니다. 직원들은 훌륭했고, 호의적이었으며 친절했습니다. 특히 리셉션 직원의 영어실력은 탁월했습니다. 우리는 2개의 방에서 묵었고, 나와 내 아내가 방하나를 같이 썼습니다. 4명의 아이들이(나이가 16, 14, 12 & 10) 다른 방을 사용했습니다. […] 걔네들 중 3명은 우리가 본것중에서 가장 큰 침대를 같이 사용하는 것을 좋아했습니다. 이 방들에서 가로질러 보면 정말 좋아 보이는 레스토랑과 풀장이 보였습니다. 정원은 Babylon의 Hanging Gardens처럼 보였고, 아주 조용했으며, 옆으로 오솔길이 아래로 쭉 나 있었습니다(아주 정상인). Sanur beach의 처음 부터 끝까지 걷는데 5분이면 족했습니다. 그러나 southern의 끝 또는 Kuta까지 가는데 Bemo 또는 택시를 잡는 것은 너무 쉬웠습니다. 우리는 이 호텔이 정말 좋았습니다. 다시 한 번 기회가 주어진다면 이곳에 다시 오고 싶습니다. 더 보기

아침식사는 정말 좋습니다(미국식, 프랑스식, 인도네시아식 중 고를 수 있음). 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 수영장은 작지만 아주 좋습니다. 호텔은 2분 거리의 해변에 있습니다. 대체로 다좋은 호텔입니다!!

우리는 2명의 부모님과 2명의 형제들과 3박 4일을 머물렀습니다. 호텔은 우리 기준으로 보았을때 이상적인 곳에 위치했습니다. 작은 거리에서 아주 조용했습니다. 그러나 해변까지 걸어서 5분 밖에 걸리지 않을 정도로 아주 가까이에 있었습니다. 주위에는 수많은 잡화점들과, 가격이 싼 좋은 레스토랑들이 있었습니다(심지어 해변의 반대쪽에는 걸어서 10분 밖에 걸리지 않는 24시간 KFC와 던킨 도너츠가 있었음). 해변은 완전히 현지화 스럽습니다. 수많은 작은 기념품 가게들, 인도네시아인들은 매일 오후 해변으로 가고 있었습니다. 해변에 있는 수많은 작은 먹거리 가게들. 그러나 해변의 이런 지역은 하루가 끝나갈때 쯤되면 깨끗하지가 않죠. […] 그런데 10분만 더 걸어가면 주요 호텔앞에 아름답게 펼쳐진 하얀색 모래 해변을 만나실수 있습니다(검은색 모래 해변이었던 Kuto와 비교해 본다면!). 물은 맑습니다. 산호초는 멀리 있습니다. 호텔옆에서 시작하는 몇 개의 킬로미터 도보 코스가 있습니다. 여기서 여러분들은 조깅을 하거나 산택을 하거나 사이클링을 할 수도 있습니다(자전거는 호텔에서 빌려줌). 아주 좋죠. 호텔의 위치 또한 아주 편리한 곳에 있습니다. 발리 어느 곳이든 갈 수 있는 셔틀이 정차하는 곳 근처에 있죠. 티켓은 바로 거기서 구매하면 됩니다. 호텔 직원들은 너무 친절했습니다. 정말 감사했고, 다시 한 번 그들에게 심대한 감사를 드립니다. 아침식사 또한 너무 좋습니다.(부페식이었는데 신선한 과일, 요거트, 시리얼, 쥬스, 크루아상, 핫 드링크 그리고 프랑스식 토스트와 곁들여서 선택해서 먹을 수 있는 미국식 식사와 또는 인도네시안식 식사). 수영장은 매우 깨끗했고 크기도 좋았습니다. 테라스가 아주 좋았습니다. 방은 컸습니다. 하나 작은 것을 지적하자면, 방이 좀 오래 되었다는 것입니다. 발코니쪽 문이 딱 맞게 닫히지 않았습니다. 그러나 욕실과 방의 청결상태는 좋았습니다. 방벽이 좀 얇기 때문에 옆방 소리가 들립니다. 우리는 복도 마지막 방을 얻었기 때문에 문제가 없었죠. 레스토랑의 가격은 주위에 있는 작은 레스토랑들 보다 약간 비쌉니다. 그러나 음식은 정말 맛있습니다. 우리가 많이 지쳤을때 편리했습니다. 우수한 품질과 가격, 특히 위치가 정말 좋았습니다(해변에서 멀지 않았고, Bar를 가거나 쇼핑을 위해 자전거로 주요 거리를 이동할 수 있었음) 더 보기

The hotel is located in a sidestreet which is not so nice, but the room was rather large as well as the bathroom and it is nice and clean plus with a nice balcony. It is not luxury, but a good standard at a reasonable price. The staff were nice and very helpful.

Nice and peaceful hotel, nothing to complain, except maybe the alley leading to hotel is not easy to find and is not very clean. Beach and restaurants are close although Sanur center is about 2 km away. Nice breakfast and pool area.

the interior of the room is very old (old furniture, bed is not comfy, old tv), and there is some smells as well. The bathroom is not well design although its not too small. water closet was put too near to the wall and make it difficult to sit. It's not really cheap for that kind of room. We lived in Mentari for 3 days and we are totally fed up with the TERRIBLE service there. We checked in at night and asked for a blanket, the staff told us housekeeping was unavailable at night. (What?! Just a blanket!!) The next morning, we asked for common items such as electric kettle and power bar. Another staff told us they don't have such common […] equipments. The funniest thing is that we were called in our room after that and the staff told us to dial another number (200) to call their restaurant for hot water since they don't have kettle. (Why don't you call them? Is this a hotel? I paid for this "service"? Is this a place of "Do-It-Yourself"?) I didn't tell any serior staff in this hotel about their servicing problem since I believe this is their organization culture. Obviously it isn't about the problem of one staff but the service of the whole hotel. I know they meant to keep this kind of servicing attitude or maybe they are trained to do so. I am not being mean but I did get totally same answers in English from different staff at different times when I asked what I need. Although all staff smiled friendly to us like those in other hotels, we were still fed up with the service there. People, do NOT stay in Mentari... my opinion. 더 보기

Me and my family been staying there for 4 days during our visit. Entrance: As like other reviews, the lane to the hotel entrance is a little dirty and dark. Somehow, when you arrive @ the hotel entrance, you will feel relief. Setup/ Landscape: It is a very nice setup with limited land. We were staying at room 107 and we love the balcony so much where […] we can have a great view of full moon during the few days stay. Swimming pool is very clean but we just don't get any time to dip in it . Shower: the Hot water shower was superb especially after a long day out. But my parent who stay at room 208, they were saying that the hot water is not really working . + how nice if they can change / clean the shower curtain.. this is one only thing which looks 'unclean' in the whole hotel. Bed: Bed looks a bit old but once we lay on it, ....... it is already another lovely morning. Breakfast: We all like the french toast served there, as it is not oily and just nice. It sould be much better if they can serve better butter. Staff: Friendly and helpful. I don't feel like I going back to the 'hotel' each day.. as you don't get the bellboy to open the huge door, you do not need to put on a big smile after a tiring day out, you just get the feeling like getting back to a familiar place and be yourself. 더 보기

Big clean rooms, nice relaxing pool, and lovely staff. This hotel is a little out of Sanur, but if you're looking for a place away from the hustle of the main strip then it's great. A short inexpensive taxi ride to the heart of Sanur. Very close to KFC, Donut King and great, cheap massage parlours.

Very happy with our choice for Mentari Hotel. Close to the beach and still in a quiet location with anything you need at walking distance. The pool is great. Rooms are very cool, hardly need ac. Staff friendly and helpful. Pickup service from airport very smooth. Good communication. Good breakfast. We choose nasi goreng and there was a small buffet […] with juices, fruit and mini croissants. Only negative are the prices at the restaurant. Way too high for what you get, especially the drinks. Happy hour is a joke, you still pay more than twice the normal price. 더 보기

The service at the Reception was very friendly and had a very good English. All our requests where full filled (excuse my English)! The Breakfast was very good but Lunch and Dinner where disappointing (especially the Beef) but the Hotel is close to other Restaurants. The Mentari Sanur has some positive points like its beautiful garden and relaxing atmosphere, but the room we stayed in had barely the minimum level of amenities (there wasn't even a clock!), the beds were very uncomfortable, and we felt that for the same price you could probably stay somewhere much nicer. Hotel we stayed in was very cozy and good value for money. The staff was lovely and always had a smile on their faces, always happy to help. It is a hidden oasis as the neighbourhood is not all that good- there is very limited amout of entertainment, few restaurants and two shops, and about 100 meters to the beach which is not very well kept. However, […] 10-15 minute walk down the beach will bring you to plenty of restaurants, bars and markets and a much cleaner beach/water. Hotel is also located in an alley way just of the main road which is a bit dark, but we have never felt threatened in any way. Nothing special, but nothing wrong with the hotel. Neighborhood is poor but not threatening. Pool good size, free breakfast OK. If you're just looking for a clean comfortable place to spend the night, reasonably priced. this place is fine.

The Mentari hotel as such is a small hotel, with good personal service. The restaurant serves a simple breakfast and is not recommended for lunch or dinner. Nice swimming pool where pool chairs are limited. Good price-quality balance and recommended for a couple of days in the Sanur area.

Very good value

If I had not purchased a week in a spa in Ebud, we would have remained at this lovely little resort. The hotel is down a small alley way, but within a couple blocks there are many restaurants and a block or two further you are on a main street. Lovely little oasis - beautifuly kept garden, covered open outdoor restaurant with a nice pool across the […] back of the property. Breakfast was included. Very reasonable price. Quiet place. Only issue was that the power would go off now and then and you would have to restart the air and make sure that our CPAP machines were on for the evening. This was my third visit to Bali and I am very pleased that I returned to the hotel that I first stayed in. The quality of this moderately priced hotel very good. The service was exceptional and yet non invasive. It's location ( closeness to the beach) and relationship with the local village like community of Sanur was idiyllic.

Het hotel was perfect, lief personeel die alles voor je doen. De ligging was ook heel goed, dicht bij het strand en als je de straat uit liep zat je meteen in de straat waar alles gebeurde. Wel veel oudere die daar voor langere tijd de winter doorbrengen,op zich niet erg maar dat was wel opvallend.

leuk hotel ,goede service, rustig gelegen , dichtbij strand-restaurants. leuk zwembad , geen minpunten tegen gekomen!! prima hotel.

スタッフも気さくでいい感じです。かたっくるしさもなく、フレンドリーです。 南国の別荘をイメージさせる建物です。 このエリアの他ホテルと比べるといい感じです。 バリだと多少のお虫さんはご愛嬌です。 共存してます。

Der Zugangsweg von der Hang Tuah Straße zum Hotel lässt nicht erahnen was man dann hinter der Rezeption erblickt: eine sehr schöne, ruhige Poolanlage in einem gepflegten Garten, daneben das offene Restaurant (mit kostenlosem Wifi) für das Frühstück (continental, american oder indonesisch; mit Bedienung, man kann aber nachbestellen falls es nicht ausreicht). […] Die Zimmer sind recht groß und sauber, das King-size Bett ist 3 m breit! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, fast schon familär. Einzig schade ist es dass das Hotel nicht direkt am Strand liegt, aber die 400 m sind kein Problem zu Fuß. Like everyone else said, a hidden oasis. The only thing un-perfect about this little hotel is "not connected with the beach", but anyway, it is a nice, comfort and quiet place to stay. At the first sight of the facilities, you may find them pretty aged, but everything is really clean and delightful. I like their cute receptionists, always smiling and […] always helpful. We hebben genoten van dit hotel. Alles was schoon en netjes. We zaten in een kamer met zicht op de tuin. De kamer was voorzien van een groot bed en een goed onderhouden badkamer met douche. Het personeel was ook zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er zijn ook genoeg voorzieningen om je te helpen de dag door te brengen. Je bent snel aan het strand of in […] de stad. Ook is het op goede reisafstand van Ubud. Als je een keer bij het hotel wilt blijven, kun je gebruik maken van het goed onderhouden zwembad en de bar/restaurant. Om toch wat minpunten te benoemen: Het hotel heeft geen toegankelijkheidsvoorzieningen om het hotel binnen te komen. De kamer was daarentegen goed toegankelijk. Ook was het personeel altijd snel ter plaatse om hulp te bieden. Het toilet was een keer rond middenacht verstopt. Het koste toen enige tijd om hulp te laten komen. 더 보기

Fint hotell med underbar trädgård. En bit att gå in till Kuta på dåliga gator. Stranden ligger 100 m ner får gå en bit längs strandpomenaden för att komma till ok strand.

Koselig hotell,men noe slitent. Oppussing pågår.Veldig hyggelig personale.Rolig og avslappet atmosfære.

Jag är mycket nöjd med min vistelse här. Vid ankomst fick jag jättebra service och info. Fantastisk personal, trevliga och serviceinriktade. Rummet var bra, sängen jätteskön. Bra poolområde, okej priser i baren/restaurangen. Överlag, kan varmt rekommendera :-)

Nice hotel with relaxed feeling. Inside the hotel there is a nice garden, and it is very well kept. I had a garden view room, and it had a little porch where I could sit and look at flowers and have a snack. Very large bed. Nice breakfast, but not very varied. Eggs, fried rice /noodles and fruits. Some other reviews mention the ally up to the hotel. […] It is true that it is not very nice looking at first sight, but it is just a normal alley for Bali. Personalet var egentlig flinke men utrolig lade. Resturanten på hotellet var håbløs. Morgenmaden var sørgelig. Det tog over ½ time at få serveret et kogt æg, selv om der ikke var andre gæster i resturanten. Den ene morgen, blev der severet brugte portions mamelade, uden at de kunne se at det var et problem. Den eneste aften vi spiste aftensmad på hotellet, […] blev den ene hovedret først severet, da den anden var færdig med af spise og maden var kedelig og halvkold. バリ旅行中３箇所のホテルに宿泊しましたが、快適度、清潔度、朝食、ムンタリサヌールホテルが一番良かったです。 スタッフにも日本語の話せる方がおり、いろいろタクシーの手配やいろいろな情報を聞くことができました。 朝食はインドネシア、アメリカン、コンチネンタルから選ぶ事ができました。 日本人が少なかったのも良かったです。 ビーチも近かったですが、あまり綺麗ではありませんでしたので海には入りませんでした。 ホテルのプールは小さいけど、良かったです。

Dejligt hotel med et meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Pænt og rent med alle de faciliteter du har brug for. Dejligt restaurant hvor morgenmaden indtages og hvor man kan spise sin aftensmad eller bestille sin kaffe, drink etc. Ligger godt specielt for dem som ønsker lidt fred og ro - ingen larm.

Hotellet ligger en rask gåtur oppforbi stranden. Vi ble litt forbauset da det lagg i en bakgate, men ble igjen positivtoverasket da det var utrolgi koselig da vi kom inn. Bemanningen er utrolig hyggelige folk, å hjelper gjerne med transport, guidet tur o.l .Vi var storfornøyde med hotellet. Egner seg best for par eller vennegjenger. Nous avons passe 11 jours au Mentari et nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience. L'hôtel est situé au nord de Sanur, dans une ruelle calme à 500 m de la plage et de la promenade du front de mer. Il y a un grand nombre de commerces à proximité. Les points positifs : le personnel est accueillant, serviable, réactif et très genti. Le jardin et la piscine […] sont très agréables et bien entretenus. Si on loue une voiture, on peut se garer gratuitement devant l'hôtel (parking surveillé même si vous n'avez pas fait appel à leur service pour la location de voiture). Les points négatifs : les chambres sont très très mal insonorisées (Certaines chambres sont séparées par des doubles portes pas très épaisses, on vit donc avec ses voisins. Les blocs de clim situés à l'extérieur arrière des chambres sont bruyants et on les entend dans les chambres). Il ne faut pas compter faire la grasse matinée au vu de l'épaisseur des rideaux. Malgré que les serviettes de toilette soient lavées tous les jours, la plupart sont tâchées et ne donnent pas très envie de s'en servir. La carte de restaurant, et particulièrement celle du petit déj est plutôt pauvre En résumé, tout ceci a était un mal pour un bien car l'hôtel ne nous ayant pas donné très envie d'y lézarder, nous avons loué une voiture et avons bougé tous les jours!
