This Microtel is always clean; the staff always helpful. My overall satisfaction was knocked down one rating point because of a one-time-only billing issue (hopefully, resolved for Hotels.com customers.)

I would stay here again in an instant. Although the room was on the small side, it was large enough for our needs, it was squeaky clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate although they could have had more fruit - but they did have those make your own waffles! On Sun-Thurs nights, they give you chocolate chip cookies!

This hotel looked and smelled newly painted and carpets shampood. I nice change of pace from the usual stale cigarette smoke of the lower priced hotels. The bathrooms were nicely redone with all new fixtures and bright clean grout. Rooms were on the small side, but not abnormally so. Breakfast was meager, bagles-toast-cereal-juice- and coffee. Great […] staff and well insulated rooms, we did not hear our neighbors at night. Stayed two nights and enjoyed the location for jumping off to sleeping bear dunes and ludington state park. Also, eat at house of flavors down the street, they do breakfast, lunch and dinner, its a classic soda shop/diner feel and decor with great reasonably priced food! 더 보기

I had a very pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. It was clean, safe, comfortable, and very reasonable. It included an adequate continental breakfast the next morning. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel while my son was visiting Hope College. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. I thought it was an excellent value and a very nice place to stay for the night. The surrounding neighborhood isn't much to look at but it is not far from downtown Holland - and once you're inside, it doesn't matter. Very clean. Good hotel to stay at for a business trip. Very close to any thing you might need.

I was very happy with the hotel, very clean, good location for Hope College visit. Small breakfast area with few choices...fine if your not a big breakfast eater. Would definately recommend and would stay there again.

We thought this hotel was a great bargain. The rooms are not extravagant but it's the best 2 star we've stayed in. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is simple but they offer more than "Little Debbies" as some 2 stars we have stayed at. We have family in Holland and this is where we will stay again.

This is a pretty good place to stay for the price. It is simple and comfortable and the staff is nice.

while we had a good stay, were good except for the vacuming of the room and even the hallyways they need to edged with the vacum.

This hotels chain is a great value and each hotel I've been to is is very comfortable. We stayed on a mini-vacation to Michigan and will be sure to stay here again. Clean, Comfortable, Convenient and Parsimonious! Rates high with me and significant other!

The hotel was very easy to find. The room was clean nicely decorated. The price was more reasonable than nearby hotels. The continental breakfast isn't anything special, but was exactly what I had expected, so I was not at all disappointed. Overall a great stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Microtel one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The front desk staff was very helpful with suggesting places of interest and restaurants in Holland. The room was beautifully clean and comfortaqble. The breakfast was nice and very adequate. There was even fresh fruit, which was a special treat. Great place!

We were very satisfied with the hotel room and service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and condition of the hotel. Only downside was the one computer for guest use was down, so I had to wait until I got to the airport to check into my flight.

Nice place to stay for a night or two on the road.

I really can't fault the hotel too much as there's nothing even remotely equivalent available in the Holland area for the price. Good hotels in Holland are absurdly priced! I made the mistake of reserving a single queen bed. For that, you get a bed, a hook on the wall to hang clothes and a TV with a round screen with about 12 channels(do they even make […] round screens anymore?). You don't even get a hair dryer in the bathroom. Do yourself a favor and spring for two double beds or a queen suite. You still get the wall hook, but they add a standalone closet and a hairdryer. Unfortunately, you still get the 1990s tv and 12 channels. Still, it's the best value going in Holland! 더 보기

The staff was awesome in helping me to navigate the area which I was not familiar with. Since I do cleaning as a living I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel.

Good breakfast, clean room, no excess noise. Overall a good stay. Would recommend to others.

Since we were only staying one night, this hotel was suitable. A little out of the way, but we were competing with students returning to college, so accomodation in the area was limited. Not a lot of sound proofing in rooms, could hear noise outside in hallway & stairs.

staff went the extra mile in setting up breakfast early for us.

This motel had a few poor reviews and a lower ranking than some others in the area but the price was excellent so I booked a reservation. It was much nicer than I expected. The room was comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was a little better than the average continental breakfast because it included belgian waffles. Sometimes I could […] hear traffic but it wasn't loud enough that it kept me awake. The motel was pretty full so it is a pretty popular place to stay. The main drawback was that the breakfast area was small so it was a little hard to get your food without bumping into other guests and there was very little seating. The rooms were great, amenities not! The free breakfast was white bread for toasting and sugary cereals and muffins. I try to eat healthy and the only thing I could find to eat were cheerios with whole milk, no skim milk to be found. There was no fruit. As long as you go out to breakfast it is ok.

We had a very pleasant stay and the staff was friendly. The only challenge was the breakfast area was tiny and only two tables were in it, plus some nearby seating, which was also at tight quarters. One waffle machine was broken and the seond waffle machine didn't work properly.
