Good value hotel easy access to airport- staff friendly- only one small point having stayed there a number of times the sattf are still unable to identify my loyality card details, despite assurances on arrival that it would be done-

This is a great airport hotel. It has everything you will need for a stopover or a longer stay. The shuttle bus runs almost 24 hours and is relatively frequent. For the money, it was a bargain!

Stayed 1 night before a early morning flight. Hotel is easily accessed by train from London or mini cab 65 pounds from central London. Room was clean, had tv, fridge, nice bath. Only downside was wifi is not free. There is a town about 10 min walk with grocery stores, pubs, take aways and restaurants. Shuttle service to Gatwick is every 30 mins and […] cost 3.20 per person. Had booked this hotel through hotel.com, Had requested a king size bed room on the site but when i arrived at the hotel they stated they didn't have any at this rate.After speaking to the manager we received an upgrade, which was nice. Hotel close to the local village. Lovely breakfast. leisure facilities OK.

A little further off site, but clean and comfortable with attentive staff. Allow 30 minutes for the airport shuttle which charges a small fare.

Its so easy to take bus to Gatwick airport it stops 20 meters from the hotel and from Gatwick airport is really easy to take trains where ever you wanna go for as low as 13 pounds for whole day pass. Defenetly recommend this Hotel ;) cheers from Iceland

Great Hotel staff were very friendly fantastic room easy reach to the airport will stay again.

Can't really fault this hotel except our room was quite noisy, it sounded like there were other people in the room and when one of the close by rooms showered it was extremely loud.

It was a nice hotel with a well presented bedroom. the bed was comfortable. The internet was very expensive.

Very small rooms that were much too hot and stuffy. Shower curtain smelled stale. £17 for breakfast is ridiculously expensive, even by London standards.

In my opinion this hotel is more a 3 star rather than 4 star. It is looking a little tired although the room was fresh and clean enough. The staff is moderately helpful, business like. The hotel is close to Gatwick but there are nearer hotels. The car park was full on both occasions I needed to drive around for some time until someone left. Very plush hotel - extremely smart and with all the extras you could ask for. A bit too far from the airport to make it the best choice if you have an early flight

Ideal, especially for persons who have business in Gatwick airport area. Wonderful service beyond description and great facilities, especially spa. Service in restaurant cannot be beat. Exceptional value for money as well.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities and comforts you would hope for with easy access to gatwick airport and within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.

This is a very nice hotel and the room was lovely. The spa also was a very nice treat. I would stay there again.

Evertything was topnotch at a great rate. Excellent food, great gym and swimming pool, fantastically comfortable bed. Person at reception got the taxi booking slightly wrong but that is forgivable...highly recommended hotel.

Clean hotel, but the service was horrible. They gave us a room right next to the maintenance elevator shaft which was fully operational at 6 a.m. Yikes! We had a reservation for 2 but only received one towel. Upon check-in we were asked if we wanted a newspaper in the morning. We said yes; we never received one. The bed was horrible as we could feel […] every single spring poking us in the back. At check-out I wanted to drop off a postcard at the front desk. They wouldn't do it because they had no stamps! Some rooms are very, very small though others are normal and very nice. Main problem is the trip from the airport. The shuttle bus only goes every 40 minutes and services a lot of other hotels before getting to the Crowne. We needed a room close to the airport because of an early flight the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle service was available but you need 3 pounds per person for the trip, they don't take US $$. Nice walk into town centre for dinner at pizza ex. place! I would stay again.

Our point of staying at this hotel was to be near the airport for our early morning flight. The hotel was nice and comfortable, but it wasn't that close to the airport. The shuttle price seemed a little high, and it took about 30 minutes to get to the airport, stopping at other hotels along the way. Overall a decent, quality hotel. Room was spacious clean and comfortable and food in the restaurant was good. The gym and pool area could do with some refurbishment.

Great room, good facilities and gourmet restaurant

We booked the Club room for 5 nights and found the rooms to be of a very high standard along with high levels of cleanliness. They are also in a new block which helps and are fitted with a high standard of equipment - including a 'tiled' TV in the bathrooms - excellent experience and I would return at the drop of a hat.

This hotel was fantastic - we only stayed 1 night before flying back home - and had had briliant stay if i was going back to even london i would stay at this hotel - fab swim pool aswell - and the beds were so so comfey!!!

Great hotel for one night stop over- would consider using again if travelling on holiday and departing early morning from Gatwick Airport. Nice pool area and within 10 mins ofCrawley high street . Room nice but pillows not too good (1 was too flat 2 woke up with stiff neck!) Great Shower and spacious bathroom .

Très bon hôtel prés de Gatwick. Très facile pour y accéder par la navette (payante) depuis l'aéroport.

Hotellet hadde nok sin storhetstid på 90 tallet og fremsto som kjedelig og lite atraktivt. Vi hadde oppgradert rommet vårt likevell var det svært lite. Det var ingen føner på rommet, bare en badekåpe og ingen minibar. Da jeg henvente meg til vaskedamen for å få en badekåpe til, beklaget hun seg ikke og gav meg heller ikke flere badekåper for hvert […] rom skulle etter hennes instrukser bare ha en kåpe. De som jobbet på hotellet var svært unge mennesker fra øst europa. Vi spiste også middag på hotellet, det var en svært skuffende opplevelse. Mat og service var under middels. Wir waren für eine Nacht dort bevor es am Morgen nach Hause ging von Gatwick aus. Zimmer: OK. Betten sind viel zu weich. Aber wenigstens sauber. Hotel: Hässlicher Kasten. Schwimmabd/Sauna: Schlimm! Sauna stinkt. Ganzer Bereich muss dirngend renoviert werden!

Selvom der er tale om et lufthavnshotel, så var beliggenheden ikke optimal. Dvs. det er placeret alt for langt fra selve lufthavnen. Hotellet var som så ok. Værelserne fra små, men hyggelige og moderne indrettet. Hotellet reklamerer med garanteret præcis morgenvækning. Ellers får man opholdet gratis. Vi modtog dog galdrid den bestilte morgenvækning. […] Da vi påpejede det overfor hotelpersonalet - blev vi beskyldt for at snyde - hvilket ikke lige er fedt at blive beskyldt for. Vi reiste til London på shopping tur og bodde på dette hotellet i 4 netter. Det er ikkje så langt fra flyplassen som var viktig for oss da vi skulle fly hjem igjen tidlig om morgenen. Beliggenheten er grei men det tok ca 20 minutter å gå inn til Crawley togstasjon der det gikk tog inn til London Victoria og London Bridge. Hotellbetjeningen var høflig […] og grei og det var reint og fint. Dersom eg skal tilbake til London og bu på hotell så hadde eg bestilt dette igjen. Vi var to voksne og ni barn/voksne fra 10år til 18år og alle var like fornøyde med hotellet. Så dette hotellet kan anbefales. 더 보기

Meget bra hotell. Alt upåklagelig. Hadde et utmerket 4-dagers opphold for i utgangspunktet å være overnattingssted for London-opplevelser, men vi likte oss så godt på hotellet at vi kun dro inn til London En dag!!! Anbefaler hotellet på det sterkeste - kommer personlig å foretrekke å bo her ved fremtidige London-besøk. Mye bedre å benytte Gatwick flyblass […] enn Stansted eller Heatrow. 더 보기

Parfait par rapport à notre but qui était de visiter autour de Brighton. (si votre but est Londres 1H20) Personnel au petit soin, propreté parfaite, tarifs boissons au bar plus que correct. Très bon accueil piscine et fitness

We hebben hier 3 nachten verbleven , en het was echt supergoed, een echte aanrader. Volgend jaar gaan we terug naar crawley en zullen zeker terug naar dit hotel gaan
