슈퍼 에이트 몬터레이 - 카멜 지역 (Super 8 Monterey - Carmel Area) - 몬테레이

처음 도착했을 때, 예쁜 건물과 주위 경관에 무척 만족해 했습니다. 식당가까지는 5분, 베이 아쿠아리움까지는 10분 정도 걸립니다. 객실이 널찍하고, 특히나 욕실이 넓어서 무척 좋았고, 특히나 안개낀 아침 풍경이 너무 좋더군요. 다만 냉난방기의 소음이 좀 큰 것이 단점.

A nice place to stay, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

Nice motel, repainted in the last year. Good sized clean rooms, with tv, fridge and microwave. Free simple breakfast offering cereals, toast, muffins, and pastries. Swimming pool on site. The motel is 5 minutes from a shopping mall and cinema complex but you will need a car to visit the beach and aquarium and other sites that Monterey offers. Be aware, they charge you just because they see you with more people. They charge me $80, because the last day they saw me with 2 friends that were staying at a different hotel in the same street. I call the next day and the manager was rude and unable to give me a good explanation of the charge, they just told me that because they saw me with more […] people they had to charge me since only 2 people are allowed in each room. The hotel is well located and have limited parking. Late at night you might not have any parking slot avialable The people on the front desk don't like to speak too much - so just take your room and don't ask too much.... The rooms are quite comfortable and well equipped, but a bit run down, could do with an overhaul. The location is convenient for Monterey and Carmel and for highway 1, and benefits from a pretty decent shopping center across the road.

The room was very clean and larger than I expected. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed 1 night here after booking online. The price was very reasonable and it had the best rating of the hotels I saw in the same price range. We were pleasantly surprised. Comfortable, good location, and a good value for the money.

I was really glad we stayed here. It was centrally located and right across the street from Del Monte Center where we could find everything we needed. It was just a short hop to the sites of Monterey, Hwy 1 and easily accessible to Carmel and Big Sur.

it was exactly what two old traveling sisters needed. two queen beds, warm, tv, enough breakfast and a great deal.

This was nice and convenient. Restaurants across the road, close to Highway 1. Easy to get around

We got exactly what we had expected from this stay, based on the reviews we read here on Hotels.com before we booked. The room was spacious (even had two separate sinks with mirrors -- one outside the bathroom, and one inside), the queen beds were comfortable, the fridge and microwave were great for storing snacks and re-heating leftovers from Cannery […] Row, there was plenty of parking, the complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficient (danishes, cereal, oatmeal, toast, english muffins, milk, coffee, juice), and it was less than a 10-minute drive to the Aquarium and Dennis the Menace Park. The kids loved having their own bed, and the flatscreen tv was actually nicer than we'd expected. Oh, and there was even free WiFi. You can't beat that with a baseball bat! The hotel was great from the moment we checked in till we checked out. It was convientely located to everything from food places, entertainment and a grocery store. The only downside was the pool was closed for the winter season, other than that we were completely satisfied.

It's a cheap hotel with clean sheets that is driving distance from beautiful things. If you have a car and you're not trying to impress someone with crystal chandeliers in the lobby, this is a good spot.

The room, location, cleanliness...all were very good. The reception from the staff was the rudest I have ever experienced. The lady was abusive, accusative, inhospitable, downright rude....then she realized she had the wrong person. But to treat any customer in the manner she did is inexcusable and unprofessional. Up the road from Downtown, walking distance to Del Monte Mall with restaurants & stores and convenient freeway entrance to #1. Couch, double vanity, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, clean & remodeled. Breakfast from 7 - 10. What wasn't to like

I stayed there with my family one night. Big room, Big bed and good condition bathroom. Easy to find the location. Near to Camel city, 17miles drive, cannery row, warf. Continental breakfast is good. parking is convenient. Only one thing unsatisfied is noisy of heater. i will stay there again next time.

This is the nicest Super 8 I've stayed in. The rooms were in good condition, had standard amenities like fridge and microwave. The location is great, you can walk to Whole Foods and lots of shopping, it's close to the downtown area. It was too cold to swim, but the pool looked nice. My husband and I usually stay at a Super 8 hotel, and this one was another good experience. The only thing that they could improve is breakfast: not too many choices and not too much space. Overall I really liked it.

For a 2 stars motel, it was very good. The carpet was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was the heater was noisy.

Let me just stay this : in terms of cleanliness, room condition and functionality, I've paid double the price that I paid at Super 8 for hotels that were much worse off. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this budget hotel. Absolute value for money.

The Super 8 hotel in Monterey was easily accessible and perfect for our needs. It was easy to check in and out, very comfortable, and reasonably priced. We would stay there again.

The management was great. I thought we would need a fold out bed and called to ask about it. Being told there was a fee, we decided not to use it but when we checked in, they already put the bed in the room. They took it out without a problem. Room is of decent size. This hotel was very clean, friendly staff, great location, what more can I say! The price was outstanding and it included the continental breakfast! Way too good of a deal for the price. We will definately stay here again!

Central, clean, good price. Breakfast quality is awful but that seems to be the norm in all hotels in the US...

The hotel is located across from Del Monte shopping center and a few miles from Carmel and Monterey fisherman's wharf. It is very clean and decent room and the price was very reasonable. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and features of our room. Microwave, refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend this to any traveler

The hotel is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable. My unique complaint is the breakfast area. In fact it is a joke, with just 2 tables. But overall is a nice base for a couple of days in the Monterey area.

The room was well kept. The hotel overall was very nice. The busy street out front was very loud. There were other guests that did not take others into consideration. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Stayed one night at this Super8. Staff was friendly, Hotel was clean, neighborhood was nice and safe, with all the amenities (food, gas, sightseeing) nearby. Will stay here again.

great little hotel, close to everything, and right across the street from a mall. what more could a girl ask for. the parking lot is a little tight and the breakfast is a little sketchy, but overall, would recommend it to my friends and family. and would stay there again

The hotel was clean and located well. The room had a king sized bed with a table and chairs. This is great except there was not enough room to walk by the bed and the table. This was the smallest room with the most stuff in it that I have ever stayed in.

We feel like the luciest people. This motel was wonderfull it was cean comfortable, it was also priced lower than any of the other motels in the area. A SUPER MOTEL.
