We always stay here on our way between Idaho and Arizona. Very accessible...lots of restaurants in the area. Pets allowed!

After a long day of driving, my husband and I were ready to relax. However, when we stepped into our room, it was warm and muggy and we weren't sure why. Then we realized the carpets were soaking wet. When we asked the front desk for a different room, they said we should just open the window and it would be fine. They were still wet in the morning, […] despite running the AC (in February). The bed was the most uncomfortable of our 5 night trip across the US, and sheets were very itchy. Pros: Accepts pets for no additional fee, specious room, indoor hot tub and pool, decent continental breakfast, updated furnishings. Cons: Pool is not open 24/7, a little bit more expensive than some competitors. I was overall very pleased with my stay here. It was a cost effective night sleep, the beds were not great...but it was clean and had a pool for the kids to play at....

Complaint at Holiday Inn Express in general: The floor plan concerning lodging for the handappped at Holiday Inn Express Hotels is flawed for anyone who is weak, but not yet in a wheelchair. Taking the elevator to the 2nd floor, and then walking all the way to the end of the hall is not a easy thing. We discovered by accident that a more expensive handicapped […] room was right across from the elevator on the third floor. This is mainly a review about value for money. I felt the hotel was reasonable, however it was not reasonably priced for the experience. The hotel staff was nice but I expected more of a professional look/feel. The untucked polo shirt didn't really say "we value your business". Actually kind of surprising considering their target lately is business […] travelers. Overall hotel was clean. However the biggest issue for me was that the walls were paper thin. Everything happening in the hallways or rooms next to mine felt like it was happening in my room. Maintenance was an issue. There was water damage in my room. The sink was slow. So if you're staying in Cedar City, at this price I'm pretty sure there are better options. 더 보기

Nice rooms, good pool and spa, not too expensive.

The hotel was nice and convenient to Zion National Park.

Generally we found that the breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express are better than other similiarly priced hotels (e.g. Comfort Inns, etc.). Our room at Cedar City was not as nice as the one we got in Parachute CO - no microwave or in room coffee maker - so we were disappointed since we had stayed at Parachute on the way. Check in was a breeze. Women behind the counter was polite and and considerate of our needs. We went down to Cedar City for the Utah Summer Games and she was very considerate knowing the hotel was packed with kidsand said that if I had any noise issues to let her know. Never had to but it was still a nice gesture on her part. I always look for a Hotel […] with a full breakfast. I was very satisfied...eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, bananas. pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, milk and all the juices.. breakfast rolls, muffins and bagels....Im sure I may have left something out. but there was plenty to go around. great way to start the day...Asked for extra towels and wash cloths both nights we stayed and it wasnt a problem....As for hotel management please note that your in room hotel binder says that anyone under the age of 16 "must be" accompanied to the pool by a parent. but in the Pool area your signs state that anyone under the age of 14 "should be" accompanied by a parent. Also the emergency red phone in the pool area should be clearly marked as such. I didnt even notice it until the 2nd night we were there. Very great experince!! Will be back 더 보기

Very convenient to nearby restaurants, gas station, and nearby Hwy 15..

Nice clean room. Bad part is the walls are very thin. At 5 a.m. person upstairs showered and we could hear the entire shower and water running in the walls. Woke us up, it was so loud. But yet, we couldn't hear neighboring TV's.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet even though it appeared to be full. It was also conveniently located for traveling. The best thing about it was that we needed two beds per room since we were traveling with children and they offered queen size beds instead of the usual double.

Excellent hotel. Very clean , staff very good. Breakfast very good. would highly recommend this hotel

very easy to the bryce and zion national parks. also all restaurants close by.

Although the staff were friendly, the hotel is overpriced and the quality of the rooms/breakfast are not up to par. The main complaint is that the walls were paper thin and the floor shook when people walked down the hallway. Very poor construction. I do not recommend it by any means.

The reception staff was very amiable and recognized quickly that I was tired and just wanted to get to my room. The room was clean, the shower was relaxing, and the adjoining areas were quiet. I slept well and enjoyed a fantastic continental breakfast in the morning. I hit the road refreshed and ready for another day of driving.
