General areas were not very clean - seems like an older place. Breakfast was OK.

We wanted a hotel not in the Canadian -down - for - the - sales area. we wanted a break and the ability to get to the Old Town and Fairhaven areas yet not pay too much. we booked this room as an overnight stay before a flight out of bellingham airport. the room was clean, quiet and comfortable which was great but the hotel service was exceptional. This hotel offered us a great free breakfast as well as a free shuttle to and from the airport and free parking for the week we were away. This is a fine hotel--it is clean and has quality ammenities and the staff is VERY friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at the guesthouse inn on 4 separate occasions in the last 6 months and have found it to be very comfortable, convenient, and overall an excellent value for the money. The rooms on the freeway side can be somewhat noisy, but apart from that, we would highly recommend it to friends & family.

very good breakfast, room was very good, clean etc,the noise from the freeway was not that bad, the rest of the experience made up for it!!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was simple with no issues. The price was very reasonable and the included breakfast consisted of a variety of choices with an on site staff member to take care of all needs. We will definitely stay there again when returning to Bellingham and would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel with very charming receptionist. clean and very near Fred Mayer Mall. I really love their continental Breakfast. better than those of Econo Lodge & Best Western. Highly recommended for short stay visit.

Whenever we go to Bellingham, we always stay at the Guest House Inn. It is always clean, has a great breakfast of hot waffles and is close to everything.

At the time I arrived, the staff was friendly and allowed me to check in earlier than normal and after traveling that was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect and I was able to walk everywhere I needed. This was important since you do not have the luxury of simply flagging down a taxi like I am able to back home. I liked that […] the hotel has joined the ranks of other hotels of giving you a choice to have your bed made without having them waste water by changing the sheets daily. They also offer something similar with towels if you like. Way to go! What didn't live up to my expectation was the cleanliness of the room. - I reserved a non-smoking room but the carpet had several cigarette burns in it. - When I went to shower, I pulled back the curtain to find hairs on the side of the tub that had been hidden behind the curtain to imply they only clean what they see. - When I plugged in my phone, I saw a food wrapper and a crumpled notepad behind the nightstand, again telling me they only clean what they see in front of them. Check out was very simple and quick. I asked to leave my bag with them until I was scheduled to leave and they where more than willing to do this. I did get nervous when they told me they do not have claim tickets for when I would come back for my bag (should I just describe black carry-on rolling luggage when I return). When I did return to pick up my bag, the person behind the desk gave me the all access swipe key and told me to retrieve it myself from the room located down and around the corner. I believe most people are honest but this should not be allowed. I believe the above are things they can easily address and I hope they do. 더 보기

Small comfortable hotel. Close to all major shopping malls. Outlet shopping malls, restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Rooms have everything person need. Just one small remark, TV is old, needs new flat screen, so room will have more space.

We stayed the night before a flight and found great access to the freeway; there is a lovely little breakfast room downstairs. Free parking is another bonus!

Just right. Clean. Friendly. Rooms are rather small, but there was even a hand written note of welcome from housekeeping on the pillow. Breakfast was a step up from many continental breakfasts. For business travelers or for adults visiting their kids at WWU, a terrific choice.

Although not a luxury hotel it was clean, well-managed and the room itself was furnished well. Linens were like new and well stocked.

My stay was pleasant. The guest service was great, I could open the window in my room all the way for fresh air, and the room was clean and the pillow was fluffy. A big grocery store was right across the street. Nothing fancy, but will definitely stay again.

The hotel was nice, clean & attractive. The bed & pillows were hard. Glad I brought earplugs for the freeway noise. Next time I'll request non freeway side.

Thhird time we are staying at this hotel. Very clean and convenient to everything in Bellingham.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable with four fluffy pillows. The breakfast room had a variety of choices and the coffee was great! Next time I would request a room not on the freeway side but other than that it was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay for the value! Comfy beds, friendly service, and the breakfast bar was great to have in the morning! The only downside was that the TV was a little fuzzy and impossible to work.
