We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable.The hotel was located close to many restaurants. The staff was courteous and helpful. I left my purse at the restaurant next door to the hotel one night and didn't realize it until the next morning. The front dest person did everything in her power to help me locate the manager […] of the restaurant and eventually get my purse back. Given what we paid, I was expecting the motel would be in better shape. It's in need of upgrading and a good cleaning. Someone is pinching pennies here and it's holding this place back from being a much better value than it is.

I enjoyed the hotel overall, and had a positive experience. The only complaint that I have is the bed felt like I was laying on plywood. Less that, very nice hotel rooms, and very nice staff.

Very nice, very clean, in door pool and hot tub were nice, would definitely stay again...............

We have stayed here several times on our drive to Florida. It is very nice and clean. I will likely stay here again.

The hotel & their staff was awesome. The only negative would be if you have any type of discount you can use, book directly with the hotel. The reservation can't be changed once you book. The hotel itself had great comfy rooms & very clean. The staff was great also. I would stay here again for sure.

we had to pay $40.00 more dollars to get a refrigerator, in our room. we were told we had to upgrade to a suite.

I ended up staying here b/c all the motel in Tallahassee were full. I am very well pleased at my stay and will definately choose this motel again

Average hotel. Not that good a value. Due to the atrium design all the noise from the lobby, banquent rooms and restaurant can be heard in the rooms. I was on the 4th floor(out of 6 floors). ASk for end rooms if planning a stay here.

Very friendly staff that made us feel right at ease. Loved the babyback ribs with the sauce! Room was comfy and clean.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. For travelers using Interstate 75, this hotel is easily accessible. Plenty of restaurants nearby and there is a small mall about 1/2 mile down the road.

Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful morning continental breakfasts. Beds extremely comfortable.

The hotel lobby was quite nice and modern. However, our room seemed dingy and old...not dirty, just not fresh. There was a smell in the elevator...smellled like diesel fuel to me... and it even drifted into the hallway just outside of the elevator. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. The room didn't have a 'fridge, which surprised us as most rooms […] do these days. There was no free breakfast...not even a sweet roll or doughnut..... another letdown. The desk clerk seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat directions to a local discount store. We will not stay at this hotel again. 더 보기

Everything was good - clean, polite staff, nice amenities... then I turned the sheets back and there was a spider waiting for me. I called maintenance and he promptly killed it and checked everywhere to see if there were more. No other rooms were availabe so I stayed. I was given $10 off breakfast which I don't eat but a nice gesture. It wasn't a huge […] deal except I HATE spiders and couldn't sleep after that and had a biz meeting the next morning. 더 보기

Noisy!, close to US75

Good stay but didn't have a breakfast like other hotels.

Don't take this hotel with the breakfast included, when we went down the next morning and the staff told us that we had a long wait ahead of us as they had tables still to attend too and did not put any special effort to hurry things up. I think the rates were excellent! The hotel room was very clean and well kept. Unfortunately I got to the hotel too late to enjoy the indoor pool but I went by it and it looked very nice as well. I would definitely come visit again!!

This hotel was in excellent condition and had extremely professional, kind staff. I had a thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I reserved this room with my credit card with the intent of using another one for actual payment when we arrived. We tried to explain this to the front desk at check-in and they kept saying we had pre-paid, we explained to the lady we wanted to use another credit card and thought she understood because she swiped the other card. But after returning […] home and receiving my card statement the rooms were charged to my card. Now we are waiting to see if we were charged twice. 더 보기

I thought that the hotel rating was too low. This is not your typical Holiday Inn. It had the atmosphere of a Hilton with larger more comfortable rooms. The entrance and the foyer reminded me of the larger more expensive hotels. Holiday Inn must be taking a step up. Long over due.

I would recommend the hotel. It was a very nice hotel. However, I did not get the room that I paid for on Hotels.com. It was supposed to be an upgraded queen. This was to have a living area with a pull out couch. It did not. It was your basic basic basic small double queen room. It was supposed to have a fridge and microwave. This was actually planned […] on because of our traveling situation. It had neither. It was clean, yes, but disappointing when you don't get what you paid for. I did not feel welcomed when I checked in. I was given the impression that I was an inconvenience to them. Not what you want after a long day of traveling. 더 보기

This was a clean and well kept hotel. Will stay there again. Highly recommended.
