wonderful staff..outstanding room and value for the money. I have stayed at many hotels and Microtel Inn San Antonio ranks very close to the top. Comfortable bed and linens clean and soft. Room extremely clean and beautiful decor. high quality hotel at exceptional rate. Free breakfast and wonderful staff..

Overall a nice hotel and perfect location to where I needed to be for Business travel.Unfortunately, I had to have my toilet plunged multiple times, and the water pressure was very low in the shower.

Nice, clean lobby and dining area, very comfortable rooms. Nice linens, plenty of comfy pillows and fluffy towels. Only complaint was AC made some funny noises at times. They are the below window units but there is a real thermostat on the wall near the bath, and the temp was well regulated. Just made a little buzz a couple of times before they switched […] on. The air conditioner in my SUITE was quite noisy at times and had some issues staying turned on for long periods of time (like overnight), but if there were ever any issues the staff were willing to be there to fix the problem in a timely manner. It was a great vacay and I would recommend this location to my friends!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very nice and welcoming. Only complaint air conditioner was not working and it was very humid had a hard time sleeping. We would stay again but I would make sure the a/c is working before we settle in.

air conditioning was broken in room...front desk staff was really rude and unfriendly

This is a great hotel if you are staying for a long stay and just need a place to sleep for a reasonable cost.

I upgraded for a few more bucks to a suite...worth it..comfortable. didn't like the fact that maid service ended early. Also late checkout was at 12p.m. Breakfast needs work. But overall was a good stay compared to other places I'ved stayed at... Recomend if just chilliing..

Great location. Hotel staff was very friendly. Asked for late check out and it wasn't a problem. Didn't have a problem getting extra towels. Most definitely will stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly, would definitely stay in a Microtel hotel again.

I would recommend staying at Microtel! The rooms are clean, the front desk staff are all very nice and the pool is nice and clean!!

This was a great hotel for the price. Staff was very nice. Had a slight problem with room service, but when I mentioned it to the front desk , they immediately took care of it. Not a problem, great customer service

This was a great value. It was priced just slightly higher than the roach motel we ran away from on sight. The rooms are comfortable, and the service is friendly. The rooms were not spotless, but we were relieved not to stay in the previously mentioned roach motel.

While the lobby and breakfast buffet area were nice. We were so upset to find our vehicle was broken into the first morning of our stay. We parked in the hotel parking lot where cameras captured our vehicle in plain sight. After calling police we were disuaded by hotel manager, April from relying on hotel video to catch the thieves because their video […] only played in "real time." It didn't have the capability of fast forwarding. SO WHY HAVE VIDEO? Plus to add insult to injury, one of the hotel patrons who was parked by our vehicle saw the glass and damage, went back into the hotel, reported to staff and we were NEVER notified. We had to discover it on our own! Two washers ONE working dryer = we would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Disappointed to say the least. 더 보기

The front office staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable (bed was firm) and the air conditioning worked very well.

Great hotel! We were definately happy! The hotel was clean, staff very friendly, beds very comfortable and I love that they are queen beds, not double. Would definately recommend and will go back!

It's not fancy, but it is clean, low in price, and friendly staff. Would recommend staying at this Microtel Inn.

I've never stayed at a Micro-Tel before and I didn't know what to expect. I've seen them around, but never heard much about them. HOWEVER, upon getting to the hotel, I was impressed with the hotel, the location, and the wonderful staff! Conveniently located next to the highway made it easy to get to everywhere I needed to go! What can I say about the […] price? The price was amazing! After returning home my famiily gave me props for taking are of them so well - by finding such a great hotel with such comfy accomodations! My husband drove into town to spend two days at Sea World. We arrived at the hotel after the first day at the park. I cannot say enough great things about our hotel. We were greeted by Paul U. at the front desk. He went above and beyond to answer our every question. He handed us several local food menus and even hand wrote numbers for the best food […] deals! Our room was quiet and clean. I am always sceptical of hotel rooms and check every nook and cranny for unclean signs. I didn't find any. My husband and I slept like babies in the comfy beds. I have stayed in bigger 3 and 4 star hotels and wasn't pleased like I was with this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in San An! 더 보기

Only 2 things I didnt care for. 1. the green colored walls, but thats my personal prefernce. 2 house keeping didnt take all towels on first day and only left 2 clean towels out of 4. Tub drained slowly, sood in water while taking a shower But other than that everything was fine it was very clean and a great location and would say at again

Did not like the hard beds and I swear there were bed bugs. My son and I both had issues. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were other people's hair in the shower and bathroom. There was also trash from previous occupants left behind the curtains. The price for the quality was not good.

very clean and nice hotel, only about 4 miles from airport.

The air conditioning did not cool the room. The sheets were not clean, there was some sticky red candy looking stuff on sheets. we reported it to the manager of the hotel. She said she was going to contact Hotels.com and get a refund credited. The manager told me she woulod call me that afternoon. i never heard from her.

Great location the staff was very helpful and the rooms was great for the price.

It was a decent stay for the price we paid. It was little distant but not too far away from seaworld, riverwalk etc. The staff were respectful and friendly. The AC gave us problems but they fixed it immediately and were even willing to move us to a different room. I would recommend it for others. Relatively close to the airport and not far from San Antonio Downtown. No problems at all with service. The room was nice but had an unpleasant odor. Breakfast is very limited but enough for a quick day start. I think this hotel should have a fare $20 dollars lower.

I thought this hotel was great. Staff was VERY nice. Room was really nice. Crisp white linens. Bed was comfy. Pool was clean. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the water pressure in the shower....was just lighter than usual at hotels. Other than that, great. I will definitely stay here again

I loved the fact that the doors are inside the building; therefore it's more secure. The lobby is nice, and the staff is friendly. The size of the rooms are decent for the price. And the pillows are super comfy. The only downfall was the actual bed... it tad too firm. Overall... I would defenitaly stay at this hotel again & I highly recommend it.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is in poor physical condition and the rooms need to be redone as well as the lobby. Dirty carpets throughout the hotel. The hotel does not monitor the guests at the pool that were having a grand party until 11 pm and keepi9ng me from sleeping. Very basic but plenty of choices. The rates are reasonably but the hotel is really poorly maintained. Deduct another star if you like a bedspread on your bed. this was a great motel....location was geat for downtown san antiono and fort sam houston...planning on staying again in a couple months

Excellent service and value for a 2-star listed hotel.

The major portions of the room appeared clean, however things like the light switches, wall behind the trash can and the phone were very very dirty. Kind of gives you the creeps when you wonder what else isn't being cleaned.

Decent room. Good room for the price. Bed slightly hard, but I slept ok.
