The customer was great. But the place had some issue with up keep and showing signs of lack of maintenance. As for my room I stayed in was awful. It had a funny odor and the sheet on the bed were dirty. It is also nice to have a clock in the room. Last but not least was the buzzing sound that kept waking me up from the mini fridge.

My friends and I would probably all agree this is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Not only was it unclean but not comfortable to sleep in. There were many yellow stains in our sheets and our pillow cases had brown stuff all over them, we were rather grossed out and went to ask for clean ones. When we went to go ask, the hotel attendant didn't […] even need to hear the story to know what we were talking about, he just took the pillows and it took him 15 minutes to find us clean ones...The heater in the room was also very loud and kept us awake from good sleep all night. The comforter on the bed and the shower curtain had holes in it. My cell phone fell under the bed and there was a lot of garbage from past people. The hotel attendant was very nice but it really didn't make up for how we felt our stay in the room was. Sorry but my friends and I would not recommended this hotel...even for 1 night. 더 보기

Well, first off, we picked this place because of the rate and the free shuttle to 6 flags. We had a group of 8 so 2 cars, 2 hotel rooms. We get there and they said there is NO free shuttle, it was $10/trip / car (and we'd need 2 cars). Or we could pay $20/car to park at 6 flags. Either way we would be out $40 but HOTELS.COM was great and reimbursed […] our card because of the wrong info. So after that got figured out and we had a great day, we headed back to the hotel. We well into room#1. Floors were dirty. My bed had no sheets. The headboard was covered in boogers or something else :(. There was hair in the bathroom, when you showered, you had to stand in an inch of water because it wouldn't drain right. There was toilet paper covering the eye hole on the door. The towels were stained with something red. And I think that's it in that room. Room#2 had many of the same issues and also in the bathroom, the shower rod was too short so they took toilet paper and balked it up and stuck in in between the rod and wall to hold it up. Nice comfy room at a good price.

This hotel is in need of a good cleaning And there were too many permanent guest there for our liking. I guess you get what you pay for.

I was disturbed at the inadequate cleanliness of the room and the facility in general. The wash cloths and towels had black stains and bits of dried leaves on them. The carpeting also had stains and the motel just seemed to have been neglected. The bed was comfortable, but the general lack of cleanliness made it difficult for me to relax and/or sleep […] well. The only good things I can say are that the bed was comfortable and the response to complaints was prompt and apologetic. The furnishings were dusty and shabby and the TV had to be connected. The carpeting was filthy.

What a great way to start your day with an awesome breakfast. Plenty to choose from. Fruits and waffle, to name a few.

Stayed one night. The hotel had smoking rooms, which was nice. Good location, close to food, shopping, and attractions. This motel was very nice. It was conveniently located right off the highway and you could not hear any of the traffic. The motel staff were more than friendly and very accomodating. We reserved 4 rooms and all were very clean. We had a problem with one of the showers and the manager was more than helpful and offered another room. I reserved my stay over the phone on the 5th or 6th s they had 4 to 5 dys to get it on the computer. When I checked in I figured they would be able to find it right away on the computer. It took 30 minutes for them to find it. When I went out on the 11th and came back at around 11:30 I could not get back in my room as the card was deactivated. When […] I went downstairs to see why I could not get back in they had thought I had checked out. I told them I had paid for 2 days and was not expected to leave till the 12th. They said that they did not see where I was to stay till the 12th. Had to show my reciept to prove I had paid for 2 days. 더 보기

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not very clean (hair stuck to wall in shower), and it was, oddly, lacking a shower curtain. It's pretty loud if other people are making any noise, but it wasn't a problem at night for us. Air conditioning didn't work well in the room; it was always too warm.
