위치는 Kata stretch에서의 호텔의 나머지라 할만큼 좋습니다. 사실 저는 3박 4일을 머물렀는데, 제공되는 시설들 대비 가격이 정말 저렴했습니다. 이 호텔은 다음의 변수들에 의해 점수가 매겨집니다- 음식, 넓은 방, 분위기. 그러나, 놀랍게도 리셉션에 있는 직원의 서비스는 한심합니다. 정말 비협조적입니다. 체크인할때, 리셉션 직원은 일을 하는 둥 마는 둥 했습니다. 방키를 건네줘야 하는 것 외에도 어떤 정보도 주지 않았습니다. 체크아웃때는, 리셉션에서는 정오 12시가 넘어서 체크아웃한다고 나에게 시간당 초과 비용을 청구했습니다. 단지 몇시간 더 머무르는 것 조차 그들은 거부했습니다.

이 호텔은 해변에서 불과 5분 밖에 걸리지 않았습니다. 현지 토속 음식과 아주 멋진 레스토랑이 걸어서 갈수 있는 거리에 있었죠. 나와 내 파트너는 다음 행선지인 방콕으로 가기 전에 3박 4일을 머물렀습니다. 방에서 무선인터넷은 무료로 제공합니다. 기후 또한 엄청 좋습니다. 침대는 넓고 베개는 아늑했습니다. 풀장과 마주하고 있는 발코니는 밤마다 숨을 멎게 했습니다. 나와 내 파트너는 와인 한병을 가지고 자리에 앉아서 그냥 그러한 고요를 감탄했습니다. 직원들은 믿기 힘들정도로 예의 발랐습니다. 특별히 직원들 중 한명은 나의 비행기 스케줄이 문제가 있었을때 그녀의 근무시간을 초과하여 나를 도와주었습니다. 전체 직원들이 다 예의 […] 발랐고 우호적이었습니다. 그들은 영어도 상당히 잘했습니다. 이곳은 대학을 위해 세상의 다른 곳에서 떠나온 나와 나의 파트너를 위한 완벽한, 마지막 로맨틱에 이르는 길이었습니다. 나는 다음에도 반드시 이 리조트에 올겁니다. 더 보기

우리는 여기에 있는 동안 매우 즐거웠습니다. Kata 해변은 Karon or Patong보다 너무 작았지만 더 유쾌했습니다. 훨씬 조용했습니다. 그러나 다양한 음식과 기념품샵들이 있습니다. 따뜻한 햋빛과 그늘진 풀장, 정말 맛있는 아침식사가 좋았습니다. 룸서비스는 늘 효율적이었고 친절했습니다.

A great resort to stay at , I especially liked the tourist service located at the front of the hotel, the people were very helpful in setting up all of our plans for our stay on Phuket,. I will come back to this resort when I visit Phuket again.

We were disappointed at this hotel as it was very worn out and not up to standard of similar hotels at Kata and Karon Beach. Especially the people were not very flexible and we could only get 1 small towel for the pool every day. My boyfriend and I stayed here over Christmas and are in our early thirties. This hotel is a short walk from Kata beach and well maintained. It was great coming back from the beach in the afternoons and hanging out by the long winding hotel pool serving food, ice cream sundaes and a variety of drinks at the swim up bar. There are also swim up rooms […] which we didn't know about if you're interested. The free breakfast each morning was great and we really appreciated the computers you could use at no charge for internet access, we didn't find that anywhere else on our trip. All in all I would absolutely recommend this place as well as Kata beach if you not into late night parties and want to be outside the madness of Patong. 더 보기

Kata Palm really is a comfortable hotel. When hearing about Thailand you get the impression of a country offering good food, cheap living and good service. This last part seems to be forgotten by some, but not by this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there, all though only for 3 days and 2 nights. Très bon séjour au Kata palm, la chambre est spacieuse (deluxe poolview). Les meubles sont un peu défraichis, mais propres et fonctionnels.La literie un peu ferme. Le plus de ce resort est sa piscine bien entretenue et gigantesque. Les enfants (2 et 1.5) ont apprécié.

Très bon hôtel , sympathique

Bra hotell med bra läge i närheten av Kata Beach. Rummen direkt vid poolen är att föredra, då man kommer vid den inre poolen och inte hamnar vi den första. Kan vara lite myggigt, samt städerskornas vagnar lever om på morgonen då dom drar omkring på loftgången. Något slitna rum, men helt beroende på vad man är van. rent och snyggt dock!

Bra hotell, trevlig personal, gratis internet men det var en mycket långsam internetuppkoppling.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'Hotel Kata Palm Resort & Spa per 11 notti dal 23 Dicembre 2011 al 3 gennaio 2012. L'unico punto a favore della struttura è la posizione, nel centro di Kata, a poca distanza dalla spiaggia e tuttavia rientrante rispetto alla strada principale e quindi in una situazione di maggiore tranquillità rispetto ad altri resort. La […] struttura non è nuovissima e lo stato di manutenzione lo dimostra ampiamente. Le camere di tipo superior sono malandate (abbiamo avuto esperienza della nostra e di altre simili presso le quali hanno soggiornato amici). Abbiamo respirato odore di muffa per tutta la durata della permanenza. Il bagno era a dir poco angusto, dotato di piccola vasca da bagno con doccia incorporata ripatr da una tenda vecchia e sporca. Il soffitto del bagno era molto basso perciò i vapori emanati dalle continue docce avevano creato zone di muffa ovunque. Lo specchio, il lavandino e gli accessori dei sanitari erano piuttosto soprchi già al nostro arrivo. La dotazione di saponi/shampoo/docciaschiuma e simili (il minimo) era piuttosto insoddisfacente: shampoo e docciaschiuma erano contenuti in grossi flaconi ad uso di tutti gli ospiti (precedenti e successivi), periodicamente riempiti dagli inservienti, a scapito dell'igiene. Sebbene gli asciugamani venissero rinnovati quotidianamente, le lenzuola sono state cambiate solo al nono giorno, dopo insistenti richieste. La biancheria da letto non era di certo impeccabile (buchi e rattoppi sulle lezuola) e il coprimaterasso aveva macchie scure ovunque. L'impianto di aria condizionata della camera era malfunzionante e rumorosissimo e di notte doveva essere tenuto spento per poter dormire tranquillamente (a costo di patire il caldo e l'umidità). La piscina del resort, pulita e immersa nel verde, non è male da un punto di vista strettamente estetico, nonostante abbia poco spazio per le sdraio e quindi scarso potenziale ricettivo. 家族4人でプールアクセスに3泊しました。立地はビーチまで少し遠い（徒歩10分）。他レストラン、コンビニ、マッサージ、タクシーなどなんでも近くにあり便利でした。部屋はまあまあ清潔でもプールアクセスは少し暗く湿っぽかったです。これは仕方ないかも。食事に関しては以前のレビューで不評（チョイスが少ないなど）が多いものの、実際悪くありませんでした。十分おいしかったです。総じてなかなか快適なホテルでした。オンザビーチにこだわらない人にはお勧めです。

Bra läge, nära till allt. Gratis solstolar på stranden, ingen trängsel vid poolen. Bra lunchrestaurang och goda drinkar i baren. Mkt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bra gym med luftkonditionering. Rummet var ok, luktade dock fukt! Lite väl hårda sängar.

El lobby estaba muy padre estilo thai, la habitacion muy bien ambientada, la alberca muy limpia, servicio excelente y el desayuno buffete muy rico

Tout parfait ! Hôtel vraiment génial. Il faut y mettre le prix mais le confort est au rdv. Petit déjeuner royal ! Seule déception: le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

Hotel rates were very cheap. Hotel looked a bit tired but it was a cosy room we had. Breakfast was thumbs down, nothing really special about it. Checking in was done fast, but checking out took ages as they had to call housekeeping and asked them to check the minibar, etc.

酒店整體都滿意，唯一係房間有Internet等於冇，因跟本收唔到！同埋酒店大堂的服務員服務質素一般，懶懶閒。

Good hotel with good service and helpful staff. Housekeeping did a superb job every day of cleaning the room. The pool access rooms are even nicer than the regular ones and we will opt for one of those next time. The pool area is one of the best I've seen and the beach (400m) is nice and not overly crowded.

Nous avons passé un séjour de deux nuits très agréables dans cet hotel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet, la salle où l'on prend ce petit déjeuner copieux donne sur la piscine et c'est très agréable de bon matin de prendre l'air, le hall de l'hôtel est magnifique, avec des beaux canapés confortables et des tentures, cela apporte une note […] d'exotisme, et c'est dans le style thailandais. Le personnel est aux petits soins, hotesses d'accueil et bagagiste. Ce qui m'a énormément marqué dans cet hôtel, c'est la piscine, où l'on peut nager en faisant un grand parcours sinueux, avec cascade et jets d'eau, et surtout, il faut remercier le personnel jardinier, avec de très belles compositions de fleurs suspendues étonnantes. La situation de l'hôtel est aussi idéale, commerces, boutiques et grande plage , tout à proximité à pied. 더 보기
