Room is poorly maintained, damaged toilet seat, mildew on bathroom walls, marks on walls, complementary breakfast was not used because we wanted a more complete breakfast, apple juice was watered down, one of two waffle makers was out of order. Good location and friendly manager; however this is the worst Super 8 that my husband and I have ever stayed in. We would not stay again here, and have concerns about any Super 8's for future stays.

hotel was cheap hotel had a strange smell to it the surronding area is a construction site, hotel needs some repair manager was a few miles from downtown, breakfast area is a joke only two tables

The clerk made my 72 & 74 year old inlaws climb to the second floor and into a room that had a very bad smell! I never did get a call from the manager! Never again!!

Was all we could find since everything in Logan was all occupied. It was really run down, and shabby. Not sure if it was because it was a smoking pet room, or just a cheap motel. The bed was nice and comfortable though, and my Beagle told me it had no bugs. It was ok for the price.

Everything was fine, although you have to go through a gas station parking lot to get to the hotel. Not suspecting this, I initially turned into the wrong entrance. Better signage would be appreciated.

Price and location were the most important to our booking without staying in a really dirty motel. Super 8 provided a clean room with a comfortable bed and nice rates. Our particular room, had an extremely loose fitting faucet. Turning on the water raised the faucet controls an inch above the basin. It wasn't a deal breaker though, just strange and […] maybe unsafe. Free wifi was a bonus and had good signal. I would recommend. 더 보기

I have stayed at this hotel a few times for a quick stay over. We did not want anything fancy but this hotel has gotten dirtier and dirtier every time we visit it. Towels were thin and dirty looking, room spelled of old. This hotel needs a facelift.

There was nothing exceptional about this hotel, especially in that when I tried to check in two hours early they wanted to charge me an extra $10.00. There's a Days Inn that's in a better location where my family checked in 4 hours early and they weren't charged anything. Not only would I never stay at this hotel again, I will never stay at another […] Super 8. The lack of Customer Service isn't worth a few dollars in savings. 더 보기

CLEAN, QUITE AND CENTRAL LOCATION IT WAS A GOOD VALUE.

Next time I would rather sleep in the car. Dirty, worn down place

old well used not a good valve

I arrived in the early evening, planning on an early start the next morning. The TV remote didn't work, but I wasn't going to stay up long anyway, so I used the controls on the TV. Power went out around Midnight, I use a CPAP, so I wasn't able to sleep with no power. I got a call that my mother had passed away that morning so I wasn't able to go back […] to sleep anyway, so I jumped in the shower. A few minutes later I smelled something burning and traced it to the exhaust fan being siezed up and smoking. I was so put out by this time I left before the contenential breakfast. When I expressed myself at the desk all I got was a very insincere "Sorry". He didn't even write down my concerns, until I prompted him to do so. 더 보기

For a two star hotel I don't expect a fancy room, but this room was a total dive!! The shower was gross and mildewy. The bed creaked with ANY movement. There was a definite smoky/damp smell to the room. The carpet had hair all over it(not mine)--it was definitely not vacuumed. The Super 8 was clean and comfortable. The various staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The only off-putting experience was that the trash can close by the lobby entrance was full when I emptied a coffee container right after my arrival. Honestly, if there was some place better for the same price, I would have chose that instead. I wasn't to keen with the service. I felt like they didn't care we were there and that to me is not customer service. There complimentary breakfast was okay. I wouldn't call it top line service because your serving yourself and in order to get the complimentary […] breakfast, you needed to eat before 9 am. I don't think that you force customers to make their own breakfast on a vacation and then give them a time frame to do it in. I probably won't go to that hotel again. Horrible location. Dirty, dark, dingy. Avoid!!

Impressed with all the extras with the value price on the weekend, too. (Microwave, refrigerator, iron and board, in room coffee and hair dryer). negatives-run down on the inside and really hard pillows!

The motel deserve the price.But I don`t like the Super 8 service line. It`s so hard to get hold of the representative.

we had a good clean room for passing through. the breakfast was better than most places.

Requested Non-smoking room, and room door had non-smoking symbol, but when opened the door the room smelled like stale smoke...bad. Otherwise clean room for just the night stay. I would only stay one night it that hotel to sleep and shower only. You get what you pay for.

The customer service was lacking in hospitality. The reception person was rude and wanted to charge me for the use of a crib in my room. He argued that "every" hotel charges and I replied that "no" other hotels charge for the use of a crib. He then became aggressive and abusive with me. His customer service skills need a lot of work. I then go to my […] room and it is a mess. It has not been cleaned. When I asked for another room, I was told that they did not have any other rooms. He would not give me my money back. My family and I went to another hotel across the street to the Comfort Suites. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. 더 보기
