I just loved my short stay at the hotel! No complaints, only if I had to change anything it would be: the shower was not great and no fridge or kettle. Only stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and was reasonably impressed by the facilities on offer. This a VERY LARGE hotel of 4 blocks each of which would be a good size hotel on their own. My room was a large twin bedded though each bed was the size of a small double, there was balcony that overlooked a quiet road. Very much geared for holiday guests, […] the majority of which were there on fully inclusive terms. The breakfast and dinner buffet service was very efficient and the food on offer was very acceptable and freshly prepared. Due to a flight delay I arrived very late at night however they had a table for me in the restaurant with a plate of food, fruit and rolls - nice touch. Reasonable location being a 5/10 minute walk from the beach also close to shops, bars and restaurants. 더 보기

We only stayed 2 days but found the hotel to be very satisfactory. just a couple of things to be aware of the sun bed thing, the mainland Europeans were at it again the dawn brigade, I'm sure they put the towels on the beds before they go to bed the night before. Though there are plenty of sun beds because of the way the hotel is built there is only […] one area where you get the sun all day. Great breakfast, nice area - close to beach , shops, nice places to eat/drink, nice pools and breakfast. Big and busy place, had to get up early to get a good chair by the pool.

My partner and I stayed in the Jacaranda the last week in May this year and we had an absolutely brilliant time. We stayed in the hotel on a B&B basis and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We arrive early to the hotel, before check in time, and were given free drinks in the hotel bar while our receptionist ensured that our room […] was made ready early for us. The rooms were spacious and had air conditioning. The only draw back was that there are only two English channels available for free on the TV - CNN and Eurosport - so if you're a TV addict you have to pay to watch. Also, it costs €1.50 a day to use the fridge and €15 a week for the safe. The hotel has 6 great swimming pools, two of which are hidden on a rooftop terrace so its worth having a good look around the hotel to find. The hotel is ideally located about 15 minutes drive from the airport, 5 minutes walk from the beach and has great restaurants close by. I would definitely holiday in the Jacaranda again! 더 보기

Estuve en una suit, y sus instalaciones fueron lamentables. el tapon del jacuzzi no se tragaba el agua y aparte este mismo desprendia un olor detestable. en el baño tenias que convivir con pequeñas hormigas. Los armarios estaban cargados de polvo y para colmo la habitacion estaba pegada al ascensor, por lo que todas las noches se soportaba la campana […] de este al llegar. los sabados por la noche se hace botellon por las cercanias del hotel, por lo que todas las habitaciones que den al exterior sufriran el escandalo de la gente joven al emborracharse. el todo incluido es lamentable tambien, estan muy limitados en comida y siempre ponen lo mismo. y puestos a decirlo todo, tambien hay que comentar que la atencion de los empleados del hotel se merecen un 10. En el salon de la discoteca los que hacian de camareros se preocupaban por uno y estaban muy atentos cuando pedias una bebida. En lineas generales es un hotel al que no volveria. Hotellet har flotte fellesarealer og serverer god mat. Værelsene er av grei størrelse og holder normal god standard, litt kjedelige kanskje, men spiller liten rolle da værelset stort sett bare blir benyttet til å sove i.

Anlände till Jacaranda ca 11.00 på nyårsdagen. Incheckningen tog MYCKET lång tid då alla skulle checka ut och ett stort gäng anlände. Rummet var inte klart då incheckning var 14.00. Helt Ok då vi visste att det nog var så. Vi tog en Walk-about runt om och kollade lite inom hotellet, som är STORT, och närliggande ställe. Vi återkom vid 14-tiden och då […] var vårt rum fortfarande inte klart... Då löstes detta genom att vi fick ett annat och att de bjöd på lunch avfärdsdagen. Bra där tyckte vi. Rummet OK. Stora sängar men hårda. Endast 2 stolar på balkongen var ett minus. Vi var 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Rent och fräscht. Mycket trevlig personal. Hjälpsam och glad. Frukosten mycket bra. Mycket att välja på och gott. Kvällsbuffen helt ok men rörigt. Barndiscot på kvällen uppskattades av våra barn. Trevliga underhållare. Mycket trafik ute på gatan, då vi fick ett rum så låg utåt gatan. Många olika pooler med olika varmt vatten. Dock lite få solstolar och inte sol hela dagen då palmer och hotell skuggar. Vi gillade läget på hotellet. En liten promenad till allt. Strand, restauranger och shopping. Minigolf,cykeluthyrn, lekplatser mm fanns på strandpromenaden bara 6-7 min bort. Busshållplats fanns runt hörnet med bussar till las Americas och Christianos som gick hela tiden. Vi var fullt nöjda med vår resa. Bra pris, trevlig personal, rent och fräscht och god mat!!! Mit der Buchung hotels.com wird einem ein Standard Zimmer zugeteilt. Dieses geht auf die stark befahrene Strasse und ist sehr lärmig. Im Lift wird man durch einen Aushang orientiert, dass ein Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof mit Pool gegen einen Aufpreis möglich ist. Dies müsste bereiuts bei der Buchung auf hotels.com angeboten […] werden, da der Aufenthalt im Standrard Zimmer höchstens Nachtschwärmern zugemutet werden kann. An der Reception muss man mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen. Die Hotelanlage mit den grossen Pools im Innenhof ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Angbeot im Speisesaal ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Für unser gemietetes Motorrad wurde uns ein Platz in der Tiefgarage gegen einen bescheidenen Betrag zur Verfügung gestellt. 더 보기

Hoteller er ved at være lidt slidt. Sengene er ikke af bedste kvalitet. Men dette opvejes til fulde af et høfligt og velfungerende personale. Så vi havde ali ialt et rigtigt godt ophold

Hotelli sijaitsee Fanabe:n alueella hieman Playa Americasista Luoteeseen. Alue uudempaa ja rauhallisempaa. Hotellissa oli hyvä palvelu. Aamiainen ei ollut mielestäni kovinkan kummoinen, mutta päivällinen oli hyvä. All Inclusive hintaan kuului myös lounas ja ilmaiset juomat. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Falta cambiar TV antiguas por TV planas. Hay que mejorar iluminación en cuarto de baño. Muy buen buffet.
