We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Very, very comfortable beds and so sorry that we weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast. It looked great.

For this being a "new" hotel it sure needs maintenance. I had two rooms and both of them were beat up. All the walls needed to be repainted already and pillows replaced. On our first day we left the hotel early for a day of sight seeing (oh by the way I'm not sure why this location is referred to as old town), and returned a few minutes before 4 PM […] to discover house keeping had not maid it to our room yet. Now I can understand housekeeping taking care of rooms being checked out that day first, but no room shouldn't be cleaned by 4. Around 4:30 finally the maid showed up, just when we needed access to the room-way too late. 더 보기

This place is excellent to stay and get around Albuqurque. The Airport is 10 minutes as is old town which is right down the street. Staff was helpful when asked directions to places. The free breakfast was excellent and the Managers appreciation at 5:30 gives you free drink and appetizer. Rooms were clean and comfy with all the amenities needed

We had a two day stay in Albuquerque on a trip throughthe southwest. The facility at the Embassy Suites was very handy for our purpose served us very well .

We had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was excellent! As added bonuses there was a free happy hour and the breakfast included pancakes, omelets, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, etc. (not just juice and pastries). I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Relatively new hotel. Clean and well-maintained. Comfortable bed. Usual good breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable lounge. Not a lot near the hotel, have to go a few blocks away. Close to I-25 and I-40.

The room is very clean. I like the fact the hotel is really near the restaurants and other attractions. The breakfast is nice.

Overall great stay. The bathroom could have been a lil cleaner. Breakfast was good. I could hear the freeway traffic all night tho, but I would stay there again!

This was a beautiful, comfortable, immaculate, convenient, well-appointed hotel. The suite was large enough to accommodate the four of us. The breakfast in the morning was a huge spread. We were very pleasantly surprised that they opened the breakfast buffet 5:00AM for the people leaving for the Balloon Fiesta! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were very disappointed with Embassy Suites. We were not able to check in at 3:00 p.m. because the room was not ready. We had to wait in the waiting room. It was raining the day we arrived and the lobby was cold. As we walked to the elevator and got off at our floor, we noticed the baseboards and railings were very dusty. Carpets were dirty. When […] we got in our room, it too was dusty and the top vent in the bathroom was VERY DIRTY. There was shaving cream on the bathroom door which I had to clean off. We really enjoyed our two night stay. The purpose was just for fun and relaxation and this hotel did not disappoint. The great location allowed us easy access to surrounding shopping and great food. At first it was getting off on the wrong foot because we wanted to check in early so we could just go right to our room after or wedding. But we could not so we had to wait until the wedding finished, But when we did check in it went really smooth and only took about one minute so no big deal. Very nice accommodations. Breakfast was good - not the traditional stuff but made to order eggs and omelets. Would recommend highly.

This is a great place to stay if you have kids since they have big rooms, indoor pool, and free breakfast. The last two times I have stayed hear they have run out of towels by the pool but other than that it is a good place.

The staff was great, very friendly and accomidating to our checkin times and departures. My kids loved the pool it was the best tempature pool we have ever swam in at any hotel I highly recommend it just for the temp of the pool... it wasn't cold like most hotels. awesome location, not far from downtown....

Most was excellent which is why we love Embassy Suites. However, $10 a night for internet and it was SLOW and unreliable, TVs were tubes still, and turning on the fan in the rooms blew cold air. I could hear the guy next to us coughing at night in our corner suite...that is sad design. Staff was good, especially happy hour and checkin. Great job, guys! We really had a wonderful experience during our stay. We were on vacation and went to as many museums, shopping and attractions as possible, which were all witihn a few minutes of the Hotel. We even went on a Ballon Ride! Loved it all and we will be back!

The cost of the hotel for this stay was double last time, and there were no major events going on. I have stayed here three times now, but moved to the Drury Inn for my following stay. The hotel restaurant changed there menu and the food is not good. I had an overpriced, overcooked pork chop. I had to call the front desk and restaurant twice as they […] did not have the room service menu in the room. The first time they brought me the old menu (which I liked) and when I tried to order were very snippy with me and put out that I had the wrong menu. Very nice hotel. Francisco was very helpful getting us situated, got us ice, and pointed out a few things in the hotel and area. Had family come visit, enjoyed free happy hour, wonderful dinner, and then soaked in the hot tub. Hotel was very quiet, given location. Very enjoyable!

This location was a quick exit off the freeway, 10 min. from a host of great resturants, very clean and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff very personable.

Nice hotel. The complementary hot breakfast and manager happy hour are definately a plus. My wife didn't like the plastic plants but I didn't notice. We had a week end stay and there was a soccer tourney in town so there were a ton of kids but they were very well behaved. Very pleased with my stay. Everything about it, aside from location (slightly out of the way) was beyond expectations.

Cant say enough. The staff was great, rooms were more than expected....a 12 on the loe scale of 1-10

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean ! Room service was fast ans the food was delicious! I wanted to take the bed home with me! I would live there if I could! It was the best hotel I've ever been in! A must stay!
