조식뷔페식당 빼곤 모두 만족합니다~

아주 깔끔하고 럭셔리한 호텔이네요.. 5성급 호이라그런지 모든게 편안하고 친절하고.. 미리 예약하구 같지만 현지에서 뭐 추가 이용할꺼 따로 50불정도 더줬는데..인터넷 무료사용아든가 런드리(빨리하루 2개정도 해주고 해피타임이라고 간단한 음료와 끼니때우는빵정도 무료...뭐 비가많이와서 수영장엔 근처도 못갔지만 어느정도 좋을꺼라 예상했구요.. 5성급이면 어느정도 써비스는 전부 똑같다고 봅니다.. 룸은 진짜 편하고 침실에서 자는건 완전히 편한한 잠을 잤네요...미리예약하고 세일할때 가면 큰 무리는 아닐듯.. 조식부페도 3군데 아무데나 갈수도 있구요,,,, 그쪽 지역이 차이나 타운이라 중국레스토랑 부페도 갈수있네요.. 여행자거리나 […] 다른 유명한데도 셔틀버스가 1시간마다 있는것 같고..타보지는않았지만.. 대체적으로 좋고 그지역에서 최고라고 봅니다...시간만 많았다면 전부 돌아보며 좋은 후기를 올렸을텐뎅..2박 묵은걸로는 또한 호텔에는 잠만잔 저로서는 자세하게 설명을 할수가 없서서 죄송할 따름 입니다... 현지인들은 한명도 못봤구요..전부 외국인이라... 시설쪽도 최고인것 같아요 ^^ 더 보기

다들 친절하고 정성이 깃들어 있어서 처음 간 베트남에서 편안한 마음으로 보낼 수 있었다. 호텔로 부터 보호 받을 수 있다는 믿음을 얻었다. 호치민을 간다면강력 추천한다

출장으로 호치민에서 하루는 머무는데 이 호텔을 이용하였습니다. 지난번 출장때 머문 호텔은 서비스는 나쁘지 않았지만 좀 낡은 느낌이어서 새로운 호텔을 검색하다가 가격대비 평가가 괜찮아서 예약을 했죠. 우선 비즈니스 라운지를 무료로 이용할 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다.(아마 이용할 수 있는 grade가 따로 있을 겁니다.) 무선랜으로 업무를 볼 수 있었고 Happy time에 제공되는 음료와 간식으로 여차하면 저녁 한끼를 떼우는 것도 가능할 듯 싶더군요. 객실은 딱히 다른 호텔보다 차별할 수 있는 부분없이 무난한 편이었습니다. 고층(23층)이여서 호치민 시내가 한 눈에 들어오는 전망만은 예외였지만요. 편리한 점은 호텔이 안동마켓 […] 바로 옆에 있어서 식사나 재래시장 쇼핑같은 것을 바로 해결할 수 있다는 점이였습니다. 특히 안동마켓 안의 슈퍼에서 커피나 음료, 음식거리들을 구입할 수 있습니다. 카드 사용도 가능하구요. 커피는 면세점보다 훨씬 싼 듯합니다. 단점을 한두가지 언급한다면 역설적으로 시장 옆이라서 그런지 주변이 좀 어수선합니다. 물론 호텔안으로 들어오면 소음같은건 차단되니까 큰 불편은 없었구요. 그리고 제가 방문해야 하는 거래처들과 좀 거리가 있었던 듯 한데 그거야 개인적인 차이겠구요. 다시 오게되면 또 이용하려고 합니다. 더 보기

Hotel located away from city centre but a regular shuttle service provided very efficient transfers from early morning to late night. Excellent staff, the Guest Relations officer provided us with printed details of all the opening hours for the must see sights and also recommened restaurants which were all excellent and within easy reach of the shuttle […] route. Yes I enjoyed my 3 days stay at windsor hotel so much I want to go back and stay there. Food was suparb.convenient timings, delicious contents.....loved it. Evening snacks on top floor was a real treat. I recomend this hotel to all....

My wife and I stayed for three nights and we both enjoyed our stay at the Windsor, with it's top class rooms and views of the Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were fantastic and very helpful

Receptionist tried to convince me to upgrade to executive level on 21 to 23 level. Additional charge at US$30 per day. Eventually, I insisted to my booking on deluxe room and I had a room on non-smoking level on 19 level. Room is big enough to comfortably accommodate for 3 beds. Luckily, I didn't listen to the receptionist to upgrade. Location is far […] away from downtown. It only has1 settle bus per hour. Very limited choices of restaurants. Buffet breakfast is not so good (taste) but enough to fill your stomach. (Worst orange / pineapple juice I've tasted). Buffet dinner is better but too crowdy as a lot of local Vietnamese. On my last day, we took the 9pm plus fight. We checked out at 12pm then went to downtown and be back to hotel at around 3:30pm. We found there was no comfortable cafe inside the hotel to spend few hours. Finally, we needed to take a cab to Equatorial hotel (Very nearby, only few minutes away if by cab) for afternoon tea and light meal. Overall, it is considered not international standard hotel (It can't be 5 stars and maximum 3 to 4 stars in international standard). Good for low budget, non-business traveller. There is a shopping centre next to hotel with shops selling mainly clothings (low end) and some souvenior (third floor). Though Ben Thanh Market will be slightly cheaper and have more variety but here you can buy at your very last minutes before heading to airport. There is a new supermarket in the shopping centre and you can change the lift on 4th floor to M level directly. The hotel has a game room, open from 3pm to 11pm and you can spend your time to play Wii and Play station with your kids. So I'll still consider it if it is for personal trip. But for sure will look for hotels in Dong Khoi Street as more convenient to work. 더 보기

2 night stay while travelling Vietnam, we decided to treat ourselves and stay at The Windsor. From the welcoming conceirge and very helpful reception, could not fault the staff, food, cleanliness of the hotel. You'll do well to find a better value, better quality hotel in Ho Chi Minh

I have stayed at the Windsor Plaza several times and the experience has always been excellent.

Our stay at this hotel was 1st class. Recommend upgrading to executive room for a few extra dollars, free access to executive lounge with free wireless and happy hour( free drinks and finger food) would stay in this hotel again staff were excellent,very friendly and extremely helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights and was a very nice stay. Staff was friendly and also could speak decent english. they also have a nice travel desk which was good. the streets near KFC is spooky as there we two guys ready to snatch my wifes handbag. overall good hotel and a good breakfast spead.

The hotel is great, the service is good, about the breakfast was not too bad, but the service in the breakfast floor is bad, the rest i am quite happy about that.

such like this 5 star hotel are no provide free wifi even in main lobby....this is one thing i cant believe ... if compare the those 3 star hotel around the HCM city...

not a 4 star hotel as noted, pool are small and exercise equipment are old and facility so small.

I enjoyed the 10 days in the hotel, we had in the Executive room, very god, especialy the barfridge is free, between 5pm - 7pm Happy Hour buffet with snacks / Beer / Wein. AMENITIES are very good. I liked their prompt hotel shuttle service serving every hour from the hotel to key areas in District 1 (where the action is) and back. Get the list of shuttle schedules from the GF lobby. Shuttle trips cover the 7am-11pm time range. There's also the An Dong Plaza in the hotel building that has shoe, bag, home accessories and clothing stores; restaurants; […] currency exchange centers; ATMs and restaurants - very convenient especially for the first-time Vietnam traveller. Breakfast buffet is extensive enough and varies everyday although some food are so-so but it serves customers until 10am and you may request for steamed rice if it is not in the buffet spread - for those Asian travellers. We reserved a deluxe room and got a nice one on the non-smoking 19th floor with a good view. We arrived at past midnight and check in was a breeze. Reception people even called to check if we liked the room. Soundproofing is very good. I suggest trying the restaurants in the hotel - there are Chinese, fine dining and Rooftop restaurants in the hotel with wonderful views of the city.. For Cu Chi Tunnel tours, there's a tour desk at the 4F reception area that charge reasonable rates. It's a must-try experience but not for claustrophobic people. No need to book for city tours. Just take the hotel shuttle to Ben Thanh market or to Amigo/Garstendat restaurants in district 1 and the rest of the sights are all in that district withing walking distance. We asked specifically of a quiet room and got an ok for that. However, they put a bunch of noisy teenagers on the same floor who were up late making a lot of noise. Talked to the hotel managers to change rooms and finally got an ok but it was a big hassle. This should not have happened at a hotel of this rating.

This hotel had a great location, there is a massive shopping plaza right next door! And a supermarket so you can stock up your mini bar! The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to a few locations that are worth seeing. The old market is on the route as well as a few good bars and restaurants, and you can charge it back to your hotel room! Too easy! I […] found the staff to be very friendly and willing to help. After traveling for weeks, the Windsor Plaza provided welcome relief. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The food was good. The location was excellent. The service was great. What more can you ask for?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Windsor Plaza twice in recent weeks. The first time I stayed in a standard room and the 2nd time I stayed in the Club Rooms. If I was however being extremely […] fussy I would say the check in / reception girls on the 24th floor were not that friendly any time I visited the lounge, with the exception of the girl who was the assistant manager who's name I cant remember but I can remember she was getting married on the 18th december, she more than made up for her reception staff and was a total credit and a great asset to her company, I think she deserves a special mention. The hotel itself was great if not a bit out of the tourist area although the shuttle bus was great and had good use of it, as did many other hotel visitors. Stayed here with my husband for 3 nights on a special rate which was great value for money. The rooms were huge and very clean. I was concerned about disco noise from other reviews I read but we were on the 10th floor and it was completely quiet. The lobby is fancy but don't be fooled. Elevators take forever to use. Rooms are huge but the colors used are just so boring. The view is nice up on the 25th floor. Free sauna is a plus. The buffet on 4th floor is a must try (best buffet i've ever had). Down stair is An Dong plaza, so convenient in term of shopping. The front staff needs more improvement. They did not post two payments I made and wanted to charge again at check out. Insisted I did not pay when I did. I had paid by cash...they finally figured it out. I had to pay $10++ for extra guest when the booking was for two.

I checked in late at night and room was not ready. I requested a non-smoking and they put me in smoking floor. Then went to the cafeteria to take dinner and after one hour of waiting the meal was terrible but still they charged for it. This hotel is totally over-priced. 仕事でいつも利用しています。中心街からタクシ－で10分位ですが、シャトルバスが1時間毎にでているので便利です。近所に美味しいレストランもありドンコイマ－ケットの隣で買い物も便利です。 また2階にス－パ－があり食品、お土産も買えます。食事も美味しいので家族で行っても安心です。

チェックインの書類を出すのに手間取るとあからさまに感じが悪かった。 夜、他の客なのかカラオケがうるさかった。 値段相応と言えばそうかも知れないがもう二度と利用しない。

部屋のスペースは、十分。 朝食についてもおかゆありベトナムフォーありでまずまず。 中心地にで出るには、シャトルバスが7時より23時まで、1時間に1回あり便利。 近くのアンドン市場については、料金の値引きは無理。また、近くのマサージにてボディーマッサージの際、財布より お金を抜き取られ不愉快な思いあり。要注意。 ホテルの５階の中華料理は、地元の人の人気もありお勧め。

Mycket bra hotell som tyvärr ligger lite offside i Saigons chinatown. Toppservice och bra men dyra restauranger. Irriterande väntan på rummet och det klassiska erbjudandet att uppgradera till ett dyrare alternativ för att få tillgång till rummet snabbare.

Vi bokade det billigaste rum som fanns, när vi väl kom fram fick vi vänta i 1½ timme. Sen ville de visa oss ett finare rum fast vi inte ville ha det. VI gick med på att titta på rummet men avböjde från erbjudandet. Kom tillbaks till lobbyn och fick vänta ytterligare en stund innan vi fick vårt rum. Har man med 3 små barn vill man INTE vänta! ホテルの設備は問題なし。 日本人が必要とするものは全部あると思います。 ただ、やはり活動場所をドンコイ周辺に持ってくるとなると、立地に問題ありかと。 （ドンコイまでのバスがあるらしいですが、待ってるのが好きではないのでタクシーメインで活動） このクラスでは当たり前だと思いますが、フロント、ドアマンは英語ができたので、コミュニケーションが普通にとれるのは、よかったと思います。 （私が滞在中の時は、日本語は通じない雰囲気でした。） あと、土地柄、中国系の人の滞在者が多かったと思います。 この値段で、この設備なら、皆さん問題なく滞在できると思いました。
