i oder luxor sweet, but they give some old room, i start go out sameaway hotel, them they change room, but old dirty

the room where I stayed needed obviously some minor repair and also some members of the personnel could be still more friendly and better trained :) But in general the hotel makes quite positive impression - it is comfortable, the interior is artistic and fashionable, the location is very convenient - close to the historical centre, shops, restaurants, […] etc. The price was quite reasonable for July and, finally, the breakfast was just excellent. 더 보기

Great location, right off Nevsky Prospekt. The hotel was clean and nice, but compared to European standards, definitely not five stars.

This is not a 5 star hotel, or may be a 5-star within this price category. At least don’t expect it to be a “real” 5-star hotel. Although the staff at the hotel is very polite and service-minded, I've experienced too many small "minus" details, which a 5-star hotel should not have (e.g. complimentary water was not provided to my room every day during […] 4 nights stay, somebody’s hair on the bathtub upon arrival, absence of plug in the bathtub, dirty curtains on windows, carpets could be more clean as well, broken umbrella in the room, etc...). If the hotel had 3- or at least 4-stars, I would say "excellent", but not for a 5-star. If you chose this hotel, make sure that your room is not on top of the restaurant; otherwise you'll hear every single word and loud music. I asked specifically for a quite room upon check-in and the girl ensured me that I’ll have the most quite room at the hotel, giving me keys for the room on top of restaurant. Eventually I’ve got another room with a suggestion of free transfer to the airport (which I didn’t need). Breakfast is excellent and restaurant Dostoevskiy is very good in general. 더 보기

Ottimo hotel, a pochi passi dalla Nevesky Prospekt, tranquillo, raffinato e di gran classe. Camera spaziosa e confortevolem, con condizionatore d'aria indipendente ed accesso WiFi. Superba colazione, dove oltre alle classiche pietanze è presente un ottimo salmone affumicato e la prelibatezza del caviale rosso di salmone (mai trovato da nessun'altra […] parte); e per finire una coppa di champagne. L'unica nota negativa è stata la cassaforte della camera: troppo piccola per contenere un laptop. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. 더 보기

Ett litet, mysigt hotell, bara 100 meter från huvudgatan Nevskij Prospekt, i ett lugnt läge. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som talar bra engelska. Utmärkt frukost, t.o.m. med rysk kaviar. Sköna sängar och tyst omgivning gav perfekt nattsömn.

Rien d'exceptionnel mais irréprochable

Hadde ett meget hyggelig opphold. Bra lokasjon og vennelig hotellpersonale. Definitivt velge dette hotellet også ved neste besøk.

Ikke en speciel oplevelse. Standart og meget russisk værelse, dårlig morgenmad og mærkelig kombi af hotel og casino, spillested hal. Men til prisen ok.
