Everything about the hotel was fine, but no one on Staff spoke English which made it difficult for theis non Spanish speaking guest. I was there to vcisit my daughter who is working in Oaxaca and she was quite the help on more than one occasion . Great location to visit the sites of Oaxaca on foot.

Very nice small hotel within walking distance of all of the historic district. I have stayed in many European hotels that cost three times as much and were not as nice. Interior furnishings were average but bathroom and was clean and modern. As our small group spent most of our time on tours, the lack of plush furnishings was not an issue. The WiFi […] worked and the TV was up to date but all espanol, no english. Definitely would stay here again. If management repainted old walls and ceilings in the courtyard, this would be a 4star hotel. 더 보기

Unfortunately our stay began badly as we arrived late after travelling by bus from Puebla. The toilet in our room didn't flush and the night manager tried to find us a room with a flushing toilet. We finally settled for our original room and sorted the toilet cistern ourselves. The loo was fine for the rest of our stay and the hotel staff - particularly […] their charming day manager - were most helpful with booking our tours to Monte Alban and Mitla. The hotel was very cozy and has an excellent location, but i was very dissapointing the low maintenance of the linens, especially the towels. Otherwise i recommend it.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the historic downtown. highly recommended.

The hotel is just two blocks away from the main square and the cathedral. Rooms are large, they're really nice, decorated on a typical mexican style. Only downside is they can be a little bit dark. There's a central patio with tables and sitting space, perfect for breakfast and to enjoy your evenings if you don't want to go out. Staff is really nice […] and they're willing to help you with anything you might need. Este Hotel se encuentra muy cerca del Zocalo, las calles estan muy bonitas. El Hotel esta muy acogedor, comodo y las instalaciones estan muy bien!! Los cuartos del hotel estan muy amplios y comodos, el diseño del hotel y de las habitaciones esta muy rustico.El personal fue muy amable, si regreso a Oaxaca no dudaria en quedarme en este mismo Hotel.

It would have been nice to have a person that spoke some English. However I also think that it is a good thing to force one's self to figure things out in a foreign country. Should really not be an issue if you truly love foreign travel.

Sin grandes pretenciones, este hotel cumple con las expectativas de un hotel en el centro de una ciudad. Limpio, agradable y sobre todo el personal es sumamente atento.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Las únicas quejas, el cuarto estaba en el patio central y se escucha mucho ruido en las mañanas, la reservación incluía desayuno pero no nos los dieron hasta que le enseñe el correo a la recepcionista pues ella argumentaba que no lo incluía.

Interior del patio muy ruidoso durante la noche .No se respeta el descanso de los húespedes. Del estacionamiento no ponen en alerta al húesped durante el arribo de los horarios en que atienden.Lo más grave, es si se tiene una emergencia en la madrugada el auto esta encerrado.Todavía peor, los domingos no abren!!

Helt sentral beliggende hotell, flott bygning og optimale rom. Meget hyggelig betjening, god pris - anbefales sterkt !

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was brilliant with a great ac that worked like a dream, wifi with good speed. If anything negative it must be that the beds for me was abit too soft. Which is something you don't get the opportunity to say often in Mexico. This is a classy place, so I guess these things should be expected, but the prive I got on […] Hotels.com was 1/3 of the prices the hotel itself operated with, and much lower than you'd expect from a hotel with this quality. la casa es muy bonita y bien mantenida. mi habitacion, la num 4, era muy ruidosa, podia escuchar perfectamente a los vecinos de un lado y de arriba, a pesar de cerrar la ventana. la base de la cama es considerablemnete mas grande que el colchon, por lo que me golpee las espinillas varias veces. la limpieza es superficial y tuve que solicitar que barrieran […] al llegar el primer dia. el aire acondicionado no funciona, las cortinas estaban desgastadas, las ventanas estan descompuestas, la tele es muy vieja, hay un servibar, pero no tienen el servicio.etc. el personal es muy amable, esta muy cercade la plaza principal. en resumen me parecio muy caro 더 보기

Es contrastante muy bien remodelado, respetando su antiguedad y combinando arminiosamente con la modernidad de la decoracion de las habotaciones. Muy bonito
