This hotel was everything I needed for a night in town for business. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to work the morning that I checked out. I knew I was going to be late getting back. So I had asked for a late check out. They did what is customary and told me I could extend my checkout by 1 hour. […] I didn't get back to the hotel until the end of the extended time. They were very accomodating and let us go up and shower before hitting the road. Everything was good but our door handle mechanism was not working properly.The shower head was a water saver unit and was very uncomfortable because it felt like pins or needles on my back when showering. Did not understand the card that you leave on the door for room cleaning. We left it on the door but the room was not cleaned. The chambermaid left […] a note on the door stating that to have the room cleaned we must not leave the tag on the door. This was confusing. WE were there on the Easter weekend. 더 보기

I had an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The hotel is very close to the airport and quite convenient. Nice facility, comfortable, and friendly staff who were quite accomodating. There is very little else in the neighborhood except a good steak house across the parking lot.

We had a medical emergency and the hotel gave us a discount on two rooms. The rooms were clean aqnd I was able to keep our dog in the room. I felt comfortable taking the dog in and out during the night.

Nice sized room, very clean and comfortable. There is a nice dinner restaurant that shares the parking lot with this hotel, but there are no other restaurants within walking distance. It is very close and convenient to the Duluth airport (less than 5 mins).

This hotel was overpriced for it's condition and cleanliness. Nice pool and hot tub area but my room and the hallways were not very clean.

We were in Duluth for a wedding, and family members used 8 rooms. The breakfast buffet was great. There wasn't room in the regular breakfast area for everyone to sit but there was a sign saying overflow could use a meeting room. 20+ in our family sat in the meeting room for several hours and enjoyed our time. The staff was very nice.

The hotel is very close to the airport in Duluth so was very convenient. There are restaurants within walking distance so that you could park your car for the evening, get something to eat, and walk back to the hotel. This hotel was in excellent condition and VERY clean. The best part was being far enough away from it all for privacy...BUT easy access to EVERYTHING...including the canal area.

Great hotel, clean, comfy beds, lovely breakfast, clean breakfast room - attentive staff. Very happy, already recommended to someone else.

The hotel was very nice. The only thing that went wrong was they forgot to clean our room on the first night.

Comfortable hotel close to the Miller Hill Mall and adjacent shopping areas in Duluth. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was varied and accomodated many tastes. Nice facility.

Nice consideration for the need to travel with our dog. Bed uncomfortable compared to other hotels we have tried.

This hotel is located near Miller Hill Mall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. There's a nice selection of food for the breakfast buffet. This hotel is much more affordable than hotels located downtown and Canal Park. If driving 5-10 minutes to get downtown from this hotel is acceptable, then it's a good choice.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms. Free breakfast saves you money you would normally have to spend eating out. Workout room & business center, plus hot tub, pool (with waterslide), and kiddie pool with fountain to play in. Really nice staff. Very, very satisfied!

This hotel is a great place to stay with family. On a recent trip, we stayed with extended family and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful pool area that contained a water slide, kiddie pool and hot tub. Breakfast was more than just cold cereal, toast or even waffles, but eggs, sausage, yogurt, the list goes on and on. Great place to stay. Loved the breakfast choices, including biscuits with sausage gravy. Only thing differently I'd do next time I stay there is to get a room a little further away from the pool, as the joyouse laughter of children that were leaving the pool area interfered with my studies.

We stayed for 8 nights while on vacation. the room was very nice with all the bells and whistles. The most impressive thing was the con. breakfast if you want to call it that. All kinds of juices, milk, reg and decaf coffee hard boiled eggs, sausage, biquits and gravy and scrambled eggs, waffles countless rolls and doughnuts. and many more things..We […] never had to go out to eat breakfast as there was always a change in the menu and the stay there was really pleasent. We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, the hotel condition was very nice and we loved the waterslide in the pool. The breakfasts were also very good. The rooms have a microwave and a refrige. We weren't right downtown, but we were only 15 minutes away. Great value.

The pool area was great for younger and older kids. The slide and "kiddie" pool was a big hit as many hotels do not offer these features. Breakfast was definately more than continental, saved us $$ and time by not having to go to a restaurant. The room was very quiet and comfortable and the beds each had four pillows which was great.
