Pleasant would like to stay again

When we first arrived at the hotel we feared the worst as the hotel sign had seen better days, but don't be put off by this as once we got inside the hotel we couldn't have asked for more. We had arrived at the hotel at 9.30 but they were able to provide us with a room straight away. The rooms themselves we very clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. […] One thing that could be improved would be to provide some drawers for storing clothes. Whilst the hotel itself isn't in the centre of Amsterdam, it is only a 5 minute walk to the metro and from there it is only a 15 minute ride to central station. 더 보기

My wife broke a tooth on the flight over. The desk attendant (Ava) called several dentists to try to get her in that same day. The 1st one we went to wanted to do a root canal which we didn't have time for. Ava got my wife in for an appointment with a dentist at an emergency room at a hospital at 7:30 PM. We went and they did an absolutly wonderful […] job of repairing the tooth in less than 1 hour for a very reasonable fee. Ava was our angle when we needed help. 더 보기

The hotel seems to be made in the 80's, therefore many things are a bit shabby, however it is located within a very nice green park and literally 1 minute walking from the subway station (which is around 30-40 minutes from central station). It was well cleaned daily and my bedroom had a TV with a few channels, free WIFI and internet in a PC in the main […] hall. Staff were OK. I dislike the fact that they charged extra €4 per night of staying in the check-out. They said it is a tourist tax, but I never saw it anywhere else and I think I should have been told in the beginning of the stay. We used it just for sleeping, thus I never used any other facility, but overall I'd recommend it. 더 보기

Staff is very helpful and the Metro station next to it means you don't have to drive in to Amsterdam. Takes about 25 min to get to Amstel station with connections on tram and bus to various other parts of the city. Hotel itself is clean and there are plenty of maps/discount cards for various things in the hotel lobby (handy!)

I had a couple of nights stay in the Campanile hotel due to me not being able to book into my usual Amsterdam hotel. The hotel is a little out the way but is very comfortable with friendly staff all superb english speakers. The food in the restaurant is good I would recommend this to anyone. Overall a nice comfortable hotel and would stay again.

This hotel was clean and affordable, but it is a 20 minute metro ride to Central Station. Also, it is not in the best neighborhood.

Chose the hotel since it was very close the Amsterdam Arena, where the event was, that we were going to. The price, service and clean room made the stay pleasant. There was a train station and bus stop outside the hotel, to transport to and from was easy.

O hotel tem boa relação custo beneficio. Apesar de distante do centro de Amsterdã, esta localizado ao lado da estação de metro, podendo acessar todas as regiões com facilidade. Internet grátis e que funciona muito bem nos quartos. O único ponto negativo foi o cheiro de cigarro nas toalhas, lençóis e travesseiro.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen an einem Park, was erst einmal positiv ist. Jedoch rein äußerlich sieht das Hotel sehr heruntergekommen aus. Es ist alles sehr einfach. In Deutschlend würde dieses Hotel keine drei Sterne bekommen.

lors de notre séjour à Amsterdam, nous avons eu un raté avec notre chambre. nous avons du partir et rentrer en France mais nous devions encore profiter d'une nuit. nous l'avions réglé par internet. nous pensions par contre à tort que les petits déjeuners étaient compris dans le prix payé. c'était une erruer et nous les avons réglé sur place. il aurait […] été sympa et correct de la part de l'hôtel compte tenu que nous avions payé une nuit pour rien ( la chambre a donc pu être utilisée à nouveau ) de nous offrir tout ou partie des petits déjeuners. c'eut été très commerçant comme attitude. c'est donc déplorable d'être à ce point vénal même si la gestion d'un hotel n'est pas caritative. Excellente situation , à 50m du métro.....départ toutes les 10 mn ...accès direct au centre ville en 20mn...possibilité de parking gratuit dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel.....mais hôtel un peu vieillot quant aux chambres .....très calme cependant , en tous cas côté parc .

The room was small, poorly equipped and not clean.

está al lado de una estación de tren, y llegas al centro en 15 minutos, es cómodo si quieres descansar por la noche y alejarte del ruido, también tiene un parking gratuito y te ayuda si llevas coche, su siutación alejada del centro es también ideal si quieres hacer escapadas a los alrededores.

Rigtig god hotel men der er lidt langt til centrum. Metro og bus er ved hotellet. God placering hvis man vil have lidt fred

Litt gammeldags, men rent ryddig hotell med utmerket betjening både i resepsjon og restaurant. Meget bra frokostbuffet. Hotellet ligger utenfor Amsterdam, men perfekt avstand til en hyggelig sykkeltur på områdets mange sykkelveier. NB ! AJAX sin hjemmebane ligger like i nærheten.

Old Motel, noisy in the night, lot of youngester somking drogs. Ist ein heruntergekommenes Hotel, wo sich sehr viele undefinierbare Jugendliche bis spät in die Nacht Drogenpartys feiern. Das Hotelmanagement kümmert sich nicht. Der Service im Restaurant ist faul und bedient die Gäste nicht, sondern es wird geraucht auf der anderen Seite des Hotels. Das […] Bad und die Fliesen haben Pilzbefall! Desinfektion. Bilder habe ich gemacht und kann die bei Bedarf senden. Das Einzige was von Vorteil ist, das die Metrostation 100 Meter entfernt ist. 더 보기

Hôtel idéalement situé, commode pour arriver rapidement en voiture et y rester garé tout le week end. Station de métro à 50 mètres, Central Station à 25 min. Hôtel agréable et CALME !!! Le personnel est très compétent et serviable. C'est un campanile, certes mais avec un rapport qualité-prix inégalable sur DAM ! Bon séjour à tous !

zeer dicht bij Ajax Arena !!

At the first look it seems a Motel, but the room are enough big also if a bit old. The biggest problem i had, it was the clean of the room.....in particular for the bed blankets... really sad. The price is too high in front of the quality. No breakfast.

Vi kørte selv fra Tyskland til Amsterdam, og derfor er dette hotel perfekt, da metroen holder 200 meter derfra. Selve hotellet er ikke luxus, men hotellet er rent og billigt i forhold til centrum af Amsterdam. Parkering er gratis! og man kan lade bilen holde efter check-out.

Etant donné le prix, cela reste un Campanile. En voiture, le parking gratuit est un plus car l'hotel est à quelques mètres du métro (1 métro toutes les 10 minutes) qui va directement en ville et des bus. On peut dire qu'il est idéalement pourvu si l'on veut rester à l'extérieur du centre-ville. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu décevant pour presque 12€ […] . 더 보기

Bon hotel, les chambres sont spacieuses, les repas sont un peut cher pour un jeunes couple, sinon l'acceuil est bien, mais pas de bagagiste.

Har man brug for et billigt hotel er dette fint. Intet luksus, værelser lidt slidte men alt i alt ok. Ligger 50 meter fra Metro som kører direkte ind til Amsterdam på cirka 25 min. Ønsker man larm og liv omkring sig skal man ikke vælge dette hotel.

Funkar för festresa med grabbarna, inte smekmånad med flickvännen. Vi beställde rum för 3 pers men rummet var nästan för litet för 2 pers. Extrasängen fick vi dra upp själva och bädda själva. Åkte hit för att se Sensation 2009.
