  Lyon is not good city to visit. But the residence was good place. They were kind and have a log of facilities to cook. except ventilation and poor condition of bed.

  Overall I enjoyed staying the hotel due to friendly staffs and easy access to prime locations in the city. Personally I love the restaurant right next to the Hotel, "Grand Cafe des Negociants". One thing I wanted there was A/C. No A/C in the hotel was a bit shocked but learnt that it is quite general in France.

  When we checked in Sunday, the room key was on the safety box as there was nobody at the lobby. As a foreigner it was uneasy to get the key, but we got helped by another residence at the hotel. Other than this, staff is very kind and nice. Room is spacious with kichenette. Clean and quite. The location is super. Metro station is just in front of the hotel. It is in Valmy station in Green line which is just 2 stations away from Old town of Lyon.

  장점 : 지하철 A Gratte Ciel역에서 1분 거리로 접근 및 도심 진출에 유리하고 주변에 카페와 식당이 있어 이용하기 편리함. 직원이 매우 친절하고 영어 응대에 불편함이 없으며 불만사항을 즉시 접수함. 단점 : 웹 정보가 최신화되어있지 않아 실제 서비스와 차이가 있으니 주의하기 바람. 호텔-공항간 셔틀버스 서비스는 제공하지 않으며 객실 슬리퍼가 없음. 무선인터넷은 지원하나 안정성이 떨어져 사용하기 매우 불편하며 세탁 서비스 지원 없음. 냉(난)방이 중앙에서 제어되고 객실에서 온도 조절이 불가능함. Good : 1 minutes from Metro A Gratte Ciel station that easy to access to hotel / from hotel to city. You can use cafes/restaurants near the hotel though hotel has breakfast service. Peoples are kindly accept complains. Bad : Need caution because there are differences with internet information. No shuttle bus service from/to airport. Room is bit old but clean. No slipper in room. Free Wi-Fi network is available but low stability (frequently disconnected) so not good to use. No laundry service. Air conditioner is controlled from main building and cannot adjust in room.

  I stayed 1 day during my lyon trip. Lyon is very beautiful city and I'm really falling in love with Lyon. Novotel Lyon Part Dieu was very clean and quiet(though very close to train station). This hotel is right beside the train station and main road. Once in a while I was annoyed with siren outside, but it was quiet generally. The room was simple, clean, well appointed like other Novotel hotels. But I hope there are some sleepers in the room. Peole at front desk were kind, and they kept my luggage for free after check-out. The most interesting thing of this hotel is that you can go anywhere easily. There is a lot of transportation right in front of the hotel. (tram, metro, bus...) So convenient! I could easily take bus to Belcour, Viex Lyon. I recommend this hotel to person who will stay Lyon for a short time relatively, will use Gare Part Dieu.
