Celie's is certainly convenient to the downtown Fells Point waterfront, includes a rooftop view of the harbor, and is a lovely old building, well-appointed and furnished. My room was exquisitely clean, the bed and linens luxurious, but #7 is, and is priced as, a small room. Minor disappointment in that its bathroom is not independently heated. Staff […] was courteous and helpful, continental breakfast adequate, other rooms are doubtless roomier and some have views and balconies. The heater/A-C is a bit noisier than are some hotels', but didn't actually keep me from sleeping, and did its job well. Parking was available 1 1/2 blocks away, for a reasonable fee. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby from which to choose, including an excellent Irish pub/sportsbar/restaurant literally next door at which one can get hearty and tasty fare. The outside night noises are no worse than at the other small inn in the midst of this active bar/restaurant scene. Water taxis giving access to the entire harbor area are literally right across the street. If you're looking for all the bells and whistles, then don't pick B&B's - if you enjoy individual charm and character at a reasonable price, this is your sort of place. We will return. 더 보기

It was a short business trip - and I'll certainly be returning for pleasure when possible. Great charm, location, and staff.

Great place next to lively nightlife and great views. Water taxis close by make it easy yo get around the city with great views. Hotel was beautiful and unique, the type of place you want to get away with that special someone. Breakfast was included and was always satisfying. Only complaint was the Internet was not functioning properly.

great location...parking a rip off. should not be called a bed and breakfast....not much breakfast. very loud because you are so close to the bar scene. innkeeper is very nice...but attention to detail is missing.

This is a charming, sweet hotel right next to the water as well as bars that stay open until rather late in the evening. The next morning there were two very drunk people waking up outsidethe hotel's front door. Maybe the were the ones singing "The Star Spangled Banner" in the middle of the night. The staff was helpful, the patio where breakfast was served […] was leafy and cool, (even on an unusually hot day in Baltimore), and there is access to the rooftop. 더 보기
