manager knew who I wa upon arrival, keys waiting. modem cable in the room damaged, he wrote the passworkd for the WiiFii as I was telling him the story. Breakfast: great, though I missed the banana for my cereal...small point. Clean dining room Room: leaking faucet in the sink. a bit of mold in the corner of the shower. melted wax on the floor that […] had not been cleaned up. And the modem cable. So a bit more attention to detail needs to be paid. The room, frig, etc. very clean except for the wax and mold in the shower. Location close to freewat, so you are off and on quickly, but also hear the noise. gas station right across the street. We always stay here when visiting family. 더 보기

Conveniently off freeway. Office help extremely hospitable . . . welcomed me as I entered by name . . . helped me get on the Wi-Fi. Town was disappointing . . . nothing going on and not at all like Solvang (as we were expecting). But very easy off-on while traveling on Hwy 99.

air conditioner noisy

I adored the comfortable beds but didn't feel it was the cleanest room I've been in. Nothing creepy like bed bugs or anything but when I plugged the bathtub to take a bath, some funky, moldy residue came out into the bath water. This tells me they don't use bleach or disinfecting agents nearly enough. it doesn't look like it from the outside but the rooms are pretty nicely appointed (fridge, microwave, wooden wardrobe, nice hangers, new iron and ironing board, etc) and the room itself was very clean. if i'm ever in kingsburg again, i would stay here in a heartbeat (instead of the marriot that's right behind it).

Hotel ok - needs a bit of updating and a little dingy. A few places were a little dusty in our room and bed skirt was falling off. Nice breakfast and pool was good.

Clean room, toilet paper holder hanging off the wall, wi-fi only works part time which they should share went you reserve a room. Breakfast good and over all good location...refrigerator/microwave nice and television volume restricted which is good for others and sometimes bad for guests!

The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was convenient. Highway noise was present but not intrusive. This was a much better hotel than I could get in Fresno for the same price. My one complaint was that the heater/AC blew air up into the curtains, pushing them out into the room and destroying […] privacy and light blocking. The room appeared to be the typical quaint hotel room however, walk around the room barefoot, not recommended, or with your socks on and rather quickly you will notice just how dirty the floor/carpet is. Why can't the owners clean the carpets once-in-a-while. I have heard of the horror stories about using the black-lite to see the stains on the comforter, […] but could not imagine having my socks analyzed after a night of walking around the room. 더 보기

clean room. supplies left for 4 people upon request. refrigerator a plus since we had fruit and drinks. breakfast very good, though scrambled eggs do dry out. nice to have yoghurt and fresh fruit. close to freeway and railroad, also convenient. very friendly and helpful staff. will return to hotel on next family visit to kingsburg.

The Hotel is near the train tracks, through out the night when the train comes through town the horn is constantly blowing. Bathroom needs maintenance work.

The hotel was everything I'd hoped for. No surprises and very pleasant staff.
