We stayed one night at Dos Playas. The hotel was located on the north side and not too close to the hotels/shopping malls. The hotel itself was a "no frills" hotel. It was a basic room/bath. Television was outdated and didn't work too well. Breakfast was provided in the morning and was good. The landscaping and grounds appeared to be well kept. First, we had no air conditioning for the first 8 hours and then they finally let us switch rooms after telling us there were no other rooms available. Second, the website states complimentary continential breakfast and bottled water but neither were actually included. We complained and they did upgrade us to the breakfast buffet free of charge. They […] have a store on site and it was only $1 per bottle of water or pop. We did not have an LCD TV nor a remote until we asked for one, and we had to pay $24 pp rt for shuttle (no public trans avail at airport). The place is very accessible and close to downtown Cancun. You have no need to take taxi, as it has a bus stop in front that takes you from one place to another for less than a dollar and is very safe to travel on.

The hotel was in a great location. Buses along the Zona and into Cancun were just outside, as was the ferry wharf and day cruises' base. Food was plain but OK and plentiful. We only did bed and breakfast and that gave us more flexibilty. There were a couple of restaurants on a nearby beach and plenty further down among the bigger hotels. Service was […] fair. i stayed at hotel for three days my bed was done till8:30 at night when i was getting back from patying i couldnt believe to see my hotel room door open with a maid doing my bed

Hotel room dingy and smelled like smoke. Beds very old and saggy. Beach in front of hotel very ugly. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel was more than a decent, comfortable option for the price we paid. The lobby was not great, but the room was wonderful (what matters), spacious, clean, brand new bathroom, etc. Staff was friendly. It's a short bus ride to downtown and the local markets, etc, so we were pleased with the location. La atención del personal es excelente, están dispuestos a escuchar tus necesidades y solucionarlas. La ubicación del hotel es magnífica, en plena zona hotelera y con muy fácil acceso a transporte público. Igualmente el desayuno variado y muy sano. Lo recomiendo!!!

Fui con mi familia¡ Somls 8. Solo pasamos 3 noches. El hotel en general no es malo, para el valor y la ubicacion. El problema es que no han invertido en mantenimimiento., problemas tan tontos como que las duchas están tapadas, los w/c con mal funciona,lento, las llaves de agua gotean, bombillas de luz quemadas, etc,etc, Del personal como atiende, nada […] que decir. Los empleados del bar, piscina, restaurant, mucamas,etc, son todos muy amables. La verdad que no lo recomendaría solo por la falta. De mantenimiento , nada mas. El entorno es bueno, es ubicado en un buen lugar, esta la salida de los ferris a 100 mts del hotel. 더 보기

AL LLEGAR NOS DIERON UNA HABITACION EN PLANTA DE CALLE, TIPO MOTEL BASTANTE RUIDOSA NO ESTABA SUCIA PERO CON ALGUNOS DEFECTOS EN MANTENIMIENTO. NADA QUE VER CON LAS QUE APARECEN EN LAS FOTOGRAFIAS DEL HOTEL. ESTA BIEN SITUADO CON UNA PLAYA A SUS PIES PERO POCOS SERVICIOS ALREDEDOR NO ESTA MAL COMO LUGAR DE PASO PARA NO MUCHAS NOCHES.

Es un hotel economico y bueno , es tal como se ve en las fotos no hay nada que no sea , fue una buena limpieza de la habitacion .....talvez podria tener una mejora en lo que son televisores deben serun poco mas modernos pero de ahi todo estaba OK

Tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de una de las plazas mas conocidas de Cancun y con un precio accesible

Hotel Celuisma Dos Playas, excelente ubicacion, cerca de las atracciones turisticas, del embarcadero y del centro de Cancun, accesible en camion. No es un hotel de lujo pero tiene unos jardines hermosos, la playa es pequenia pero limpia, y tiene varias albercas, el desayuno esta incluido y esta muy rico, con alimentos calientes y frios. Las instaciones del hotel como alberca areas comunes estan bien, pero la habitacion q me asignaron esta fea, muy pequeña y el baño tambien, hacia falso la luz, vi otras habitaciones y estaban mejor...

Fantastisk beliggenhed på stranden. Lækre pools. God massage med udsigt til stranden. Desværre lidt forvirring i receptionen omkring hvilken dag vi skulle tjekke ud, hvilket gjorde, at vi blev låst ude af vores værelse før tid med efterfølgende sure miner fra personalet, selvom fejlen var deres.

Hotel bien en général.Site agréable.accès facile aux transports publics. Vie nocturne intéressante à proximité. Au restaurant, la nourriture est bonne et variée en ce qui concerne le tout compris.

Esta bien para quedarse una noche si vas de paso. un hotel barato ubicado en la zona hotelera.

We were very happy with our stay at Dos Playas, it was over our expectations! Friendly staff, great and clean rooms, nice hotel area and over all a very nice place to stay at!

cumplieron todo lo prometido y lo que muestran en las fotos es tal cual lo que encuentras al llegar esta hernoso

Horrible accomodations. No hot water, pillows at least 10 years of use, unconfortable beds and the worse food I ever had in cancun. Too expensive for what it offered

2Strände ist doch ein wenig zu hoch gegriffen. Das Hotel liegt am öffentlich Strand von Cancun, dazu liegt rechts direkt neben dem Hotel der Fähranleger für die Fähre nach Isla Mujeres. Der Strand ist entsprechend auch nicht der schönste von Cancun, aber für den Preis OK. Wir haben uns den Bus genommen und sind bis zur Polizei-Station gefahren.
