로얄 칸쿤 - 클럽 인터나찌오날 데 칸쿤 (The Royal Cancun - Club Internacional de Cancun) - 칸쿤

We are a family with a 5 year old and an 8 month old baby, and were worried the spring breakers would get out of hand. But this hotel was actually just for families and older folks, which made it perfect for us. Lots of kids and quite nights. Room was awesome two bedroom with kitchen, living room and dinning table. Great place!

Stayed two nights at The Royal Cancun. Very pleased with the service level. Everyone was attentive and friendly. Top notch. The room was spacious and immaculate. Slightly dated furniture, but not an issue. Food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, although nearby restaurant that was suggested on other sites and the staff (Dolcemente Pompei) was […] very expensive and quite mediocre. If I spend $100, I either expect to be very full or have my taste buds tantilized. Bland meager portions. Take the buses into the party zone. Cost about $.70 and beats the $14.00 cab rides. A little out of the main hustle and bustle, but not a bad area, just nott great. Beach is very, very shallow and only suitable for infants and small children unless you go off the dock to swim. We did go to the sister property at the Royal Sands and loved it, although we did not see or use rooms. I would go back, but would probably opt for the Sands due to the beach. 더 보기

Great family hotel, excellent hotel staff service, good food. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Only one restaurant available on hotel property. Also, hotel store which provides essentials a little pricey. The best place for group!! Family, friends reasonable hotel with best location!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the royal cancun with another couple for a weekend before heading over to the moon palace for a week. We were very impressed with the resort. The staff was incredible, the beach beautiful and the room comfortable. Full kitchen, full bar by the beach, market for anything you need... WONDERFUL HOTEL! Could offer more activities on the weekend though. We were there on Saturday and there was nothing to do at there. We couldn't use the sailing equipment, bikes, snorkeling gear. Very spacious good food and nice staff. Will definitely visit again when we can stay longer. Brown Family of 5!

The two bedroom suite was a great deal when booked way in advance. Very spacious and comfortable. Only problem was the smaller bedroom was next to the corridor and in the early morning young children were right outside the window making a lot of noise waking the family members sleeping there.

My family (including 17 and 20 yr old) much enjoyed our 3 night stay. The apartment is very nice - all commented on how attractive it was upon arriving. The rooms are modernly furnished and appear recently renovated. The kitchen is well stocked. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit - which also had a Murphy bed in the living area. The grounds and […] beach are well taken care of. The workers are generally helpful and enthusiastic. Not a large number of planned activities, but ones they had were well done. We even managed to get in sailing lessons - though this was somewhat by luck. Each morning we were told weather was too windy, but then one afternoon we saw instructor getting boats out and signed up for lessons. We found the location convenient, since we usually went into Central Cancun for dinner (4.5 km away). Wireless internet worked reasonably well in our 2nd story room. The service is excelent from the time you come in step out the taxi, to you go out. No one enter the hotel without giving your name to security check list. The entrance security know every day who is in the hotel. The open Palapa Restaurant with outdoor pool bar is great and the food and the service excelent and friendly. There is take out and room […] service available. The beach is small and cosy and people are very friendly on the beach. You can eat and drink on the beach and swim late at night in the pools. The villas and balcony are great and lots of room. Free internet in the rooms and on the property. If you have any equipment with three prong plugs you have to have an adapter as the villas are not equipt for that. The adapters are available in the store on the property where you can buy all your food and drinks without leaving the property. Sugar-white sand beach on Cancun's north shore. The resort has breathtaking views of the bay and of Isla Mujeres. Located on the north shore with sugar-white beach just minutes away from downtown. Their free shuttle bus takes you to their other resorts. The royal resorts are wonderful!

The hotel staff is freindly and helpful. The kitchen in the unit is nice and clean. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

This is a timeshare property, so we were different than their typical clientele. I guess here as with pretty much everything else in Cancun, they work off of "vouchers." So, when we checked-in they wanted a printout of our confirmation to check-in (which, IMO, is silly since they have computers at the front desk). The room was great. No place else […] could we have gotten a two bedroom similarly priced. The grounds were okay. The hotel is the smallest of the Royal family in Cancun, so it was a much more relaxed atmosphere than the other properties. The beach was nice, but the swimming area from the beach had a lot of seaweed. The location always seemed to be the first pick-up for all of the tours we took, so we were invariably subjected to myriad stops at other hotels before departing the Cancun area (to the Mayan ruins, Xcaret, Playa del Carmen, etc.). However, the location was a more relaxed location because it wasn't in the middle of the resort area (towards the north end). There is only one restaurant on this property, and it was fine (overpriced...but similar to everything else in the area). It was a nice bonus that you could use the facilities at other Royal Resorts in Cancun. However, The shuttle system between Royal Resorts was a little confusing (the signs for the schedule don't read intuitively). Also, none of the activities (or shuttles) run on Saturdays (and maybe not even on Sunday...but I'm not positive about that). 더 보기

This hotel is beautiful from the moment you walk into the lobby. The smell of fresh flowers, the friendliness of the staff. the rooms are very clean, very tasefully decorated. The cab driver from Playa Del Carmen dropped us off at The Royal at Cancun - a five star all inclusive. We thought we had won the lottery! They greeted us with glasses of champagne and the entry foyer was majestic. Alas it was not to be. Had to spend another $25 to get to Royal Cancun - Club International. Not opulent by any means, but we were not disappointed. Nice […] rooms, very friendly service, nice amenities, good restaurant, a store on site that sells liquor, beer and just about every food stuff you need. Good location too. Just an 80 cent bus ride to the big tourist areas, but far enough away to get peace and quiet. Nice beach too with a long dock out onto the water. If you want a laid back friendly experience without all of the craziness and cost of an all-inclusive, but still be close to the action, then this is the place. 더 보기

For the price it was a great deal. Somewhat dated but plenty of space in the room for families and various activities to enjoy at the hotel. The beach was not exciting but access to the ferry to get to Isla Mujeres or Cozumel was very convenient. The best part was being able to use the hotel transport to the Royal Sands to enjoy their beach and facilities. […] This was better suited to our age group of four adults - parents with adult daughters. We went to Cancun for a 5 day vacation to relax and unwind. I was very impressed with the Royal Cancun resort. I loved the private beach and the fact that you could swim right off the beach. The room was very nice and large. I liked that you could get to most of the marine activities within a 10 minute easy walk. On the whole the hotel was very good in terms of friendly staff, cleaness of the room and facilities including hotel's own beach which was very pretty with plenty of spaces for you to sunbath. the rooms were very big and comfortable with 2 big TVs and lots of channels. The kitchen was fully equiped with cookware and cutlery. it really felt like home […] for the 7 days that we spent there. However, the cleaning maid was a little pushy for tips. not sure if that's the way they get paid??? we only let the maid to clean our room once during our stay and left $1 bill. but the maid didn't take it as it was deemed too little. so on the last day she pushed in a little envelop asking for more tips. we would have put more tips before we leave even though she only cleaned our room once (was not completely clean as there were still rubbish on the floor when we came back). anyway remember that tipping generously in this hotel is important if you plan to spend most of the time in the hotel. we tried out the restaurant for breakfast which was very good. so would recommend it. Beware of the travel agency within the hotel. they charge higher rate than other travel agencies. as we did with another agency at the Ferry port. So compare the price before you buy. we had a terrible experience with the hotel travel agency. we booked a tour with them which is scheduled to leave at 7.20am. My dad came down at 7.20am exact and the coach was gone already and the bellboy didn't tell us until i went to ask them about 10min later. so we complaint this to the hotel travel agency why they haven't called us in our room if the coach came early....finally the agent put us on a later tour at 8.50am so we waited another 1.5hr. but by 9am the coach still didn't come. feeling extremely unhappy we complaint again and cancel the tour. this has completely ruined our day and our plan for the next couple of days. luckily we havne't booked any tours with the hotel agency. so on that day we went to the Ferry port an 더 보기

Este enero estuvimos con mi familia disfrutando de unos días en el Club Internacional de Cancún. El lugar en sí es muy lindo y está muy bien cuidado, las unidades son muy cómodas y limpias (lo único para criticar sería que para 5 personas hay un solo baño). El servicio y la hospitalidad de la gente, inmejorable. La playa es muy tranquila, sin olas, […] ya que da a la bahia. El hotel cuenta con transporte gratuito hacia los otros resorts, por lo que si desean visitar otras playas pueden utilizarlos. Excelente lugar para vacacionar, lo recomiendo 100%. 더 보기

Esse hotel foi muito além das minhas expectativas, pessoal hiper atencioso, os aptos super limpos, lugar muito agradável, excelente localização.

Realmente todas las personas con las que tuvimos contacto se portaron con mucha amabilidad y gentileza. Realmente nos hiceron sentir bien y no apreciamos discriminación por no ser socios y ser mexicanos. Gracias a Hoteles. com por la oportunidad de disfrutar estas vacaciones en compañia de mi familia.

Buen hotel, comodo y accesible. El precio muy bueno.

El Hotel en general es bueno, en lo particular a mi me asignaron una villa donde hace falta remodelar sus muebles, existian villas remodeladas y se encontraban desocupadas toda la semana, creo que les hace falta actitud y disponibilidad para que nos sorprendan y con ello lograr que regresemos en otra ocasion, les faltan mas areas de diversion para niños […] lo demas todo bien...... 더 보기
