프로비던스 한가운데 있어요 교통도용이하고 버스터미날이 한부럭뒤에 위치해서 여러곳을 가기에 편해요 터미날안에는 수십곳의 버스노선표가 있어요 호텔은 이쁘고 편하며 다만 방에 들어갈때 두개의방이 한문으로 들어가서 그게 좀 어색했구요 백화점과 음식점이 한군데 있어 쇼핑하고 먹는데는 불편한점이 없어요 우선 초행길이라면 씨티투어버스를 타면 운전하는 아저씨가 상세히 설면해주셔서 다음날은 혼자 걸어서 투어할수 있어요모든 건물이 우와하고 이쁘며 던킨도넛회사본점이 그곳에 있어 던킨도넛점이 많아요 메뉴도 다양하고 편리하며 싸요강을끼고 음식이며 관광거리사 많이 있으며 깨끗하고 친절해요 호텔에서 한블럭 뒤에 "수라"라는 한국음식점은 맛잇고 친절하며 […] 깨끗해요 프로비던스에서 그레이하운드를 타면 보스톤공항까지1시간30분이며 각항공사 카운터까지 가고$22 더 보기

I had a very good stay and I liked the modern style rooms inside an older building. I would stay here any time. I liked the modern glass door shower but I really prefer a good old sit-down tub when I'm on vacation.

Beautiful hotel, services with all around comfort. walking distance to everything. Room was gorgeous, price was great. Will stay there every time I return

Hotel Providence was the setting for a bachelorette party I was throwing on a Friday night. The valet, the concierge and bellhop (are they still called that?) were beyond amazing. This is a very classy hotel. A nice take on a grand old building. Clean, well appointed with an excellent staff. I wil definitely stay here again when I have to return to Providence.

Fabulous location in downcity. The bar had a great jazz band playing Friday night. Our only complaint was the shower really needed to be re-grouted. It was a little scary! Overall, though, a nice stay.

It was so refreshing to stay in a classy hotel that didn't feel like a cookie cutter, an established building with interesting architecture, tall ceilings, updated rooms for comfort, beautiful ambiance! Loved the decor and style of the hotel. The staff was amazing and efficient. I will recommend and use this hotel next time I come to RI. The location was right downtown minutes away from everything. I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel this past weekend. As someone who travels 50% of the month for work, I have plenty of hotel stay experience and can honestly say I don't believe I have ever rated anything 5 stars in every single category, but Hotel Providence definitely deserves their high ratings... This is a beautiful hotel with very elegant rooms. The bathrooms are more spacious than mine at home. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and bar and a great workout facility. Parking is limited around the hotel. They offer a valet service which is $26 a day. I would definitely stay here again. One of the nicer places I've stayed in a while.

Hotel is old but everything in Providence is. Clean and spacious room, amenities are terrific, room spacious but beds a little soft for me. Staff are pros and knowledgable. I'd go again for sure.

This was an adequate but under-whelming hotel. The location was great in downtown Providence, but the lacking of parking and required expensive valet really put a damper on the trip. Our room was right next to a stocking room for the staff, which was noisy at all hours of the night. The room faced into a small opening on the roof, and a very loud fan […] was situated right by our window - more noise. This hotel was a real discovery. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff (Ian and Justin) who recommended a great restaurant for dinner as well as organising transport for us around Providence as well as to New Haven. We had a comfortable room but it was somewhat noisy as it was at the front of the hotel on the street so next time I would request […] a quieter room. Felt the area was a little unsafe... However the staff of the hotel restaurant/bar was excellent... walked me to my hotel room after a person at the bar was making myself and the bartender uneasy... The room it self was a handicap room and everything was very low and made it a little bit of a challenge to get ready in the morning....

Overall the visit was peasant. The hotel is nice, but the staff Are the reason I would go back. I had my little beagle with me. She got nervous and promptly had an accident on the bed. Needed a quick night away from NYC. Staff was really welcoming, loved the room and location. No problems, only peace and r&r. Even the bed was more comfortable than home.

A very classy hotel. the room was very comfortable and well maintained. the neighborhood seemed a little desolate at night. a good value for the money though.

Stayed at Hotel Providence well I expected a lot better especially for the price. A lot of noisy people both inside and out of hotel, not to metion a loud ringing of church bells from across the street. Stay away from downtown Providence there is NOTHING there. Very disappointing trip.

had not stayed here before but had heard good things...was a very nice hotel with a very nice room...front desk gave me a restaurant recommendation (i used to live in providence but had not been back for a few years) nearby and it turned out to be a great find (local 121)... all in all, very satisfied

Only negative aspect of this hotel is the chiming of the central bell tower early in the morning. If you like to sleep late in the AM this hotel's location may not be for you. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff..Courtesy valet parking was available all day even though we checked out at 10am. Our stay at Hotel Providence was brief, but perfectly pleasant. The only thing that left me a bit dissatisfied was the fact that I requested a room that was on a high floor and away from an elevator but got neither, despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty, as confirmed by the bellhop. Strangely, when I checked in, the gentleman at the desk […] mentioned my request and said that he was very pleased to have been able to secure such a room for me. So when I got to my room, I was very surprised to find that a) I was on the 3rd floor (of 7), and b) it was literally RIGHT next to the elevator. I'm not sure if this was some kind of joke, or if somehow he reversed my request (low floor, close to elevator, although I don't know who would request such a room), but it was off-putting. With such low occupancy (on a cold Sunday night in January), you'd think that they would put their best foot forward with a good room, but alas, not so. Other than that, though, I found the hotel to be really pleasant. We didn't eat at the restaurant or take advantage of any of the amenities other than the shower, the tv and the bed. But all of those things were great. Especially the bed, actually. SUPER comfortable. So yes, I would recommend staying at Hotel Providence. It isn't a luxury hotel by any means, but it is really reasonably priced and perfectly lovely for a night or two. 더 보기

We stayed at this hotel on New Years weekend. First, the hotel was clean and impressive with a nice rest. and lounge. Second the staff was wonderful and I never say that. They were informative, curtious and always smiling. Third, the room was the best I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot of them between business and vacations. The area was ok […] as cities go. I was surprised at the amount of homeless. Very sad but no one ever bothered us, infact we had a good conversation with one kind soul. I would go back again but during the week when shops are open and not on a Holiday. Oh yes, the bells at Grace Church could go but after awhile we got use to the sound and they stopped at 9pm until 8 or 9am. They actually give the area character. 더 보기

This hotel's location was fantastic- between 1/2 and 3/4 mile safe walk to most spots in the city. The breakfast was great (we didn't have dinner here). The room itself was small but cute. The bed wasn't especially comfy for us- but that could just be our taste. Would recommend this spot.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice, beautiful decor, very nice, spacious bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only minor complaint I have is that the heat was not working in the room. However, when I called the front desk about it, a maintenance man arrived within 2 minutes and the heat was […] back on in 5 minutes. Loved this place and the area around it. We had a ton of fun there and will stay there every time we return to see our family. The bed may have been one of the best I've staying in and I travel for work... Very worth the price..

Attentive staff, clean rooms, great location. Overall win.

The walls of this otherwise sufficient hotel must be made of tissue paper as we were kept awake until the booming music from the local block party ended at 2:00 am. The concierge explained that they had reported the problem to the local police who would do nothing. If we wanted to sit in the first row of a concert we would have bought concert tickets; […] however we were weary travelers who had to make due on 4 hours sleep that night. The manager "compensated" us with free parking which was inadequate for the appauling evening. 더 보기

For the price it's good but the neighborhood is a bit deserted at night.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, maids were accomodating and the ice cold flavored water cooler in the lobby was fantastic during the heat!!!

The first impression that my boyfriend & I both had about this hotel was 'businessman'. It's a very standard looking hotel (with a deceptively nice lobby). The room looks more Courtyard-By-Marriott than Boutique-Luxury, as they describe themselves on their website. The bed was comfortable and the soaps in the room were nice, and the location was great, […] so the most important points are there. When we arrived, the bathroom floor was all wet. Weird. We also noticed that the windows faced out onto a parking lot for what appeared later to be Providence's premiere dance bar. It wasn't unbearably loud, but was kind of annoying and weird. We think we got the handicapped-accessible room (although we were on the 4th floor) because there were oddly wide doors, a bench in the shower and rails on the bathroom walls. My boyfriend also though that the wall-mounted headboard added to the overall effect. We asked for a different room & were told that there were none, oh well. The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel screams "trying to be hip & classy" but actually hits more "bridge & tunnel trashy". The bar closes really early too. I will say though, that the cover band playing Saturday night was actually really fun and had a good crowd. If I were going back to Providence to visit, I probably wouldn't stay there again. Hotel was great, but only valet parking available and the car came back dented! An unfortunate end to an otherwise great stay.
