Overall this was a nice hotel in an excellent location, you can walk to everything.

This is a decent place. The receptionist with the dark hair was very friendly and helpful. There are lifts to all floors and a good breakfast with plenty of choice. The breakfast room and corridors are really pleasant spaces. The beds in my bedroom were tiny and had children's sweets on the pillow (?) Not quite an adult welcome really is it but maybe […] someone's idea of kitsch fun! It's in a great location. I would recommend but not sure even a sole traveller wants such a tiny bed. 더 보기

We stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel was way too small from our expectation, hardly find a place to put even just one bigger luggage. The bed was in fact two single bed combined together and toilet is clean and tidy. The room offered to us is not in line with the photo demonstrated at the website when we booked. No slippers or complimentary coffee […] or tea and electric kettles are available. No in-room wifi and the wifi reception at hotel reception area is unstable and not good. The breakfast room is beautifully decorated and the breakfast is in acceptable quality. Staff is very helpful and friendly and they can speak good English. It is quite convenient for going to the major tourist spots like the Fortress but once after 5pm, the whole area is quiet and apart from dinner, you can hardly find anything to do. In general, it is in acceptable condition and it is an OK hotel. I would rank in between 3-4 star. I can see that there are better rooms in the hotel but just so happened, we were offered ( I believe it is the smallest room located at 4th floor) which discount the comfort level of hotel. 더 보기

Had a wonderful stay at the Altstadthotel Kasererbraeu. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the location was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I consider ourselves budget travelers, but we definitely have reasonable expectations. We are Americans currently living in England and have gotten used to the standard European hotels. I can honestly say that we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Altstadthotel Kasererbraeu. We flew into Salzburg airport and took the public bus number 8 to the town center and within a 5-minute walk we arrived at the hotel. The lady at reception was really friendly and her English was fantastic. She also sold us the 2-day Salzburg cards and advised as to what we should see (cable cars, museums, etc) and provided information about their included breakfast served daily 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We stayed in room 325 and were extremely pleased with the modern accommodations. The room is typical European size and decorated wonderfully. I have a bit of OCD with cleanliness and our room and restroom was spotless. I appreciated the hardwood floors and new-looking gorgeous metallic tiles, and I did not have to worry about dirty carpets or moldy tiles. Our housekeeper was also very friendly and left gummy bears on our pillow. My husband and I were impressed with the generous breakfast, which was complimentary. We are health-conscience eaters and there were plenty of options for all types of dieters. My husband enjoyed the variety of juices, hard-boiled eggs, meats, yogurt, fruit, granola, etc. Also offered were scrambled eggs, cheeses, cakes, croissants, wheat and white breads, and much more! We stayed for 3 nights. Centrally located in the "old town", this was a great hotel. Would certainly stay there again.

Only stayed one night but overall experience was satisfactory. Hotel room was really "Austrian" but clean. Only comment is that the tv was placed in wrong position. Sauna and steambath were great and free of charge thus a bonus. Location superb; right in old city centre in walking distance to all sites.

This boutique hotel was hard to find and parking was bad. Rooms are extremely small but neat and clean. Excellent location.

In the heart of the old city. Room was huge and as nice as picture showed with the painted four poster bed, etc. Bath room was nicely renovated. Very close to castle and not too steep a walk to shops. Restaurant in hotel served incredible Italian food, which was a bonus. Tagliatelle with fungi. Great location, but someone needs to tell Guests that access is gated. You can not find the hotel unless you know to call for gate access.

Great location, lovely hotel, good size room, large double shower, double bed was two single mattresses which was a negative. Room was spotless. Minutes walk from main centre of old town and from tram stop for main train station. Staff very friendly and very good buffet breakfast. Quaint hotel in the center of Salzburg with a view of the Fort. In the middle of the center, which made the location very convenient. The problems were during the night when sleep was impossible with the commotions outside by groups of people. If you are looking for a quiet place, I don't think staying in the area is a good idea. We could see the fort from our window, also it was quiet enough to leave the window open at night. Wireless internet was a bit spotty on coverage and would not reach the room.

There is a restaurant in this hotel and it created a smell in the halls & lobby. The wireless internet service they offer didn't work with my computer's operating system.

This hotel was perfectly located in old Salzburg to walk everywhere and see all the sights and shopping. It was clean and friendly, and the breakfast was terrific (and included). Although the hotel was in an older building, the rooms were a comfortable size, and the shower had a curtain, something you don't always find in European hotels. The hotel is located in old town and is very centrally located that we could walk to all the sights we were interested in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and very quiet. I would certainly stary here again and would highly recommend it.

City centre location. Very comfortable hotel . The bells of the churches are a bit loud though.

The front desk people were wonderful to us. All the amenities were appreciated and well worth it for the price. We had a large home cooked free breakfast every morning. The hotel was close to many of the sights. The room was small, but included a flat screen TV (need more English speaking channels). Also in the hotel was a movie theater, workout area […] and sauna. This hotel offers many more extras that the higher priced hotels in town. We would definitely stay there again if we returned to Salzburg. 더 보기

Very Very SMALL uncomfortable "double" room with no airconditioning. NOT even the size of a single room. SMALL desk fan, hardly any place to put the fan. Bathroom minute. Front desk personnel OK Breakfast OK. Location good.

Excellent location and facilty. Very helpful staff. Reasonably good breakfast.. Very accommodating to our early arrival and provided a lot of help in selecting and arranging siteseeing. Only drawback was that one ofthe two rooms that we had was VERY small.

Nice clean hotel. Walking distance to city center. A little noisy on the street but not a big problem.

If you like old world charm, this is a great place to stay. Clean, cute and has helpful staff. The parking experience left a little to be desired because they are in a pedestrian zone and you have to get permission to drive in. We weren't told in advance, but when you drive up to the two gates, take the one on the right that says "No Entry except for..." […] and push the button. If you have reserved a parking space (which you need to do in advance with the hotel), the guard will have your name and will let you through into the pedestrian zone. You can then drive up and park in the loading zone in front of the hotel and they will give you a parking pass for your dashboard and tell you where to park. 더 보기

freundliches Personal, hantige Chefin Gute Lage des Hotels, allerdings muß man bei Innenstadtlage auch ständiges Glockenläuten in Kauf nehmen

ザルツブルグイースター音楽祭のために滞在しました。 飛行場からは１７ユーロくらい。　祝祭劇場には７，８分、モーツアルトティウムにも徒歩圏内。　　お風呂もお湯がたっぷりでて、朝食もなかなか。　ホテルの人たちも感じよく、お勧めのホテルです。　それになんと、ホテルは映画館も併設しており、ロビーはその映画館のための小さなカウンターバーにもなっています。

Was mir besonders gefallen hat? Ich wurde gefragt, ob ich den Wellnessbereich nutzen möchte und dieser wurde deshalb aufgeheizt. Sauna und Dampfbad waren sehr entspannend. Was mir nicht gefallen hat? WLAN stand nicht zur Verfügung. Die Preise für die zeitliche Nutzung eines Stand-PC mit Internetanschluss sind eine Frechheit.

Perfekt läge för att turista i Salzburg, utan att vara mitt i smeten. Gångavstånd till allt i gamla stan och nära till bra restauranger odyl. Har man bil så finns det parkering i närheten som hyrs dygnsvis. Observera att det merparten av dygnet måste skaffas kod för att komma in i gamla stan. Detta är inte tydligt angivet vid bokning, men ring bara […] hotellet en kvart innan ni kommer så får ni en kod som sänker pollaren vid infarten till gamla stan, som är giltig 60 min. Var snabb med att köra in, för pollaren kommer upp igen inom kort tid. Ut före 11 på fm går att köra utan kod.Inom kort promenadavstånd finns "alla"sevärdheter och bra restauranger. Missa INTE de ÄKTA Mozartkulorna på konditori Furst, och ta gärna en lång kaffepaus med bakverk på Cafe´Tomaselli. Bra matställen som Carpe Diem, Magazin är väl värda ett besök liksom Blauer Ganz. och många fler.(Magazin är inte direkt inne i gamla stan, men ta en taxi dit, det är det värt! Hotellet delar entre´med en Biograf så man kan ju slinka in och se en film om andan faller på.Personalen är vänlig och profesionell. Lunchbuffe´n är bra och har ett rikligt urval i trevlig miljö, och vid fint väder kan man sitta på gårdsterrassen. 더 보기

世界遺産にあたる旧市街地にあるホテルなので、観光にはとても便利です。ホテルの部屋も歴史を感じさせる雰囲気もある一方で、バスタブのある部屋に泊まれたので快適でした。朝食もビュッフェスタイルでヨーロッパで食べるには十分な質です。ネットもロビーであれば無線LANが無料で利用出来ます。 ただ、車で訪問する場合はご注意を。旧市街なので、ロビーでアクセスコードをもらわないと出入りできません。また、駐車場がほとんどないか安いところがすぐに埋まるので、1泊あたり18ユーロかかりました。

Lage ist ausgezeichnet: zentral und ruhig. Hotel ist im alten Stil, sehr charmant und schön renoviert. Im Hotel befindet sich das Mozartkino!

Für gutes Geld stimmt die Leistung nicht immer. Ein Doppelbett war lang reserviert, aber gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Das alternative Zimmer war okay, doch das Mobiliar schon ziemlich runtergewirtschaftet. Ansonsten sieht das Hotel top aus. Lichtblicke sind das Kino,die Sauna und ein gutes Frühstück.

Hotellet ligger perfekt i de gamla kvarteren och med närhet till "allt" och det fanns inte heller något att klaga på angående renlighet eller frukost. Saknade däremot en trevlig lounge och/eller bekväma fåtöljer på rummet för de tillfällen man vílle koppla av på hotellet. Man var tvungen att ligga-sitta i sängen. Rummet hade endast hårda stolar, typ […] köksstolar. Kan därför bara sätta en 3:a på allmänt omdöme. På frågan om hotellet kan rekommenderas får det bli ett nja. 더 보기

Hotellet ligger mycket bra till i centrala Saltzburg. Finns ochså gästparkering i anslutning till hotellet.
