매직 호텔 (Magic Hotel) - 루체른

방이 너무 이뻐요...그리고 깨끗합니다. 스위스 인터락켄에서 2박하고 루체른으로 갔는데 루체른에서 2박할것이라는 후회가 들 정도로 만족임다..그리고 리기산 꼭 보러가세요..아주 죽이는 경치입니다.

I would sincerely recommend staying in Magic Hotel to everyone who is looking for quality accommodation that is within close proximity to all sights. In terms of facilities I found my room spacious, clean and above all nicely warm during my stay in the winter season. Also the selected theme of my room has given it a cosy feel, unlike other hotel rooms […] I've stayed in. In addition, having my own coffee machine and unlimited usage of the internet has been a lovely surprise, which I have definitely taken advantage of. Staff in the hotel has also been very professional, helpful and friendly during my whole stay. To summarize it all, if I should visit Lucerne city again, then I would certainly book my stay in Magic hotel. This hotel is nestled near the lake. The location is fantastic. But don't try to drive to this hotel. When you find it by foot you are redirected to the Great Western to register. But they upgraded our room to one with a Jacuzzi - so that made up for everything. It was great for the price.

Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet good, but tea was only served cup by cup, whereas a pot of tea would have been preferable. Or self-service facility for tea

The Magic Hotel has a great location and it is one of the cheaper ones in the neighborhood. The hotel is very near to the train station. The location is awesome .. it is just by the river side. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. The rooms have unique sense of decoration.

Right in the middle of every thing a visitor to a new city would think important. Breakfast was good, love it when they leave a pot of black coffee on your table at breakfast time! Room at front a bit noisy on Friday night but apart from that its position was pure Magic

Switzerland is absurdly expensive but if you're going to spend that kind of money you want to be in a great location. We liked the hotel in terms of location and comfort in room. though room were small but having all convenience. Staff at reception at hotel was great.

Noise from the neighbouring clock tower and cafes/restaurant customers would not let me sleep even till past midnight. Due to this big drawback, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is at good location but they charged city tax of 2.9 CHF per person per day..i would say its a hidden charge even though it is clearly written in confirmation mail from Hotel.com that it is inclusive of all taxes.

Superb location within easy walking distance to the entire historic area and transportation (Bahnhoff as well as Lake Lucerne ferry terminals). Was perfect for Fasnacht (Mardi Gras equivalent), but bring your earplugs if you want to sleep and ask for a room facing away from the square.... Registration is done at the Hotel Krone (about a block away) which was not mentioned in the reservation confirmation. Not a problem, just unexpected. Wifi did not work in the room, but a free computer for guest use and working Wifi as well as the small cafe used for the continental breakfast was available at the Hotel Krone. the hotel was located in the perfect location. SO many shops and restaurants located nearby. very close to other attractions. the staff was nice and friendly and the room was beautiful! breakfast was included and internet was free! two major pluses!

Nice location, right in the old part of the city. Room was big, and good room features. Reception is located in another building across the street, no major issue. Very good quality compared to other 3 stars places i stayed in the Switzerland...room was a little pricey but hey its Switzerland.......Would recommend if you just need a place to crash

We didn't request a particular room so we got assigned to the "Farmer Room" upon checking in. It is decorated (and I use that term loosely) with lots of hay and paper mache chickens. Not exactly luxury especially considering the room price, but I wouldn't have minded so much if the whole room didn't smell like a barn (because of the hay). There is […] no A/C and even though it was relatively cool when were there (needed long pants and jackets every day), the room was small and got very stuffy at night. It felt like a stuffy barn. When we asked to switch to a different room, the front desk staff acted as if we were asking him for a gigantic favor. First he wanted us to check out at 11, leave our bags in the lobby, then come back at 2. They he said he really didn't want to make the switch but would accommodate if we absolutely insisted. Well, I felt put off by this and didn't switch since we were only staying 3 nights. But I didn't enjoy any of my time at the room. The breakfast was in another hotel (Best Western Hotel Krone) and was really lousy. No hot food, the servers took forever just to get us coffee (one time gave us a hard time about ordering cappuccino), and didn't even refill the few cheeses and meats they had out. For the price, this hotel should have been much nicer. I was expecting a fun experience with their theme rooms, but it was really bad. The room was small, stuffy, smelled funny, the breakfast was bad, and the staff was extremely rude. To top it off, they tried to charge me for the tax even though my hotels.com reservation explicitly included it. I simply refused to pay--I was pretty angry at that point. The only good thing was that the location was pretty central to everything. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel (not the Best Western Hotel Krone either--the Magic is run by that one and has the same staff and breakfast). 더 보기

Let’s see for a three star hotel it is sadly lacking in amenities and Hotel.com should consider lowering the star rating. It was hot and only had one fan for room and only two speeds refused request for another fan! Could not make long distance phone call from room and the front desk was unhelpful when asked what to do; just advised there is a phone […] booth around the block. Parking was quite a distance away and had to pay for it myself not even a hotel discount. It has a great location in city center which was ruined by not being able to close the windows due to the heat, yep every night for six nights we got to hear the drunks leaving the local bars between 0300 and 0430 yelling and throwing items around. Oh yeah the breakfast included: is not—have to go to the Hotel Krone where the wait staff is less than enthusiastic in seeing you. So my recommendation to anyone staying here is make sure it is damn cold outside and for the price consider another hotel. 더 보기

If you want something different, this is the hotel for you. Reasonable price for Lucerne, spacious room, wonderful complimentary breakfast, helpful and friendly staff.

We were very happy with the hotel overall and the "theme rooms," which were tasteful and not over-the-top. The major problem was noise from other rooms and in the outside courtyard. We could very easily hear other guests, as well as water flowing in the plumbing. Our room overlooked the historic plaza below. Das Magic ist Ruhig und Zentral in der Altstadt nahe einer Kirche - es ist kein eigenständiges Hotel, zum Check in und zum Frühstück muss man zum Hotel Krone ca.100m weiter. Originielle Themenzimmer - Ideal für alle welche ein spezielles Hotelzimmer suchen.

hotel con servizi standard per la categoria, positiva la presenza macchina per caffè o tè in cialde in camera, posizione eccezzionale nel centro di Lucerna : la camera guardava sulla piazza del Municipio attraverso due belle finestre. prima colazione molto ricca e di buona qualità.

Hôtel bien placé, chambre spacieuse, lit plutôt dur, matelas non comfortable, plein de bosses

ausser der nahen kirchglocken gibt es nichts zu bemängeln

Idéalement situé, dans le centre historique et à proximité de tous les transports. Amabilité parfaite du personnel. Décoration originale des chambres. Le seul inconvénient est que la réception ne se trouve pas dans les mêmes locaux que les chambres.

Hotel tres bien. Le seul bémol de ma chambre celle ci donnait sur une petite rue bruillante, par contre situation idéal et chambre très propre.

Magic Hotel in het prachtige Luzern is een leuke ervaring geweest. Ik verbleef in de Farmers room, wat een zeer originele ervaring was. Beim Hotel Magic ist eine Baustelle. Ab 7 h war die Nachtruhe vorbei! Dies muss m.E. unbedingt bei der Reservation erwähnt werden, d.h. im Internet ersichtlich sein. Best Western schob das auf das Internet ab, ich denke aber, dass Best Western dafür verantwortlich ist, das überhaupt an die zuständigen Stellen/Reservationspartner weiterzuleiten.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la vieille ville historique et à 5 mn à pied de la gare principale de Lucerne, en deuxième ligne par rapport à l'Egg, accès direct par le pont piétonnier Rathaus Steg. Sehr gute Lage, mitten in, der Altstadt, nahe dem Fluss und See, angenehmes Zimmer, gute Grösse, alles Nötige vorhanden, frisches Frühstück, sehr angenehm.

Das Hotel Magic in Luzern ist wirklich Magic. So waren wir im Farmer-Zimmer. an den Wänden hingen Strohnester mit Hühner drin, in allen Farben. Es war sehr angenehm und die Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend. Nur empfehlenswert

Wir buchten 3 Nächte in dem Hotel in der Fußgängerzone, um ohne Auto in die Altstadt und abends zum Restaurant zu gelangen. Das Hotel ist vorteilhaft für Nachtschwärmer.
