뉴욕JFK 호텔과 가까워 무엇보다 이동이 편합니다. 공항에 도착해서 Hotel Shuttle Bus 도착지점에 가면 자동 무료전화를 이용해서 늦은 밤에도 셔틀을 신청하면 바로 차가 와서 픽업하고 다시 공항 갈 때도 마찬가지입니다. 주변에 간단히 요기할 수 있는 가게도 있고 그런대로 괜찮습니다. 다만 아침식사라고 하기엔 부족한 편.

I been there twice so far. They havent let me down yet. the staff is friendly and helpful with everything. the room was welcoming as alway and i love the location of it. i was near my love one and a shopping center. what more can a girl ask for.

Not close of being one of the better super 8 motels. Positive was free airport shuttle and clean room. Negative was I ordered king size bed but they only had queen size. dodgy area which didn't feel save when walking to a nearby store/eating place for food. small overcrowded breakfastarea.

Very nice staff, awesome free breakfast, we have stayed there twice now and will try to stay there again the next time we fly into or out of jfk.

Clean new rooms, clean bathroom. Stayed here overnight since it's near hotel (3 miles).

Nice proximity to JFK. Neighborhood maybe not the place to hang after dark. Kinda sketchy. Urban neighborhood and this hotel just pops up. Good rate for NYC. Recommend for short stay.

the shuttle took 40 min to arrive!

We used the shuttle service from JFK to get to and from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. The best part of the stay was the breakfast that is included with unlimited delicious coffee! and a nice selection of breakfast items. Our only problem was with making the shower work?? the hotel was very good for the price,and the people who ran the hotel was very helpful. the hotel was close to the highway for easiy access and, close to major shopping areas.I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Queens,Long Island or Brooklyn.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff is exceptionally helpful. The continental breakfast is very limited and maybe because the eating area is extremely small.

needed O/N bed to meet early AM flight. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, in-room coffee a bonus. Parking was sketchy (well lit, but unfenced), but convenience outweighed everything.

Friendly polite helpful and clean with JFK shuttle good for a layover area around not so good

First off management needs to confirm checkout time on all website. just checked my confirmation tht says noon an was told at the hotel to leave at 11am. After telling them tht was wrong to give false info. online they granted me the extra hr. which was really nice of them but the guy at the front still made it a point to tell me no where online they […] hv noon. So confirm tht first ppl. Overall nt bad only thing to much noise at night maybe thicker windows might help. Tough time sleeping. Place was clean,front desk very helpfull. Might stay here again. I chose this hotel over others in the area because it had, from what I could tell from Google Street View, ample parking. My family and I were arriving by car in the evening after a long flight and didn't want to have to worry about finding a parking spot. We were pleased that there was plenty of parking upon arrival. The night duty guy is a gnarly, […] old Asian dude with blonde hair and a pony tail. He was grumpy most of the time, but everyone else who worked there was super nice and helpful. The front staff helped carry our bags out to the car, and the cleaning ladies were fun to chat with. The neighborhood is safe --- full of working class people from various ethnic backgrounds. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a short stay or as a transit hotel for my next flight into or out of JFK. 더 보기

Room was small, but clean. Location is good, close to two metro lines and the Air Train. Free wi-fi in room. Free shuttle to JFK.

Staff was excellent in providing assistance in every aspect (Aitport transfers, Route guiding, etc). Easy location for busses and subways.

My [ast experience of New York has been very poor service no matter what the price. I therefore picked the Super 8 for an overnight connection at JFK on the basis that it was the cheapest in the area. I waited two hours in the rain for the Free shuttle from the hotel because they claimed it was on the way. You could not sit in the stuffed chair for fear of. Something crawling out. The free breakfast was limited to fruit and cereal. I would not reccommend this place ever.

This hotel is in a shockingly bad neighborhood. Fortunately, we were only staying there for 1 night and had an early morning flight from JFK, so we didn't need to leave our room and venture down the side walk. They do offer a complimentary shutlle every half hour on the hour. it was kool. d white guy in front desk was of gd help, d room was kool. oh, d shuttle driver was frenly.

The hotel is quite a distant from the airport but a shuttle transfer is provided. However, even though I pre booked the 4.30 am shuttle for the following morning to retrun to the airport when I came down with my luggages 4.25am I found that the shuttle had left without me. The gentleman on the front desk was very polite and explained that another guest […] told them he stayed in my room number (turned out he didnt speak good English). He asked the shuttle driver to turn around and come back for me because he had only just left and I would miss my flight. However the shuttle driver was so rude and gave me a mouth full when he dropped me off saying he left at 4.30 and that I was late. The funny part was that the other guests who had flights to catch didnt him returning for me but the driver who has nowhere going was very disrespectful. This hotel is okay, Missed the last shuttle from JFK, Called from the airport & was told 11pm. Took a cab. Got to the hotel, the sign 11:30. Noticed mold behind the bathroom faucet, otherwise it was clean. When I checked in I wrote the time I needed the shuttle on a clipboard and verified it with the desk clerk. He looked at the clipboard, the time […] was fine. The next morning, he tells me the shuttle won't be there for a 1/2 hr. He thought I's said the later time, even though he looked at the time I'd written. Bad business for an int'l flight. I had to take a cab back to JFK. They were very helpful getting me from JFK to the hotel as I arrived late and had to go thru immigation and was later that the shuttle. i enjoyed the small breakfast and was able to connect to my flight into Lewisburg, WV from JFK the next day.

Airport transportation worked very well from JFK and to JFK next day. Hotel manager was very helpful with information. Very courteous staff. Fast food resturants are in walking distance. Hotel room was quiet even with busy streets noise.

A good cleaning and new linens might make this an acceptable hotel. We had worn yellowed sheets, one with a tear and tattered off-white towels. The upolstered chair was worn and grimy. The desk chair was dark with the dirt of years without cleaning. We turned on the air con and got a dusty foul odor. We opened a window instead, On the surface this is […] just another Super 8 in a rugged neighborhood, but the poor quality and dinginess made our first stay our last. A note - My wife remarked that she could scrub the room into freshness in one afternoon. The linens were from a service. We noticed linen sets sealed in plastic. Maybe they need a new service. We saw this hotel as a basic place to stay on the way to the airport, but were pleasantly surprised. The chain, Super 8, is on the budget end of the market, but this hotel is well appointed and comfortable. Use this for the airport, free shuttle, 10 mins, but also consider it as an alternative for downtown New York. If you're looking for a comfort room, which is convenient for sightseeing & getting to the JFK Airport, Super 8 is definitely the place. Lots of fast-food, chinese take-away restaurants are nearby. Reasonable price covering free shuttle to and from the Airport, standard room is fine but a bit noisy outside as the hotel located in busy streets, with […] car-parking just outside the rooms. Was difficult to breath, they use a strong carpet deodorant. The hotel is old and I was scare to go out. There is a bar close by full of drunks and loud music. I will never go again.

this hotel trys to tell what time people that come to see you can stay like a hospital during visting hours and the bed are bed for you back , i would not stay there again it just not worth the money spent on the room

Staff was very helpfull and friendly. They found our lost camera and mailed it to us no charge. Helped us find a good resturant and drove us to the right subway to get to it! Breakfast was good. We would stay again.

I booked this because of the price. It's located in a neighborhood that I wouldn't like to live in that's for sure, but it is next to a wendys, mcdonalds, and subway. We actually went to a Chinese restaurant across the street from the subway and it was really good. But the hotel is great. Best part is the free shuttle to the airport... .super important as I am sure most people are staying at this hotel because they are flying out the next day. I would stay there every time I flew out of JFK. The water didn't work for a very short time, and when I called the office. Room was clean, location is pretty safe. Breakfast and shuttle bus to JFK is available. I think it is a best choice, considering location, shuttle and breakfast. BUT IT IS OVERPRICED, because it is New York and close to JFK, otherwise it should cost around $60.
