Great breakfast and lounge area. Will go again.

Hotel was located within easy walking distance of dining and shopping and the beach access and pool location are out of this world! Staff is friendly and have anticipated the needs of their guests to perfection.

Right on the beach. Good breakfast. Wifi worked great. Very nice, clean room. Rooms are scattered about 2 buldings - a bit confusing.

Excellent. Had a great time. The ultimate in beach lodging...all the things you need, but laid back and not stuffy. Could not be better, everyone was nice and will be back

We were very pleased with the room, staff and locaation. I would stay here again.

When it says ocean front, it means it. The waves rolled in no more than 20 feet from our balcony. The room was spotlessly clean, very large. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return. Just note that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to a lower level room, and only a few to the top level. The office is street level […] and it goes down the beach hill from there. So if you want fewer stairs, think higher floor. There are no elevators. Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Rooms were spacious, modern and quiet. Staff were helpful and accommodating. View was fantastic right on the beach. Wish we were able to stay longer. One night wasn't enough. Look forward to going back!

The hotel is right on the water, is easy to get to and has a gorgeous view from almost the entire hotel. The rooms are beautiful! I stayed in the basic room with a king bed and an ocean view and it was very clean, with modern and comfortable furniture and tech. The staff was friendly and the pool and dining area are both well maintained and have excellent […] views of the ocean and beach. Oceanview king was SPACIOUS! Location is great, walking distance to everything you'd want. On the beach with views and complimentary beach gear for family fun. Staff is curtious- it was raining when we woke up and there was an umbrella waiting on our doorstep. Continental breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. We had a wonderful time at the Beach Terrace Inn. The king sized nonsmoking room was spacious w/ a couch and desk. The appliances are modern and chic. The bathroom is worth just checking in. Room was very nice. Great bathroom and wet bar. Walking distance to restaurants. Nice beach. Very nice comp breakfast. Only negative is hotel terraced along side cliff which created no cell phone service in room. Had to go up to street level to get cell phone service.

I thought this hotel was overpriced for what you got. No elevator to the bottom level. There was no internet service during our entire stay. Nice rooms but overpriced.

We stayed two nights in a Double Queen room which was very roomy, but since it was only ocean view and not ocean front, we could see only a part of the ocean from our balcony. Hotel is in a very convenience location, loved Carlsbad village and was within walking distance. Stores don't stay open too late though. The little coffee shop was awesome! Hot […] tub was nice and the pool with the excellent ocean views was a plus! So we were very happy with that! The first night my son (15 year old) was stung by a stingray after wading ankle deep for about 10 minutes. The hotel front desk clerk was helpful in giving me the address of the nearest Emergency Room about 10 minutes away. She said it was rare at that time of the year, since the water was cool yet. Best thing to do is soak it in HOT water for an hour or two, that seemed to work best. It's been a week, and his foot is still swolen. Be careful before you swim! Other than that, we were very satisfied with the location & room was clean, and free breakfast was nice too. Breakfast deck could use a firepit for those cool mornings and/or evenings. 더 보기

Beautiful location right on the beach. Great balcony for watching ocean. The room was huge with a sitting area with sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. Decor was very up-to-date. This hotel was right on the beach and very clean. beside the lack of hooks in the bathroom and the bathroom door not closing all the way, this is the place to stay in carlsbad. only minutes away from legoland. the private beach was beautiful and clean. my family, two children under 7, and wife were able to walk the whole town.

The only complaint I had was they never gave us clean glasses in our room.

This place is outstanding. Right on the beach with easy beach access. The key cards work even after a swim in the ocean.The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom was so big you could sleep in it. I will definitely be coming back and will always request this room.

Great location on the beach in Carlsbad. Be sure to ask for a beach front room. Top floor would probably be best. We were on the second floor and did hear footsteps above us from time to time. Very nice hotel right on the beach in a very walkable area with shops and restaurants. And just three blocks from the train station. BIG room and lovely balcony overlooking the beach. かなり現地人が多いが、現地人が多いだけにいいと思います。とにかく環境がいい。歩いて５分ほどのところにレストランがたくさんあり、不便はありませんでした。出発の日、半日程度時間がありましたが足りなくなるくらいでした。私たちは車移動だったせいもあり、非常にいい街に滞在したという満足感があります。 施設は、プール、ジャグジーそして目の前が海と絶好のロケーションと施設です。 部屋もとてもきれいでとても満足です。パッと見は小さそうなホテルかなと思いますが、下に大きいのでかなりそれなりに立派です。 おすすめと同時にまた行きたいです。

私が泊まった部屋はベランダがありませんでしたが、共同テラスと共同ラウンジがありオーシャンビューで夕飯やランチをとれました。風と日差しが気持よくビールを飲んでソフャーに寝てしまいました。海まで数メートルですがプールもついています。また、徒歩数分のところにはイタリア料理のレストランが多く、メキシコ料理の店は一軒しかありませんでした。「Ｌａｓ　Ｏｌａｓ］という店です。酔ってホテルまで歩いて帰っても平気だとホテルの受付の方がおっしゃっていましたので、毎日その店に飲みに行きました。また、フリーウエーまでのアクセスも簡単でした。また、海岸線のドライブはＤｅｒ　Ｍａｒまで治安も良い感じでとても美しかったです。しかし、北側のＯｃｅａｎ　Ｓｉｄｅの方面は治安の悪い感じがしました。注意して下さい。私はサーフトリ […] ップで宿泊しておりましたがサンディエゴのサーフスポットまですべて３０分かかりませんでした。最高のシュチュエーションです。 더 보기
