I stayed at the hotel 'Schwarzer Aler" during a business trip and was very pleased. Unfortunately the first morning the early breakfast didn't work out, but the staff was very nice and apologized several times because of the problem. And at the end I didn't get charged for anything concerning this morning, even though I had coffee and a lil bread. The […] location is perfect and I liked the short ways for dinner and all other activities. Unfortunately the rooms are due to the age of the house not anymore state of the art. Anyway the lack of the rooms got compensated by an extraordinary service at check-in, the bar, restaurant and room service. I definitively will consider to go there again, if I need a place to stay in Innsbruck. 더 보기

It was PERFECT! Very romantic, clean, cozy and over the top service! A must stay if in Innsbruck..

This hotel was beautiful. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were nicely updated. It was a great location, just a few minutes walk from all of the great shops and restaurants of the historic section of the city. The room was incredibly warm at night but the area was quiet enough that opening the windows wouldn't be an issue. I would definitely stay […] there again. 더 보기

What a disappointment! This is not a 4 star hotel, even by European standards. When we arrived there was no staff at the entrance. We pulled up out front not knowing were to go or park. I went into the main entrance and up stairs to the main desk, which was just a girl sitting at a desk. We were given a pass to park down the street, but no one was there […] to assist us with our luggage. When the girl at the desk saw my 14 year old, she said she is supposed to be an infant and they only have a room with 1 bed and a crib for us. At this point we found out that the girl was the managers daughter and had no authority to assist us with our problem. Therefore we had to wait until she contacted someone who could help us. They finally accomodated us by giving us 2 rooms. 1 very small room for 1 person and another very small room for 2 people. Because the rooms were not close, my husband had to stay by himself in the 1 person room as I did not feel confortable leaving our daughter by herself (this was our anniversary night by the way!). The next day they gave us a room for 3 which was barely bigger than the room for 2. Also the airconditioning in this room was not very good (we were there in August and it was hot). There were then issues with the internet service. Due to my husbands job, this is essential for any hotel we stay in. This hotel was supposed to have free internet service, but is wasn't working. The hotel made no effort to make up for the inconvience. I do have to say the hotel is in a perfect location. Only a 2 minute walk to the center of town. We have stayed in alot of hotels in Europe. The name says it all. It´s a very romantic hotel, the room was great. The relax area with sauna perfect. The restaurant was top notch and so was the breakfast. I recommend it for both families and as a romantic get away. Walking distance to the old city...

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful and curteous. Rooms need some updating but were very clean. Nice bar and convenient parking.

loved our stay. each room in the hotel is decorated differently. our room was very bavarian looking with wooden floors and stunningly beautiful. our friends room had a canopy bed and was more romantic looking but they had carpet. both rooms were beautiful. the downtown is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. parking is underground and costs 10 euros a day […] . breakfast is 12 euros a person but the bakery is just across the street. 더 보기

Everything about this hotel is terrific, unless you are sensitive to noise. The building is very old and at times it is possible to hear people in the rooms above and beside the room. Additionally, if your room has a window facing the main street, then you will probably hear loud music from the bar during the night. None of this was much of a problem […] for us but others may want to be aware. 더 보기

Our supposedly non-smoking room stank of cigarette smoke. We were give two tiny single beds despite booking a double. The bathroom was cramp. The décor was dated. In the bar the barman pushed a wine that just happened to be the most expensive (but unimpressive). We asked about a nearby restaurant and were told it was rubbish and advised to go to one […] that belonged to 'a friend'. In the end we went to the so-called 'rubbish' one and found it to be very nice with friendly staff and good food. The hotel has its own brochure featuring the staff lavishly and 'amusingly' photographed, which makes the hotel look far better than it is. And that;s the problem with the hotel. They should spend more time on the substance, rather than the veneer of style. 더 보기

The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town, numerous museums, shopping area, and many local sites.

Small, luxurious hotel, beautiful decor with antique pieces and soft touches of vintage dolls and prams, candles and cloths everywhere. Photos on website of cow-skin cushions and red leather chairs almost put me off booking, but in reality, these are more soft touches in a rich, oak panelled dining room. Excellent breakfast, 5 star-type dinner served […] in restaurant at very reasonable prices, lovely spa-area for free use of hotel patrons (steam-room, sauna, private whirlpool), bathrobe and slippers in all rooms, good location, 2 minute walk from old-town, very helpful and friendly staff, free internet booth near reception. Rooms very tastefully decorated with two-seater vintage-style sofa, old pictures and rich coat hangers. Stayed as a couple, but would recommend for non-couples also. Small, cosy bar. 더 보기

Nice Hotel in a convenient location with public parking garage next door. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Hotel is on a corner where buses turn so very loud noise especially in the front of the building. If you are noise sensitive, choose a different hotel.

This is a lovely hotel. Beautifully restored. Very beautiful rooms, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Caution on the noise: it sits at a busy intersection of 2 streets, lots of road noise so recommend 3rd floor or back of hotel for room location. Also had a group of noisy teenagers who congrigated on the corner across from the hotel - they sang […] and hollared until 2 in the morning. It would have been nice for the hotel to have asked the police to ask them to move along. The dining on the rooftop was a fabulous experience however, food service was extremely slow, far longer than any of us considered fashionable. This was somewhat mitigated by the breathtaking views,and the warmth and attentiveness of the waitstaff . 더 보기

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Romantische Hotelzimmer und Ambiente. Der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht max. 3 Sternen. Die Kommunikationskultur der Mitarbeiter lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Ma copine et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à Innsbruck. Le choix de l'hôtel était super et surtout très bien situé. Le personnel est courtois, le service était super et la réceptionniste magnifique :)

zentrales, gepflegtes Hotel, mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war reichhaltig und fein! Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war die kleine Badewanne im Hotelzimmer, muss aber nicht bei allen gleich sein.

Das Hotel ist zentral platziert, hat sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und fantastische Zimmer. Allerdings ist es zur Straße hin sehr laut. Das Frühstück ist sehr teuer (15 Euro), wenn es nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist. Unerfreulich ist das teuere Parken. Wer nicht vorab eine Karte beim Hotel bestellt (dann kosten 24 St. 11 Euro) , kann zwar unmittelbar […] neben dem Hotel im Parkhaus parken, zahlt aber für jede 24 Stunden 15,60 Euro. Da usnere Tochter in Innsbruck studiert,haben wir bis zu diesem Termin immer am Inn gewohnt , am Eingang zur Altstadt. Nun da wir kein anderes Zimmer erhalten konnten, haben wir Hotel Schwarzer Adler gebucht und waren mehr als angenehm überrascht und angetan vom Service-Lage-Gastlichkeit und der guten Speisekarte.Wir konnten leider nicht alle Möglichkeiten […] nutzen,werden aber sicherlich wieder in diesem Hotel buchen. 더 보기

Super gut für romantische Stunden in Innsbruck frühstück haben wir nicht konsumiert, die Wahlmöglichkeit ist aber gut Lage für Anreise mit Zug, Altstadt, Innenstadt, Hungerburg, Hafelekar Besuche ist super

Un albergo con una facciata bella ma un'arredo terrificante e stanze senza un vero gusto decorativo. Bagni puliti e parti comuni "vorrei ma non posso" ridicole. In generale pulito, giusto per dormire , non ha internet nelle stanze.....e francamente di Romantik solo il nome

Meget hyggeligt hotel med god beliggenhed. Super service fra personalet. Super restaurant på hotellet. Super BAR på hotellet. Her skal vi bo igen.

Støyen fra gatenivå til 3.etasje var betydelig. Jeg oppdaget ikke air-conditioning før andre dagen, og med lukket vindu var det mulig å sove. Sengen var ganske hard. Hyggelig service og god restaurant. Restauranten på takterrassen holdt et meget godt nivå men kostet også litt ekstra. Meget god frokostbuffet med start ca 07:00.
