Overall the experience was great. However after traveling I chose to eat at your resturant. This was perhaps the worst service that I have experienced in a long time. I stood for 10 minutes waiting to be seated only to find that there was no hostess. After another long wait at the table I was finally given water followed by another lengthy wait for […] my ordered beverage and meal. After having my meal served I was never approached again for re-fill of my beverage. Very disapointing, but the food was edible and I am sure had the service been better the food would have left a better taste in my mouth. 더 보기

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating . I love the location and the drinks were cheap.

The room was awesome and we were able to see planes taking off the whole time from the window. We had an early flight and the shuttle was great that dropped us off right in front of the check-in area at the airport. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel, Great Buffet, wonderful employees. Will stay here again.

Brilliant hotel and perfect to chill prior to the long fligt home. Very close to the rental car hire return. A great buffet brakfast!Could not fault this liitle gem

My son and I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was convenient and had a great buffet breakfast.

Stayed one night while traveling through. Very convenient to the airport, and rental drop-off. Staff was very friendly, and everything was clean and nice. Only problem was weak wi-fi in the room, but I was told an upgrade was in the works.

This hotel was very clean, located right of I-85, which runs right into Atlanta. would stay again for sure.

Close to airport and highways, good Hilton standard and decent restaurant, extremely friendly and helpful staff

stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/Millenium Center. check in was smooth and quick and the people very nice. the room was in good shape too. my only complaints would be that we could not get a strong enough wi-fi signal in our room on the third floor to use our laptop, and the internet cable did not work. i was able to use the […] laptop when i took it down to the business center, where i met another guest having the same problem. the other thing is having to pay for a breakfast after paying this much for a room. otherwise 4 out of 5. 더 보기

The entire staff was friendly and resourceful. Great attitude, work ethics and their goal was to render quality of service to their guest. Normally my hotel of choice would be Embassy Suites. With that said, Hilton Gardens staff made me feel the comforts of being at home. Move aside Embassy Suites because Hilton Gardens is taking good care of your […] previous guest. Room did not have a working Toilet for 3 days out of 4. Asked Housekeeping to fix two times and nothing happened that worked until the last day when I finally strongly complained. I had to go downstairs to go to the bathroom two nights in a row

We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient. The only thing that was lacking - we reserved a suite with 3 beds - 2 queens and a pull out couch for my husband and I, my grandmother and our 2 kids. When we got to the room it was set up for 2 people - there was no blanket for the pullout couch and only 2 towels in the bathroom. Everything was nice, other than hair in the shower from the previous guest. The shower wasn't clean.

Shower head was broken, resulting in mess in the tub area. Staff was excellent.

Not only was front desk and other personnel extremely helpful and courteous, but the hotel allowed us to leave our car parked at the hotel and provided shuttle service to and from the airport. Would stay here any time, regardless of whether catching a flight or not.

I had a difficult time checking in. It was about 7 and there was only 1 attendant. She took about 20 to 30 minutes to check in one person. I eventually went and sat down to wait my turn. 5 other people got in line. She finally had the first person step to the side to deal with him, didn't call me up and I had to wait all over again. WiFi wasn't working […] but after a call to the front desk, they rebooted and it worked fine. Also, my bed didn't adjust, it was extremely hard. Other than the checkin lady, I had wonderful experiences with all the other workers. They remembered me and were wonderful. 더 보기

as the name suggests - its an airport hilton, not an expensive resort....

Before we reached the hotel Brigette at he front desk gave us great directions!! The welcome at the door was marvelous - first time in Atlanta and it was a great experience all around - everyone paid special detail to everything.... will stay again!! Thank YOU!!

I had a nice stay at the Hilton Garden. The rooms were nice and the microwave and mini fridge was handy. The lady two desk clerks at check in and in the morning were helpful and nice. Breakfast MMMM would highly recommend it.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful after the hurricane Irene weekend. Room was quite comfortable, pool was clean. Business center needs more terminals.

The accomodations of the hotel were fine. However, there was a problem with the ventillation system in the restaurant's kitchen and the lobby, bar and dining area were very smokey for two of the three days I was there. The front desk personnel pretended that there was no smoke present but the waitress at the bar explained about the vent problem.

The hotel had beautiful grounds, GREAT customer service, a clean, fresh room, and a great buffet breakfast. I couldn't have been more pleased with the value! And it didn't hurt that the kids loved the indoor pool!

This was a nice and clean hotel, however the front desk was not very efficient of effective. Be warned the pull out in the junior suite is only a twin size. Not good when bringing multiple children. I have never had this happen before, but that left one of our children sleeping in the floor. Requested a pull out and after an hour called back and was […] told none were available. Also needed extra pillows and blankets. My husband had to go get them (after calling down and waiting for a very long time) and then he was told there were no extra pillows available. Not good when you have children that like to sleep with their heads on a pillow (we, of course, gave up two of ours , but think a hotel should be equipped with extra supplies for guests that were booked to the room). On a great note, hotel was convenient and breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very pricey at $12 per person, but if you can get the room with breakfast included it is worth it. 더 보기

The staff was friendly and helpful. They took time to talk and pass on any information. The waitresses were also nice and polite. I would reserve a room again if necessary.

We were running late to the airport and the staff actual got the local police to get us a ride. Very friendly

I stayed in a Hilton Garden in in Rome, Italy at the airport and was pleasantly surprised by the nice accommodations. I was expecting something similar and was VERY disappointed. The only rooms "available" were on the first floor by the fitness center. The room was a very tall concrete cave with blinds that wouldn't close completely (very disconcerting […] on the ground level) and a heat/ac unit that was non-functional upon check-in. They did repair the heat/ac unit but in the meantime, the room was so stale in air it was miserable at 10pm when I checked in. There were other rooms available, because I heard them being offered to others as an "upgrade." So obviously, at the hotels.com price, they were not "available" to me. The neighborhood was not very walkable and sketchy. But it was close and convenient to the ATL airport and the shuttle drivers were great. The restaurant was very limited in it's offerings, again, a far cry from the Italian version which had an impressively full menu. All in all, unimpressed and will not consider this brand...ever again. Should have gone with the Hyatt Place 더 보기

no help at check in. No bellman there and no carts in lobby to carry luggage up

Very late checkin due to flight issues was no problem for the hotel shuttle or front desk. Staff was very professional and courteous. Breakfast buffet was awesome!

The hotel staff was very friendly and hotel rooms were very clean. The surrounding area was not bad their was a bunch of reviews that said the area was bad and worry about your car and personal items but that was not the case. And within ten miles to all the attractions, great hotel over all. Definitely recommend this hotel.
