Beautiful Prague hotel with a history to it!

Awesome location! Probably a better view of Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge than the pricey Four Seasons down the street. Naomi, one of the hotel staff, was spot on in her recommendations for restaurants and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The rooms were spacious and kept as clean as possible. The public spaces were very nice […] as well. The only area that needed work was the enclosed shower stall in our bathroom which had mold, hard to remove without adequate ventilation. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We will stay there again and recommend it to others! 더 보기

Excellent hotel, excellent service in a great location.

This hotel was in an excellent position, close to all the major sights. Our room looked out of the Charles Bridge and the Castle - we couldn't have asked for a more spectacular view. the room facilities were great - a little cupboard kitchen - good large bathroom - very comfortable large bed - two easy chairs and a table. We organised our own breakfasts […] but had one evening meal in the hotel which was good. Close to other restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and their English was excellent. A great hotel with well trained staff to meet my expectations of a 5 Star Hotel.

I picked this hotel because it said they can view the Charles bridge from the room and the view from my room was splendid. I could see the view of the castle and the bridge and is so close. The hotel is in excellent location, charm design with a little kitchen(stove) with all the amendities. The bathroom was big. I love to go back.

Tall ceilings; high-quality, chic decor and furnishings; amazingly spacious 2-room suite with entry hall, bathroom, and separate toilet room, sold as "deluxe suite" but apparently still smaller than other types of suites; very well equipped; one window had a Prague Castle view; absolutely comfortable king bed with canopy and curtains no less; quiet; […] helpful staff; overnight shoe shines; 50 yards from the river; a block from Charles Bridge; a few blocks from the National Theater, Old Town Square, and Wenceslas Square; housekeeping sometimes forgot something but always corrected the error promptly; slightly over our preferred budget but well worth the splurge. If room Internet were wireless, if thermostat settings were easier to understand, if highly modern, adjustable hand-held shower in tub had a somewhat longer glass shield to keep water off bathroom's tile floor, and if suite's attractive parquet floors had a few rugs, it would be virtually perfect. We checked into this hotel after leaving a world class hotel in Berlin. Hotel was certainly clean with four poster beds and good service. It was located by the river in Old Town within an easy walk of almost everything. Would certainly recommend this hotel but I would think at most it should rate 4 stars.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The staff was great, the room was enormous and we couldn't have asked for a better location. You can walk to all of the major sites in Prague and the hotel is only minutes walking distance from old town. We'll certainly be back!!

Nous avons hesite entre les 2 rives pour choisir notre hotel. C etait une deuxieme experience a Prague et notre choix fut des plus judicieux. De par sa situation nous aurions pu croire que les chambres auraient ete bruyantes et bien non. Le service concierge etait impeccable, l hotel plein de charme (c'est bien de retrouver une telle ambiance de temps […] a autre), beau jardin. Sa situation etait particulierement appreciee le soir au retour des sorties. Seuls petits hic: pas de wi-fi dans les chambres (apprecie par le conjoint) et cafe moyen au restaurant. Wunderbare, zentrale Lage bei der Karlsbrücke in schönem palastartigen Gebäude. Liebevolle und kompetente Betreuung; die Damen von der Reception wussten zu allen Anliegen eine Antwort oder einen Tipp. Wir bekamen Upgrade von Zimmer zu Suite und für unsere frisch vermählten Kollegen Willkommens-Sekt. Die Zimmer im Parterre sind eher dunkel, aber die […] Strasse, auf die unsere Fenster gingen, zum Glück eine ruhige Nebenstrasse. Im dazugehörigen Restaurant Amade isst man sehr gut; moderne (nicht so fettlastige) tschechische und internationale Küche. 더 보기

Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet. Vi oppgraderte til liten suite fordi vi ønsket utsikt over elven, og det var det verdt! Nydelig stue, soverom med himmelseng, eget toalett og bad. Liten kjøkkenkrok. Vakker innredning, lukseriøse omgivelser... I en av anbefalingene ble vi oppfordret om å ikke benytte hotellets frokost fordi det var dyrt og dårlig. […] Vi fulgte rådet en dag, men angret på det. Beliggenheten gjorde at vi ruslet over Karlsbroen hver dag.... Anbefaler også å gå på en kirkekonsert! 더 보기

Super "autentisk" hotel med perfekt placering lige midt i den gamle bydel. Alle store seværdigheder kan let nås på fod. Masser af muligheder for aftensmad lige omkring hjørnet. Man kan få morgenmad på hotellet, men det er både dyrt og ikke rigtigt inspirerende – spis heller morgenmaden på Cafe Phoenix 10 meter fra hotellet.

Location is perfect, only walking distances to everything in town. Close to metro station and very good bus connection to the airport. Around the hotel are a lot of caffe shops, restaurants, clubs and shops.

Koselig hotell rett ved karlsbroen, ligger med utsikt mot elven. Kort vei til det meste. Frokosten var det eneste som ikke var tipp topp, så vi valgte å spise ute. Bra service!

A Mamaison szállodalánc ezen tagja annyira elnyerte a tetszésemet, h a következő városlátogató utazásom során is M szállodát fogok keresni bármilyen városról legyen is szó.

Anbefales!!! Et elegant hotell med svært sentral beliggenhet; like ved Karlsbroen. Kort vei til severdigheter, shopping og fine restauranter. Vi hadde en stor suite med 2 separate soverom og flere bad. Flott standard og fantastisk utsikt. Det er deilig når jenter er på tur :-) Super service fra hotellets personale.
