남편과 함께 지중해 크루즈 여행을 한 후에 로마에서 하룻밤을 보냈고, 위치가 좋아서 Palazzo Manfredi를 선택했다. 호텔은 진기하고 고급스러웠다. 직원들은 허리를 숙인채 뒷걸음질로 다녀 특별한 기분을 갖게 해줬다. 호텔은 실질적으로 콜로세움의 반대거리에 위치해있었다. 방에서 콜로세움의 전경을 볼 수 있도록 약간 비싼 방을 선택했다. 정말 감명깊은 전경이었다. 호텔은 약간 가격이 나갔지만 짧은 기간 머물기에는 그만큼 가치가 있었다. 지붕 위에는 환상적인 전경을 볼 수 있는 사랑스런 레스토랑이 있었고 좋은 메뉴가 있었지만, 다시 한번 말하면, 비싸다. 쇼핑 지역에 가기 위해 택시를 타는 것 대신, 보이는 곳으로 걸어갔고 […] 트레비 분수 근처에서 저녁을 먹기 위해 야외 까페와 레스토랑을 선택했다. 로맨틱한 경험을 원한다면, 이 호텔을 진심으로 추천하고싶다. 더 보기

정말 멋진 추억을 갖길 희망했지만 이 호텔은 5성급 호텔과는 거리가 멀었고, 4성급으로도 생각할 수가 없었다. 긴 이야기를 짧게 얘기하자면, 방을 지정해주는 문제로 우리에게 몇가지 속임수를 쓰려고 했고, 외부의 "아파트"를 제공해주려고 하는 등 아주 의심스러웠다. 아파트는 크긴했지만, 여러가지 문제가 있었다. 아침식사는 올 해 먹었던 것 중 가장 좋았지만, 그 것 한가지 뿐이다. "괜찮겠네."라고 생각하며 가지 말길. 의심스러운 곳이었다!!

로마에서 머물렀던 특별한 곳! 환상적인 콜로세움의 낮과 밤의 전경! 호텔 직원들은 아주 친절했습니다. 지하철 역까지 가깝다는 것을 알게 됐고, 로마의 다른지역에도 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다. 머물렀던 방은 길 쪽에 있었고, 조용했습니다. 주변이 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 한가지 문제점은, 화장실이었는데 즉시 해결해줬습니다.

The "apartment suite" as they called it was a joke. We couldn't just sit outside as they had no benches or anything. I was supposed to have 2 rooms one with a king bed and one with a double. We had great expectations of this hotel after reading reviews and seeing some photos online. Palazzo Manfredi exceed those high expectations. The room was beautiful and immaculately maintained. My partner wanted to take the fabulous shower room home with us. Fantastic apartment, fantastic location. We stayed in the annexe apartment with our two young boys which gave them freedom to move around while we were relaxing and close to the main sites, so there wasn't a lot of walking between sites.

The Palazzo Manfredi is a superb hotel, perfect for families traveling with children. We stayed with our two kids , ages 6 and 8, and needed a room large enough to accomodate 4 people. The hotel maintains a suite (really a full-sized apartment) around the corner from the main hotel approximately 3-5 minutes walking distance. The room was fantastic: […] large, spacious and equipped with a washing machine/dryer, full kitchen, pots and pans, refrigerator and freezer and full cutlery and plates, bowls, etc. It was practically like being at home. The flat was large and well kept, with only some minor detractions (for example, the handle of the washing machine was broken, rendering it inoperative). But to complain about this would be silly, as we were not expecting anything close to the level of amenities that were actually provided. The hotel is also very well located, just a few blocks from a metro stop, literally right across the street from the Colosseum and a short walk from the Roman forum and Capitoline Hill. As nice as the room and hotel location are, what was best for us about this hotel were the remarkable staff. The concierge and receptionist were amazing: kind, helpful and extremely attentive. They helped arrange tours, booked restaurant reservations, and even spent the better part of a day trying to arrange a trip for us to Pompeii, including hiring a tour guide, finding transportation to and from the site and providing various alternatives at a range of prices. 더 보기

He took the time to make suggestions and arranged for a birthday cake to be made and for some red roses to arrive. I gave him the ring and he disguised the ring on a separate plate which he explained to my now fiancee that accompaning the ring was a special chocolate sauce. I then did the rest and she said yes :-). Overall I cannot recommend this hotel enough. And please visit the aroma restaurant. It's costly but soooo worth it with a wonderful view of the colliseum.
