Stayed here last week (Jan 2011) Good Service, Clean, Modern rooms with comfortable beds at a price that's surprisingly low for London. Very hard to fault. Air Con a tiny bit too loud?

Modern design hotel overlooking the Thames & Houses of Parliament. Room comfortable with good bathroom & facilities but my room along with others suffered from high noise 'pollution' from the railway tracks into one of London's major terminals. Even though they claim they have turn down service, they just don't. I stayed for 5 nights and it never got done. They also left the dirty linen on the floor TWICE!

A lovely hotel with excellent service., although room cleaning was not done each day until late in the day. Staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel and most attentive and easy to contact. We also attended a dinner dance in the Plaza Suite and we most impressed with the attentive and highly efficient service for such a large group (350 or so). […] Only eat in Chino Latino but that was excellent and again so was the service. Executive Lounge most pleasant and again excellent service. Unmanned during the day but well maintained and delightful. At first seemed lonely location but easy to get to places and 24 hour shop at garage nearby, Vauxhall tube easy walk etc. Pleasant area on way to tube with bars and italian etc restaurants and could sit outside. Did not have time to try any of them. Valet parking v good (£26 per 24 hours but worth it for us) 더 보기

Great location and a great place to stay.

While this hotel is a beautiful hotel, it is not in a very convenient location. To see any of the sights is at least a 15-20 minute walk, and if you have been on your feet walking all day long, a 15-20 minute walk is the last thing you are looking for. The bus stops are outside the hotel, but can honestly say that the buses are not really the way to […] get around London. Any bus to any busy part of the city will be jammed packed with people. Local restaurants are few and far between around this hotel as well, therefore, making grabbing a bite to eat a little harder than would have liked. The concierge was lacking in all departments. We had some questions for them throughout our stay, and I would say 95% of the time they we unable to answer our questions, therefore, leaving us to search out other ways to find the answers. I would highly recommend Park Plaza Riverbank invest in some training for their concierge staff. Guests of the hotel expect certain things out of the concierge staff, and Park Plaza Riverbank concierge staff doesn't have what is expected of them. All in all, it is a very nice, modern hotel, but I would not recommend it. 더 보기

The hotel was excellent, the price was higher that a lot of comparable hotels. The location demands a premium. Our room decor was Danish modern and the bathroom included a separate tub and shower. The door into our room was so peculiar it requires a sentence. It looked like a cross between a walking refrigerator and a maximum security cell. The Main […] restaurant, "Chino Latino" was pricey and the food was sparse. My wife liked it. The cuisine is a mixture of Thai, Japanese, and something else. (I forget) but it wasn't Latin food. The other restaurant which was where we obtained our included breakfast, was buffet style and very decent.. There are several good pubs within walking distance, so Lunch was easy to obtain! 더 보기

Great hotel for anyone doing business along the south bank of the Thames River. Otherwise, keep looking--you will find a better location. Good service and an excellent business center open till 11 PM, seven days a week. Business center staff was helpful and competant. Good mini bar and an all-night room service menu. Room is big by English standards. […] You will either get a room with a spectacular view of the River Thames or an ugly view of the building across the alley. Good breakfast buffet--very reasonably priced by English standards. Decent upscale restaurant in the lobby. Closest tube station is the Vauxhall Station (about 1/4 mile west of the hotel) on the Victoria Line. You are only a few tube stops from Green Park, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus. The tube is definitely the way to get from this hotel to the heart of London. Again, great bang for your buck, but if your business meetings are in north or central London, you will find yourself too far for comfort. Hotel staff was Ok not very cheerful. The room size was fabalous for the price we paid..free wi-fi internet, so bring your laptop. Convenience store right next door to purchase water..etc... Location to the sites are a little far, if you don't mind walking it's ok. closest tube was Westminster but it was closed. Do your research all tubes R not always […] open...buses run until 4am they run all day use them, instead of taxis if you can...Exchange your cash, Euro etc.. in the city and not in the airport you get a better rate. Stayed only one night for a wedding, but had a very enjoyable experience. The view immediately out front of the hotel is not great, but the quality of the hotel is something else. comfortable beds, great location, beautiful hotel and spacious rooms.

The hotel itself is located about 15 mins walk from the London Eye which is perfect as it was one of our destinations. The hotel itself was modern and had a good atmosphere with plenty of staff on the reception and check in areas. Car parking could not be easier as we could pull up to the front of the hotel and unload our luggage. The car then was taken […] to the off site but very close secure parking place by a member of staff, which again was good. The cost was £26.00 for the weekend. But note that it is first come first served regarding parking as they have a limited number of spaces. We where also able to check in a couple of hours earlier as well which again after a longish journey is always a welcome. The rooms themselves where very good, very clean with everything you would expect including a secure safe. The hotel was quiet even though it is on a main road with railway lines at the rear of the building. We where offered a upgrade which was declined and then paid £10 for breakfast each which was very good as you could eat as much as you liked. A full english breakfast was included along with the usual cereals and fruit etc for the more health conscious. 더 보기

Very pleasant experience and a great loacation on the river.

This hotel was situated in a good place and it was easy to get everywhere. Although I had booked a twin room and when I got there I was told there were none available which vexed me, the staff were very accomodating and upgraded me to a suite! The staff are very friendly, the rooms are very nice and the beds comfortable. My only fault would be the room […] service as it was lukewarm and average tasting. Stayed here one night only after driving from Fishguard, must say it will be our last, had a room overlooking train tracks, very noisy, asked to be moved to another room and were waiting half an hour for someone to change us. new room smelled of stale smoke, cleaner woke us up at eight am knocking on the door and entering our room. close to the tube and thames walkway, excellent standard , near the oval

This is a fantastic hotel if all you want is a bit of a treat and want to be out the way of loud traffic but in a still central, beautiful and convenient location with some great restaraunts nearby. Chino Latino is a fantastic place for cocktails and breakfast but i did not try the dinner as it is not my kind of thing.

acceuil très bien, mais j'ai eu une chambre à l'arrière avec beaucoup de bruit des trains et aussi on entend les bruits de couloir

Lo consiglio a tutti!! Hotel rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale!! Vista mozzafiato !! Zona tranquilla ma servita. Se avrò occasione ci tornerò sicuramente .

Bra läge och en av Londons bästa restauranger som man får 25% rabatt på när man bor där. Hotellet är 4 stjärnor och inte mer. Jag kommer att bo där fler gånger.

Fint hotell med god standard. Beliggenheten er litt utenom de mest kjente severdighetene, men bare 10 minutter å gå fra T-bane. Hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening. Nærmeste pub ligger 3 minutter fra hotellet :) Det ligger også et par pubber i området bak hotellet.

Mycket prisvärt hotell nära Vauxhall tunnelbanestation. Fräsht o modernt. Hade något kallt på rummet men det åtgärdades innom 5 minuter från att det anmäldes.

Adoramos o hotel, o quarto é ótimo e com internet disponível. O café da manhã tb é muito bom. Ele fica cerca de 5 minutos andando do metro. A única coisa que não gostamos é q ele fica numa região deserta, sem restaurantes, supermercados, entre outras coisas.

Yleisviihtyvyys 3 yön yöpymisen aikana erittäin hyvä. Henkilökunta erittäin avuliasta ja mukavaa, paria tapausta lukuun ottamatta. Hotellin siisteys kokolattiamattoja lukuun ottamatta hyvä sekä huoneen toimivuus tarkoituksensa mukainen. Huoneemme oli erikoistajous ja tämän tajouksen hintana oli takapihan rumat maisemat sekä junan raiteden niukahko liikenne. […] Henk.koht. se ei juuri menoa haitannut. Aamiainen toimiva ja maistuva, hyvät valikoimat. 15min kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyydestä LondonEye sekä noin 10-15min kävelymatkan päässä metro asemalta. Suosittelen hyvillä mielin muillekkin. 더 보기

Vi var på 5-dagerskurs på Hotell Park Plaza Riverbank og det var utmerket å bo på hotellet. Kurslokalene var bra med passe temperatur. Ikke for kallt som det ofte blir med luftkondisjonering. Hotellrommet var trivelig og det var godt om forvaringsutrymmer. Badet hadde både en romslig dusj og badekar. Treningsrommer var også fint. I nærleken fantes noen […] rimelige restauranter og en matbutikk som solgte ferdige retter og smørrebrød. Utsikten fra hotellrommet var mot en tom bygning og en litt søplete gårdplass. Bak hotellet gikk jernbanen mot Waterloo Station, men med lukket vindu var det ikke forstyrrende. Buss 344 går fra Liverpool Street Station til Hotellet. Busslinjen har 24 timers service. Hôtel récent et très bien situé, à proximité de Westminster (parlement, abbaye). 15 à 20 minutes à pied pour aller jusqu'au London Eye. Préférer les chambres des étages supérieurs pour le calme et la vue. Chambres d'angles face à la Tamise (plus cher de 40 à 50 Livres (pour les suites)). Éviter les chambres arrières qui donne sur le chemin de fer. Si […] vous réserver le petit déjeuner en même temps que la chambre, moins cher mais salle au sous-sol et bondée. Chambres équipée d'un mini bar archi plein, d'une table et d'un fer à repasser, d'un coffre fort. Pratique. La propreté (poussière et taches moquettes) ne correspond pas à nos standard 4 étoiles mais l'ensemble est très satisfaisant. Le personnel prévenant et accommodant. Very well located hotel next to river Thames. Our rooms were not towards riverside, and the view was not so great, but everything else was top notch. Good service and nice rooms. Nice walking distance from westminster, big ben and london eye.

Underbart fint hotell som ligger i gång avstånd till centrum. Ligger precis vid floden och personalen var trevlig.

bonjour, l'hotel park plaza riverbank london est un hotel pas trop mal situé proche du métro et au bord de la tamise mais il ne faut pas s'atendre à faire la fete dans ce quartier qui est mort au plus au point. La grosse déception c'est que notre chambre avait une vue magnifique sur la voie férrée de Londres avec un train qui passe sans mentir toutes […] les 30 secondes, je vous laisse imaginer le bruit. Je trouve cela inadmissible étant donné le prix que nous avons payé notre chambre. De plus personne ne parle un mot de français dans cet hotel. Conclusion, très très déçu... 더 보기

Stayed for four nights at Riverbank Plaza and couldn't be happier. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in London. The only slightly negative thing about the hotel is that there are no tube stations in the immediate area, it's only a 15 minute walk to get to one though so it's not a big […] problem. 더 보기
