2011년12월19일에 대한 "울산/한국"의 세영 공님의 이용 후기호텔 직원들이 친절하고 상냥 했음. 호텔 주위에 편의 시설이 없는 것이 단점이고, 택시 이용도 불편 했으나 숙박에는 문제 없고, 식사도 무료도 제공되었음.

"Nothing like the pictures!"
Where to begin? I booked this hotel for my boyfriend's birthday and because in the pictures it showed the room having tons of space for a party. When I got to the lobby it smelled terrible like some sort of inscents! It gave me a headache not to mention i had to wait about five minutes smalling it because that's how long it took for someone to actually […] come from where ever they were and get me checked in. Then the lady asked for my name and i gave it to her and she couldn't find my reservation paper. I had to repeat my name six times before she found the paper in her right hand. After that I went up to the room to set up and the room was nothing like the pictures online! They were so boxie and cramped! I could've put up with the small space but then my boyfriend had pointed out that there was indeed a hole under the door. I just gave up and check out and stayed at a hotel closer to the boardwalk. The hotel staff had many issues and were less than pleasant. We were given wrong directions several times. Were told we are on the first floor than had to carry a stroller to the second floor. Hotel Review: We got to our room very late in the evening, and it was FREEZING! It was 39 degrees outside and about that inside. It took the heater about 4 hours to actually heat the room. It was like an icebox, we could see our breath when we talked. We posted the do not disturb sign on the door, and every morning the maid would call to ask for room […] cleaning instead of walking up and looking at the do not disturb sign. On check out, the front desk manager stood and watched us remove all of our stuff from the room. When we complained about the calls from the maids he said, " Look here, you need to learn that the economy is bad and they (the maids) are on 1/2days and wanted to know if you need something. "Close to Kemah Boardwalk"
Hotel was fine. Not exceptional, but fine. Don't expect much from the breakfast! There was coffee, dry cereal, juice (not fresh, or even frozen), and 3 muffins! "Very nice hotel and management"
I stayed at the hotel for only one night but it was very nice. The man checking us in did a very good job. Apparently the woman in front of us had a problem but he was able to quickly resolve it and get us checked in.
