호텔 메니나스 (Hotel Meninas) - 마드리드

The hotel is small and stylish. Very close to the city center and the main city highlights. The only two negative comments about it: my room didn't have daily light and wifi didn't work in the room.

Wonderfull placement - very close to everything, small single bed rooms - but nicely decorated, and very clean. Very recommendable

We stayed here on the last leg of our honeymoon for three nights. We loved the location of this hotel - less than a block to the metro and within 5 minutes of several major plazas in Madrid. Our room was clean enough (although there was some graffiti on our wall that they did not completely get out), but we could not keep our windows open very long […] for all of the smoke in the inner "courtyard." We would definitely recommend staying here but ask for an upper floor facing the street (it's quiet) if you are not a fan of smoke. 더 보기

Pros: Great location. Clost to the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. Cons: Room is too dark at night, not enough lighting. Very noisy at night. Woken up to shouting on the street several times in one night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We used Madrid and a base to do some other traveling in Spain and they let us keep our large luggage at the hotel. We returned to the Hotel Meninas for an additional night before returning to the states. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city and close to the Opera Metro station.

Hotel Meninas had attentive personnel. I'd recommend interior rooms since they are quieter. One issue, that of not being able to control the tempturature in ones own room, was not to our liking. The corporation sets the temperature limits. This was the first time we encountered this in comparison with other hotels we stayed at in Spain.

We arrived at Hotel Meninas on a layover with three suitcases. First problem was the six steps leading up to the lobby. There was no one to help with the bags, and had to drag them up the steps. I had booked a junior suite, and it was spacious and a nice modern bathroom, but otherwise basic. The windows in the hotel are old single pane glass. You can […] hear everything outside. About 2:30 AM there were men dragging barrels drown the street, then people fighting, car horns blowing, on and on. We got no sleep. The following morning when I complained the guy at the front desk laughed, and didn't even apologize. We felt shattered after no sleep, and had to then get on an a 11 hour flight. Stay away! 더 보기

Very nice hotel centrally located in Madrid, just off the Opera Metro stop. This was important to us (central location) and main focus on how we picked Hotel Meninas. Meninas ligger bra til i sentrum av Madrid, plaza Isabella II er i gangavstand til de fleste andre og mer populære utelivsstedene, museene, spisestedene og attraksjonene. Som vanlig kreves det ofte tre linjer med Metroen for å komme seg fra flyplassen, men prisforskjellen på Metro og taxi er nesten 1 til 10, så det lønner seg om du ikke har for tung […] bagasje. Hotellin sijainti loistava, mutta yhden hengen huone oli pimeä kanakoppi eikä lattioita oltu siivottu kunnolla, pölyä joka paikassa. Kaikki äänet kuuluivat läpi, hissin ääni, suikun äänet muista huoneista jne... En tiedä, millaisia ovat sitten ko. hotellissa muut huoneet?

The hotel was small and nice, but the TV was broken and nothing was really activley made to fix it....

Hotel Meninas ligger centralt ved Operaen. Det er indrettet moderne, med respekt for den smukke bygning. Værelserne er lyse og velindrettede. Det er det perfekte sted til en ferie i Madrid.

Veldig hyggelig hotell meg perfekt beliggenhet i sentrum av byen. Nyoppusset med lekre rom. Pass bare på at du ikke får rommene mot gaten i de laveste etasjene for de gamle hyggelige vinduene gir ingen lydisolasjon og nattelivet er hektisk.
