I would rate this hotel a 2-3 star but not higher. That being said: our room had a very nice bathroom but little else to feel happy about spending the money on staying in it. I just wish the rest of the hotel, that seems like it has a modern & old world mix of decor giving it a split personality, would match the bathrooms. But, if you like middle of […] the road hotels and feel it's just a place to sleep, you may really like it. If you feel like you want a hotel to look great & be in good repair ie: nice airy, bright/clean room with relatively new carpeting that looks clean/stain free and is unworn enough to walk barefooted on without a second thought, this is not the hotel for you unless they make some changes. My environment, however how temporary, effects me greatly and this hotel depressed me. If it weren't for the nice bathroom I would have said "no way are we staying here" and left. Breakfast in the morning downstairs was ok. Lots of choices but nothing hot except a cappuccino or coffee being offered, as with all Italian hotels we stayed in where breakfasts were included in the room price. The Una Hotel would have been my first choice had it been opened instead of closed for the holidays. 더 보기

Nice hotel that rally deserves the four stars

Nice hotel, the second Real Fini I have stayed at in Modena. This one is closer to the city center, a 15 minute walk. Room was nice and clean, well appointed. The bar provided us with 2 glasses of a nice Cabernet and snacks and the total bill was only 10 Euros. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The only problem was the lack of a restaurant. I had to take a second look at what we were paying, this hotel was that good. A short walk to the center of the old town, handy to highways. Staff was very helpful.

A mixed experience with this hotel. We stayed two nights. On check in the receptionist was very good and helpful. However later we asked the reception where to go to eat as it was sunday night and a lot of restauraunts are normally closed on Sunday. A man on reception directed us to two restauraunts that were closed! The hotel is 1.1 kilometers from […] the entrance to the restricted traffic are of the old city. A taxi is neccessary from the central square cost c 8.50. Breakfast was very poor. On monday morning at 8:45 we were told there were no bread rolls or pastries as "a group had been in before us and eaten them all" there were approx 5 slices of salami and 6 of very plastic ham available. these were replenished just as we left- hardly what one expects from a 4 star hotel. When we commented on this at check out we were told that this was very strange and asked if we wanted to speak to the manager - i didnt bother as we did not even receive an apology! The parking in the garage was 15 euro a night not great value - when we arrived in the garage the attendant came looking for a signature before i had finished parking. He got in the way of me parking! In addition I asked about using the internet on the night before i checked out. The receptionist looked up my room no and offered me 24 hours use for a charge. I was due to check out by at latest 12 hours later! when i declined. I was then offered a special rate for 2 days access! Finally i was offered 1 hours access for a fee. I was left feeling that the hotel was out to make money out of you whatever way they could. The room was dark - panneled in wood. It was a good size and was very clean. One small gripe is that there was no facility to control the air conditioning in the room. Instead you have to contact reception. The bathroom was excellent one of the best I have been in in Italy. Room was quiet as requested. Overall OK hotel, nice touches like bathrobes and slippers etc however I would prefer a good breakf 더 보기

el hotel esta genial, muy acogedor y muy bien situado para llegar al centro andando...volveremos

My second time in this hotel was also a nice experience. Hotel was about to be closed for summer holidays in the next day, so we were the only customers in the whole hotel! Rooms are quite spacious & otherwise okay. Breakfast was served just for us. Good garage and in a walking distance from Modena centre.

Lätt att hitta i utkanten av de gamla delarna av Modena. Personalen hjälpsam.

Tutto benissimo...tranne il "particolare" della colazione...scesi alle 9.30 dalla camera (colazione servita fino alle 10.00) non c'erano posto a sedere ed il buffet era quasi vuoto. Per tutto il resto niente da dire.

Sono stato con la mia ragazza in questo hotel per un weekend di aprile, la tariffa per un sabato sera immagino fosse più bassa di quella standard dato che è un tipico hotel per clientela d'affari. Quindi nel complesso non è certo la pensioncina di charme, manca forse un po' di personalità, ma non è certo brutto, anzi... inoltre offre tutte le comodità […] e un'ottima prima colazione. E' a qualche centinaio di metri dal centro di Modena, comodissimo se si ha l'auto, credo che a piedi ci vogliano 15-20 minuti massimo. Lo consiglio senz'altro. 더 보기

Für längere Aufenthalte vielleicht nicht zu empfehlen, da man ins Zentrum ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß benötigt. (Bushaltestelle wäre aber in der Nähe) Unbewachter Parkplatz vorhanden oder Garage gegen Gebühr. Für uns ideal. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Hotel bellissimo ed ottimo in tutto, dalla pulizia all'atmosfera che si respira per non parlare della disponibilità e gentilezza del personale che ci lavora. Vivamente consigliato.

Oltre a presentare uno staff affidabile e ad una stanza molto confortevole e personalmente di mio gradimento, la colazione a buffet l'ho trovata tra le più buone che io abbia consumato nei miei viaggi.

Prima - prima. Forkæl dig selv og nyd et ophold her. Formidabel service. Vær opmærksom på at hotellet ikke ligger i centrum. Hotellet er placeret ved trafikeret vej - nemt at komme fra og til i bil - P-plads inkluderet i ophold.

La camera, seppur non grandissima, era accogliente e confortevole, molto pulita e profumata, non mancava nulla! Tra l'altro, la mattina successiva, ho trovato il giornale fuori alla porta della stanza! nessuna pecca!
