One of the best hotels we´ve stayed at! Upgraded to a suite with jacuzzi, best breakfast I´ve ever had and the location of the hotel is perfect! The hotel has great atmosphere, and the staff is helpful! We will definitely go back!!

We stayed 6 nights in March 2012 and were very pleased. Our initial room was right off the pool/dining area and lacked privacy. We requested to be moved and the staff happily accomodated the request. The replacement room was far beyond our expectations with a beautiful veranda, a king bed and Jacuzzi tub. The buildings were renovated in the late 1990s […] so no two rooms are alike. There are several spots on the property to hide away and relax. Our accomodation included breakfast which was beautiful - eggs to order, fresh squeezed juice, breads, cheeses etc A few phrases of Turkish would be beneficial as not all staff speak English. I chose this hotel because of the average to good ratings it has on the different travel sites. Now, I don't know if anything changed with the hotel recently or whether I was simply unlucky, but I had an exceptionally bad experience. Just to put it in context: I stayed in three hotels in Antalya during my trip. Two of them I can highly recommend, but […] the Alp Pasa was just terrible. Let me start with a summary of the good. The hotel looks nice from outside nestled into the charming neighborhood of Antalya's old town Kaleici. The breakfast was decent, though the breakfast in the other hotels was better, e.g. no fresh juices, almost no fresh fruits. Now the bad. First of all the room, I decided for a nicer "superior" room with a Jacuzzi for me and my girlfriend. But the room looked like a hostel room (very different from the rooms shown on the Alp Pasa webpage), with walls and cheap built-in closets painted in the same ugly greenish color. The combination with the tiled floor (and no carpets) gave the room a hospital-like feeling. The room had "garden-view", which translated to three small windows facing the hallway and there in particular a smoker's corner and a cutout box, both frequently visited (don't ask me what the stuff was doing in the cutout box). The bathroom had no windows at all, but the promised Jacuzzi: the smallest possible Jacuzzi tub fit under the slope of a staircase. I used it only for shower which I had to take sitting (due to the slope I couldn't stand), hearing the people walking up and down the staircase. The room was clean besides the cockroach I killed in the first night. As bad as the experience with the room was my experience with the stuff. I asked to change the room. The reply was that the only possibility is to take the (I-don't-remember-the-name)-suite for 500EUR/night. Perhaps at that point they were already mad with me because of my girlfriend. We originally wanted to meet in the Alp Pasa and I booked the room for both of us. But due 더 보기

This place is a bit different. Not streamlined and modern but rather personal and historical. Staff are on their toes to make your stay comfortable, but you have to walk in narrow stairs and around odd corners. But that's just a funny bit. Everything is high level when it comes to cleanliness and service. Good breakfast buffe and everything at close […] range in the neighbourhood. Be sure to read about empress Zoe in their leaflet - quite an astounding lady of her time. You might find it difficult to find the entrance, but it's at the corner and behind some plants in pots. In the heart of the old city in Antalya the Hotel Alp Pasa has historic touches and up-to-date amenities, but it is the service that is memorable. Lovely building but reception staff and head waiters brusque unfriendly unhelpful and pushy More junior staff smiley and pleasant e.g. we'd booked one night for me and my wife was to join me on the second night. I asked the evening receptionist repeatedly if we could stay in the same room - told not possible. The next day I asked again and was told […] there was no problem! In the evening we asked for a table in 30 minutes time so that friends could join us. The head waiter insisted we sat down immediately and then repeatedly hassled us to order drinks and food even though our friends had not turned up at the time - it felt so uncomfortable that we left and ate elsewhere 더 보기

Though the room was very small, I recommend this hotel which is right in heart of the old town in Antaliya.

The hotel is very beautiful and it is situated in a very nice neighbourhood (Kaleici). The room is also comfortable and breakfast was good. There was an inconsistent level of service among the hotel staff which I am not sure if it is sometimes due to the language barrier. We had a hard time finding this hotel in our rental car and probably spent about 30 minutes within 1/2 mile of the place (which would have been hours were it not for the intervention of some helpful locals). Once we did find it, we wondered if we were in the wrong place--it seemed far too nice for the rate we had paid! We were given a beautiful room […] (the Sultan Ahmet suite) which was spacious, well-decorated and had a delightful jacuzzi tub. My only gripe was that the overhead light did not work in the bedroom, and the only alternative was a much smaller room. It was worth being in the dark--when we woke up we had a lovely shared patio outside overlooking the pool/courtyard. Breakfast was wonderful and had a variety of cold and hot dishes (including some things that are not available in every buffet). The servers and staff were friendly and charming and breezed from table to table easily conversing in several languages. This seemed to be a popular stop for high-quality package tours. I wished we had another night to spend here, it was very relaxing and they had free valet parking for our rental car. 더 보기

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Alp Pasa hotel over Eid. The bellhop was lovely, the woman at the front desk even better. However, one night my partner and I wanted to cook some fish that we caught on the stove in our room. When I asked at the front desk to borrow a pan for this, the manager (????) was extremely rude to me. So much so that I had […] to stop speaking before I became extremely angry with him. It absolutely ruined my evening and part of the next day. If he had just explained to me kindly why he didn't want me to cook on the stove that was provided, all would have been well, but his attitude stank. (We baked the fish in the oven anyway.) Finally, you have to check the dishes at breakfast very carefully, as many of them are not completely clean. I walked out of the hotel the next morning and found Hadrain's Gate 3 blocks away. The hotel is intimate and a very good value for what I paid for reservations. The tram is within walking distance and costs loss than a dollar. Be sure to see the fountain/light show at night in town square. Atm's work and don't be afraid to bargain. This hotel was ideal for staying in the Old Town, it has been wonderfully restored to a very high standard.

Perfekt beliggenhet midt i gammelbyen Kaleici. Hotellet er en gammel herskapsbolig bygget i osmansk stil for 300 år siden. Hotellet har en fin hage med appelsintrær og et lite basseng. Annonceringen antyder værelser mod havside eller landside. Man forledes til at tro at der er havudsigt. Det er helt ligegyldigt, da hotellet ligger i bymidte og der er 10 minutters gang til vandet/havnen. Hotellets udseende skal også antyde, at der er tale om et osmannisk hus, men teaterkulissen er opført i 1995 - på en grund, hvor der ENGANG stod et […] osmannisk hus. Vi fik desuden af vore mange tyrkiske venner oplyst, at hotellets management er notorisk kendt i Antalyas business life for ikke at ville betale personalet tyrkisk mindsteløn. Alligevel er tjenerne og rengøringspersonalet meget venlige. Mht. maden: store mængder, men frugt er f.eks. helt klart købt billigt ind (plettet og forslået). Hotellets Wi-Fi er mere ude af funktion end fungerende. Min konklusion: Hvis du er til 5-stjernede hoteller, så kig nærmere på de andre 5-stjernede i Antalyas gamle bydel Kaleici - der er nok at vælge imellem i denne prisklasse, og der er helt klart andre der kan levere varen bedre. 더 보기

Kjempekoselig å bo i et 300 år gammelt "kråkeslott"hotell midt inni gamlebyen. Eierne har tatt svært godt vare på dets særpreg og ikke ødelagt inntrykket med noe nymotens innredning. Kommer snart tilbake.

Forferdelig lytt fra gangen, trappen og naborom. Bra beliggenhet i forhold til attraktive områder i Antalya.

Hotellet har et eget særpreg, godt vedlikehold og kan minne litt om et "kråkeslott" med alle bygninger, trapper og måten det er bygget opp på. Rommet var stort og fint (deluxroom). Betjeningen var hyggelig, men alt for stresset. Vi hadde gledet oss til Hamam m/massasje, men de hadde ingen som jobbet der på dette tidspunktet!!! Helt underbart hotell med trevlig personal. Vackra rum och god mat. Ett enda minus - det fanns inget varmvatten så jacuzzin blev inte använd. Återvänder gärna. Perfekt läge i gamla stan.Fina rum. Fick ett med jacussi, trots att vi bara bokat och betalt för ett standardrum. Mycker trappor , ingen hiss, men det störde inte oss. Mysig trädgård runt poolen där vi åt frukost och middag under bar himmel med apelsinträden över våra huvuden. Vi var helnöjda.

Det bästa småhotell jag bott på...och jag har bott

Utrolig trivelig hotell og ikke minst omgivelsene i gamlebyen. Vi er meget fornøyd med oppholdet. Kjempegod service og mat. Rent og pent på rommene. Gammel og erverdig stil. Vil anbefale alle som skal til Antalia å bestille opphold på dette hotellet.

Hotellet er et rigtigt hyggeligt hotel beliggende lige i "smørhullet" Kan varmt anbefales

Saapuessamme yöllä kello 2 aikaan huoneemme ei ollut kunnossa ja jouduimme odottelemaan huoneen laittoa mm.patjan hakua jostain varastosta.Jouduimme lähellä sijaitsevaan karmeaan Ottoman Palacen huoneistoon vaikka olimme varanneet 2 erillistä huonetta (2 aik sekä 1 aik +2 lasta,,14 ja 15 vuotta).Seuraavana pivänä saimme vaihdetuksi erillisiin huoneisiin.Huoneessamme […] haisi viemärille mutta se auttoi kun laitoimme vesilukon täyteen,tämä kaiketi kuuluu hotellin vastuulla.Kylpyhuoneen ovi ei mennyt kiinni,jäi auki 15 cm.Aamiaisella näyttävä buffee mutta todellisuudessa samaa juustomössöö pikkusen eri mausteilla eri astioissa.Ei hedelmiä vesimelonia ja appelsiininpalasia lukuunottamatta.Tupakoisijat suosivat tätä hotellia joten oli vaikea löytää aamiaispöytää minne ei savu olisi tullut-pitäisi kai olla erikseen alue EI tupakoiville.Lähtiessä tilasin laukkujen kantajan hakemaan laukkuja mutta ei näkynyt joten siitäkin piti huomauttaa.Kaiken kaikkiaan , tämä oli 17 kerta Antalyassa ja emme enää milloinkaan mene kyseiseen hotelliin,muuta hotellit missä olemme olleet ovat ehdottomasti parempia kuin tämä.Täällä hinta-laatu suhde EI OLE missään tapauksessa kohdallaan. 더 보기

Hôtel de très grand charme dans une ancienne maison ottomane, très bien mise en valeur et comportant tout le confort. Personnel charmant. Pas très facile d'accès quand on est en voiture... et dommage que le bar-restaurant diffuse de la musique disco un peu fort.

Surprise à notre arrivée quand nous avons compris que l'hôtel n'avait bloqué qu'une chambre pour nous au lieu des 2 réservées! L'accueil était en ébullition. Résultat: Nous avons attéri dans une annexe de l'hôtel à quelques rues, dans des maisons de ville indépendantes, entièrement rénovées et luxueuses: piscine privée, cuisine et salon au RdC et chambres […] sur 2 étages. Petit bémol: nous devions chaque matin rejoindre le patio de l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner où tous les clients de l'hôtel se retrouvaient dans un espace trop petit pour tous. Résultat : la cohue. Comfortable and gentle hotel heart of old town. Our room was spacious and sympathetic.As a rule Ok. But some negative little thing,The internet dosen't work in our room at all,although we were paid it. It works only hotels lobby area and room who located near it. (big part of room situated elsewhere). When we book out,the total sum was wrong,the bill […] included four extra drinks from minibar??, after long debate and many telephone call,they admitted that bill was incorrect. Detta kan jag verkligen rekommendera till andra. Hotellet ligger mitt i gamla stan nära till precis ALLT!! Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam och rummen är väldigt fina. Rekommenderas att ta deras Deluxe rum. Frukosten var också bra, mycket att välja på och gillar man feta ost har man kommit till rätt ställe. Jag har verkligen ingenting att klaga  […] på! 더 보기

Hotel er topp, det er vakkert bygd med delvis gamle murer, delvis glass, tre og stål. Betjening er utmerket og beliggenhet perfekt for vandring i gamlebyen såvel som vandring rundt byen. Det er en byferie hotel, ikke rettet mot barnefamilier som vil til strand fordi gode strander er et stykke under. Mat er nydelig, frisk og utrolig stort buffet til […] hver måltid, min feil var å ikke bestille halv-pensjon! Dessuten er hele gamlebyen fullstendig trygg. L'hôtel est bien situé dans la vieille ville. Le bâtiment est magnifiquement rénové et les chambres sont superbes. Le ptit déj est varié et copieux (mention spéciale aux pancakes !)

Kanske lite svårt att hitta till hotellet bland den gamla stadens vindlande gator. Men väl framme väntar positiva överraskningar. Mysigt, annorlunda, vänligt och prisvärt. Rekommenderas!

I enjoyed my stay at the Alp Pasa, in a quiet room overlooking a cosy old-town lane. 5 minute walk to the harbour, to Hadrians Gate, or the tram stop to the beach. Clean and well serviced room, generous breakfasts.

the location is central and convenient. Arriving on your own transportation is a bit challenging...parking is a pain. The problem with our room (for 3) was a series of stairs getting to the room. If you have knee legs problems make sure you request something on the lower level. The prayers starting at 5 am are an uncomfortable wake up call.....

We visited Antalya as a group of 7 people, plus our baby who is 4 months old :) The location of the hotel is very good. It is within the boundaries of the castle walls (Kaleici). Kaleici is walking distance to downtown Antalya and is also walking distance to the harbor. The hotel is a restoration of an ancient guest house used by Italian traders in […] middle ages. The hotel is fairly clean and the food is good. But beware :) Open buffet does not include drinks at dinner. We had some minor problems and some requests during our stay and all of these were solved by the personnel fairly quickly. Last of all the hotel personnel was very helpful with the needs of our baby. de l'exterrieur l'hotel est beau mais dès l'entré vous etes choquer par la diension de la piscine 2m de large et 3m de long avec 8 transate autour toujours plein. il ya des escalier partout, les chambres sont petites, le jaccusi qui était dansnotre chambre ne fonctionnais pas. le ménage étais tres mal fait.en faite on avait du sable dans la salle de […] bain apres une journé a la mer, on la laisser pour tester le ménage. c'est rester 3 jours.on étais obliger de les appeller pour qui vienne passer l'aspi. la terrasse promis est en faite une terrase partager avec 2 autres chambres.le patron, les responsables ne souris jamais et disent bonjour quand sa les prends. par contre les serveurs sont tres sympatiques et toujours souriant. la plage est a 10 min mais pour la rejoindre il ne faut pas etre fatigué c'est en pente et elle est payante (4 euro par pers). le personnel ne parle pas le français.hotel trop petit et rne convient vraiment pas au enfant. 더 보기

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It has a parking space as well. The only thing which I didn't like was I had to pay for black turkish tea which is served for free in other hotels. But, coffee was free.
