Recently built gym, nice yard. No aircom, only fan. Rooms not sound proofed, be prepared for a lot of noise. Breakfast is OK.

The Jacaranda is an oasis in Nairobi! The polite and helpful service, the friendly staff, the clean and prepared rooms, the buffet breakfast, the top notch spa and gym..we only have great things to say about it. Oh, and the cost is so very reasonable as well! We will only stay HERE our next visit!

I was very disapointed of the service. The staff is not very helpful. The hotel is very small and confusing to go from one roon to another. I would definetly not recommand or stay there again.

nice location, clean rooms; however, breakfast does not include other protein choices apart from beef and pork; internet connection is very expensive Ksh 18,000/24 hours (about USD23.20) yet intermittent.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is comfortable and in a very good location, close to shops, restaurants etc. It can be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights as there is a bar with music just outside. Hotel is very well located but is far too expensive for what it offers in terms of comfort and facilities.

This hotel is easy walking distance to nightlife, shopping and some Nairobi sights. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable.

The hotel is nice, reasonable priced and well located hotel with friendly staff. The noise from the nearby discoteque which earlier reviewers have complained about is only on Fridays and Saturdays and is not as bad as described. Hotel was fine for a 1 night stopover prior to safari pickup. Building works currently taking place, directly behind pool area. Nobody mentioned this previously to us! Food is reasonibly good(had far better during our stay in Kenya). Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine. Price of drinks and food very reasonible. Cet hotel est peut etre bien situè et propre mais il faudrait penser à mettre de la climatisation dans les chambres. J'avais un ventilateur au plafond que je n' i pas pu actionner pour augmenter sa vitesse. J'ai bien suè toutes les 3 nuits!!

Handig gelegen hotel als je niet in het centrum van Nairobi hoeft te zijn. Ligt ook handig t.o.v. winkelcentrum Westlands en alternatieve restaurants. Nadeel: Kamers zijn wat benauwd in deze tijd van het jaar (eind februari) en wat klein door het volumineuze wandmeubel. Prijs aan de stevige kant. Vähän kulunut, ei mikään luksushotelli, mutta ihan ok. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu, kuten Nairobissa yleensäkin. Mukava baari ulkona pihalla ja ihan ok ravintola. Hotelliin kuuluva Pizza Garden on kadun toisella puolella, hyvät pizzat, mutta melko meluisa nuorisopaikka ainakin illalla. Hotelli itse on aidattu, vartioitu ja turvallisen tuntuinen.
