I'll start with my one-and-only complaint. . . The pillows. Way to soft, even after I stacked 2-3 together. My husband said I should have just brought my own. But sometimes I feel like I drag too much stuff to the hotel. so I didn't bring my pillow this time. Other than that it was an outstanding visit!! We travel all over with our daughter who plays […] sports for high school & summer ball. We stay in a LOT of places, so I have a lot to compare to. The things I loved about our stay. . . .it was QUIET!! That is a big factor at other hotels. It was close to the Mall & convenient to restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast was also very good. Loved the variety. Met some new people and ate with them. Your staff was extrememly friendly every time we went in or out of the building. It truly was one of our very best stays in the last 7 years we've been traveling. Will definately stay there again. 더 보기

Best hotel I've stayed in! Everything was great! The staff was very accomodating and friendly, and everything exceeding expectations! I hightly recommend this place!

This hotel was great. The room was immaculate, the continental breakfast was super and the swimming pool was very clean. We did have some problems with our keycard, but to resolve the issue they upgraded our room and gave us 20 dollars off of our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Very nice room. Only negative issue is the toilet needed to be plunged three times during our stay.

Very good room at a decent rate. Going back to Boise in august and will stay there again.

The breakfast was great. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

Here's my list: 1. We arrive at 1 AM after driving for 7 hours. I ask the clerk which is the most convenient door to our 3rd floor room. He told us the west door even though the elevator is in the center of hotel. So its either walk up 3 flights of stairs with all our luggage or back to the center of the hotel where the only elevator is, which is quite […] a hike when you're weighed down with luggage and exhausted. Then he tries to pressure me into filling out a Marriott rewards application at 1AM when I am clearly exhausted! Nice kid but he needed to clue in to the situation better. 2. The bed was horrible. It bouced like a trampoline and was hard. I think I woke up 6 times turning over from the backache. I had just stayed in another Residence Inn that had wonderful beds so I know it wasn't something they all had. 3. Breakfast tasted like it was cooked sometime during the Bush administration, plus the hostess there was apathetic and indifferent. How about a smile at least? 4. The fire alram went off in all the rooms. I can understand if it was a test or something and it went off during the day at least, but the next room said it was the third time they had been through it. 더 보기

This hotel is an easy on and off the freeway. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. I needed an extra room on one night and they were able to arrange the room next door at the same rate. We were in town for a graduation and wedding. Family and friends gathered late one night outside. It was bitter cold outside and the staff located a quite warm area for us to gather so we weren't out […] in the cold. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. My kids loved that they could check out a basketball and play in the courtyard. We would definitely recommend this hotel and consider staying again. 더 보기

The breakfast buffet is very good. The only draw back to our stay is the rooms are a little small. Highly recommended!

Always looking for a good place to stay with the pooches and this was it. Staff was great, room beautiful and next to a field to walk the dogs...also major shopping mall, foods and restaurant.

Really nice breakfast serviced. and there is a kitchen in room. I would stay there again. Freeway noise I had to get used to. Nice pool. Our room was not as clean as I had hoped. Gum on the floor and hair in the bathroom. But I notice everything. Overall comfortable

The price was right and the hotel was excellent.

This is a beautiful and very clean hotel with lovely rooms and a great breakfast. The only down side was our suite was right next to the freeway so the noise from that woke us up very early in the morning. Other than that it was great!
