This exper ience was not a good one. We arrived late and have never had problems getting a rollaway bed before but were told we could not get one - if it had not been a holiday weekend I would have cancelled at that point, worst of all the guy at the hotel did nothing to try to rectify the situation he did not care. Then the hallway to the place smelled […] really bad. The free breakfast was a joke. So glad this was just a one night stop on our way to our holiday vacation. I strongly recommend avoiding this place! A very big disappointment. 더 보기

I can't really say a whole lot about this hotel. My family and I only stayed there one night while traveling to Gatlinburg,TN. It was in a good location, just off main interstate. It was nice that there was a McDonalds next door. It was good for the price.

Motel was ok, all surfaces sticky, in-room coffee never replaced, beds only made once, towels never replaced. Map of motel location given by Hotels.com was incorrect, took an hour to find after calling motel.

Everything was perfect. Very nice motel.

As stated by other travelers, the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The room had a musty odor, but lowering the AC helped that. The room was clean, the area was quiet. Worth the money. Warning: located in a dry county!

Don't even know where to begin. When we arrived it was 90 degrees and none of the air in the rooms was on. Beds were like rocks. Bathtub had dirty footprints in it. "Breakfast" was stale bread/bagels and a "wafflemaker" that the waffles stuck to and had to be pried off. Stay elsewhere.

This hotel was OK for the price but I would not stay there again.The hallways smelled of stale smoke.The rooms were not very clean and very outdated.There was no one at the front desk as we we checked out. It is in a parking lot of a truck stop.All in all stay away.

Room was horroble-furniture scuffed up. Someone kept us up all night on floor above us. Won't use again!

The location was good with resturants nearby and shopping. We were surprised that my husband could not get his wheelchair around in the room but they did tell us they did not have handicap accessible rooms. However, they did have handicap signs on some of the room doors on our floor. For the money (except for the small room) we believe we got a reasonable […] enough deal. - We also smelt cigarette smoke strongly in the hallway. We won't stay there again because of non-accessibility and smoke in hallway. However, the breakfast was nice, the service and friendliness of staff was good, the room was clean & sheets nice. Didn't like mattresses-too soft. It was obvious the hotel was old from wear in the bathroom sink and carpet, but clean. Everything worked well and I requested a refrigerator in room and it was there. It isn't the Ritz, but for what you are paying, this is a nice hotel. The room was clean, though the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke (what are you going to do, it's the South). It's in a safe and convenient location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast as well.

we stayed one night with our two young kids. We were traveling until midnight and check-in was easy. The continental breakfast was good.
