실카 시뷰 호텔 (Silka Seaview Hotel) - 주룽

저렴한 금액에 깔끔한 시설로 잘 이용하고 왔습니다. 침사추이에서 걸어오려면 약간 거리가 있지만(약 20~30분) 일단 익숙해지고 나면 가격대비 짱이지요~^^~

역근처에 위치한 호텔로 교통편을 편리하였다. 방 역시 깨끗하였고 고층이라 야경또한 좋았다. 하지만 조금 불편했던 점은 처음 생각과 달리 크기가 좀 작았고 욕실의 크기 또한 작았다는 점이다. 혼자 묵는 방으로는 추천하고 싶지만 커플들이 묵을만한 방으로는 추천하고 싶지 않다.

위치는 아주 좋으나 방은 완전 재팬스타일 작다는 말이죠 여행자를 위한 방입니다 연인은 비추 친구끼리나 혼자 오신분은 좋을 듯 저렴하고 작고 ㅋㅋㅋ 이 표현이 딱입니다

위치는 그냥저냥입니다 좋지도 나쁘지도않은 그정도?? 역에서 진짜 5분거리이구요.. 청결도 서비스 다 만족할만합니다.. 다만 엄청 좁습니다 어지간한 원룸보다도 좁죠.. 하지만 호텔에서 죽치고있을꺼 아니잖아요.. 여행갔으니 구경하러다닐꺼잖아요.. 제가볼때 가격대비로는 정말 최고인듯합니다

위치괜찮아요. 객식이 작지만. 잠만자고 바로나가니깐요. 비지니스호텔입니다. 엘레베이터는 혼잡해서 불편했어요. 시간잘못걸리면 내려가기힘들어요. 짐도 잘맡아주고요. 짐맡기면 언제찾냐고물어보구 티켓끊어줘요. 가방찾을때보니 엄청 튼튼하게 잠궈뒀더라구요. 그리고 입구로비 공사중입니다. 뒷편으로 돌아가세요. 6월초에서 6월중순인가 말인가까지 공사 합니다. 기억이 안나네요. 디파짓300홍콩달러입니다. 전 카드쓰기싫어서 현금으로 했어요.

비수기에 다녀와서 나름 싼 가격에 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 직원 친절도와 관련 나쁜 후기를 많이 봤는데 웃지 않을 뿐, 요구하는 건 다 들어줍니다.(콘센트, 짐보관..) 예산이 좀 넉넉하신 분은 돈 더 들여 침사추이나 센트럴쪽 추천해요. 이동시간 무시못다고 은근히 택시 많이 타게 됩니다. 객실은 좁지만 있을꺼 다있고 깨끗합니다. 에어컨도 빵빵하고 뜨거운 물 나오구요 ~

방상태도 너무 깨끗해서 만족했구요 다만 위치가 조금 만족스럽진 못했지만 야우마테이 역에서는 가까워서 좋았습니다.

The room is small but convenience, they charge to use WiFi, that's bad for today's travellers.

The location is excellent, very close to bus stop for airport shuttle, and other public transportation. The place seems newly renovated and clean. The room is small , but clean, quiet and with good AC. The staff is generally nice. Quality of service is generally ok.

Location is central Kowloon. Far from the shopping and busy streets of Tsim Sha Tsui, though proximate to the bargain mecca streets like Temple. Rooms were small yet the beds are comfortable. The hotel has pros and cons. It is convenient, newly renovated, clean, reasonably good service, and at a good price. However, I am 5'10" and I found the bed not long enough. My room is at the end of the corridor and I have no internet service even though I paid HKD100 for a 24 hours internet service. The hotel silka sea view in Hongkong would be a best option if your working on a limited budget but is looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel, however the staff are not so well trained to work under pressure.

staffs are careless, without carefully checking the room after I cheched out. staffs questioned me about a missing TV remote stand right at the front door of the hotel in front of a group of people while I had a plane to catch in 2 hours. They believed I took it. After I requested to double check the room again, they found the stand in the room. As […] soon as the staff confirmed on the walkie talkie; he walked away immediately without showing any apologize or offer any help because of the mistake they made which delay us getting to the ariport. The staffs are not well trained, they didn't concern our feelingand how they treated us. It was a bad experience staying in Silka Seaview Hotel. Cheap compared to many other options in HK/Kowloon. Well located, right off Nathan Road, next to Tin Hau temple and the Temple Street night market. Near the Yau Ma Tei MTR (subway station), which made it fairly easy to get to from the airport. The district, away from the glitzier tourist spots, is safe but well-worn. The hotel room is really really small, (maybe 8m2 of space) but comfortable & clean. Good location & 3 min walk to nearest Yaw Mah Tei MTR(trains),, basically located along the Temple street night market. 3 STAR ***

Only stayed overnight- ideal for overnight stay. Very small rooms, but not a problem for short stay.

the location is quite good which is close to Yau Ma Tei MTR station, room is small but renovated, clean and comfort. really recommand to people who just stay in HongKong for short period.

The hotel was fine and convenient. The shuttle to the Kowloon airport station doesn't start unitl 8:00 a.m but a taxi ride is only 20 HK$. Close to the night market and not too far from the subway station. Internet surcharge was $30 HK for one hour. Staff was friendly and helpful. Small room was clean and comfortable.

My family and I stayed in that hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. we liked it, in fact, my husband told me that when he comes back to hongkong, he will stay there again. The hotel is very accessible to resto, mtr, walking distance to the ferry terminal, parks and downtowns. we really loved it, the staff are accommodating and friendly.

We found the hotel to be adequate for our stay. The room was clean and was cleaned everyday. Located only a few minutes from nearest train station.

The hotel room was a bit small but otherwise perfect location to yau ma tei subway and nathan roads . Air-conditioning was superb after spending all day in the humid weather.

Don't expect luxury, big rooms and fabulous service but if you are there to see the sights, shop at the markets and eat out - and what else would you be in Hong Kong for?, this is a good hotel in Kowloon for the price. Its just enough for two person per room, cosy.. But, if you are planning for a shopping trip, be forewarn there won't be enough space to put two luggage comfortly, less alone the shopping bags you come back with nightly. Location wise, its quite convenient, but seriously you won't walk to mongkok(where most shoppings are done), you will take the mtr, […] which is some distance away from the hotel. The one bad thing about the room i stayed (1309) was, the aircon blasted as if it's running on cemtralised air con, the coldness was unbearable that we gotta switch on and off the aircon to warm up the place. We were too lazy to asl for a change of room because that means we gotta shift all our luggages amd shopping bags here and there. At any price, this hotel is totally unacceptable. Only if you are a college student looking for a place to lay your head. The only good thing about the hotel is that is next to the Temple Street Night Market and that is not what it used to be and can be covered in 15 minutes. The rooms are tiny, old, and uncomfortable. No desk space. The bathrooms […] are tiny with very little water pressure. The toilets do not flush properly...I will leave that to your imagination ! The front desk is manned by one person who is so slow that you should make an appointment. I use you 5-6 times per year and am a "Five Star" client. You should drop this hotel from your inventory. The room was very small, but not as small as another hotel in Kowloon I stayed at. The shower was small, but big enough to use. I had to leave the hotel at 5 am to go to the airport (before the subway opens) and there was a cab waiting there outside the hotel. Within a block I saw several other available cabs, so you should have no problem getting one […] in the early hours. The room we were given was TINY!!! Literally no space to accommodate your luggage. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but there was no space at all! The water pressure in the shower was very good though. But again, NO SPACE! We walked around and to our dismay, saw very dirty streets behind the hotel. Dorsset was clean,comfortable and the price good.

Hotel staffs are not friendly at all. With hotels.com booking, they also verified that I have already prepaid fully the amount of my entire stay. On top of this, they required a 300HKD deposit with not receipt provided (I didnt know I should be given one). I have decided to use the wifi service and called reception from my room, only to have them say […] I must personally go down and sign for the password. Apparently they cannot release pw to the convenience and comfort of its stayers even though we have a deposit left there that was way sufficient for 3 full days of wifi service. Upon checking-out the staff requested me to produce my deposit receipt which I was not given and his word of reply is , "you must have it." He made me sign on another paper to have a match on the signatures before having return the deposit to me. Otherwise I guess I would have a greater difficulty to getting my 300HKD back then. I tried to explain to them about the hassle of going down for the pw, and they didnt want to do more to accomodate its stayers. my 2nd major issue with the hotel: the TV signals were not good and we were watching visuals with no sound half of the time. I never had such problems with other hotels I stayed with last time. I guess at the end of a long day, we could care less about asking maintenance to come fix it, if it was a technical error with our TV set. overall, i wouldnt come back to stay again. The Hotel staff was pleasant, the room was clean, small but for the price who cares. The Hotel was conveniently located, neighborhood was OK for Hong Kong. Their were no problems and the conceiger was helpful with bus tips.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. The hotel is just behind temple street and is very convenient, is only 5 minutes (or even shorter if you walk faster) to MTR station YauMaTei. If you are the kind of traveler that would rather spend their hard earned money on adventures instead of high end pricey hotel rooms than this may be the place for you. However, if having a large room with a huge bathroom is high on your list you better go make your reservation at the McHilton. This place is close to Temple Street market and the Ladies […] Market. Walk to the MTR or even the M-21 bus to the airport on Nathan Road. The room was super clean. Bad part: like every hotel in China you have top listen to those stupid door lock alarms from everyone on your floor coming and going. Also, in Asia no matter what time it is people communicate by yelling at eachother as loud as they can so you get to enjoy that while you are trying to sleep as well. If this hotel could charge for the air you breath while staying there they would. The wi-fi signal was available but it was pricey in 30 minute increments. For a nice breakfast I suggest bypassing the 19th floor here, unless it is included, and walking to the Casa (hotel) cafe down Nathan Road for an awesome $ low hkd breakfast. The location was great to get to everything. But the rooms are too small and have very little closet space.

Most of the positive, and some of the negative reviews i read i would agree with. Though I think people need to remember what they are paying, and overall this property is fine. The location is very good near the Yua Mai Tai subway. If coming to the hotel this way you need to take exit c and walk two blocks along Nathan Rd. and then turn right down […] Public Square street. Then go straight a short way crossing two lanes, its right on the corner of the second lane. If using the Airbus, get off at stop nine, if going back to the airport via the Airbus, it is very convenient as the outbound stop is even closer to the hotel. The staff comments are accurate, they are efficient enough, but not friendly and dont smile. As you come and go throughout the day they dont acknowledge you or smile.If not checking people in or out, just stand around talking. Even the bell boy/concierge, just looks down at his desk the whole time,or laughs with someone on the phone. The nicest staff member was the young guy in the breakast room (HK $55). More on this later. The room is small but that is to be expected. I am 193cm and my feet hung out over the end of the bed, touching the wall in fact. Bathroom equally squishy, have to dry yourself off in a controlled fashion to avoid hitting all the walls. But water pressure is good and the water is hot. Shampoo and bath gel provided, as well as a gel dispenser in the shower itself. So that was a bit odd, bath gel, no bath, and a body wash dispenser already in place. Toothbrushes and paste, comb also provided, but no bottled drinking water. Unlike Japan, Taiwan and China that usually provide two bottles per room. Though i think they boil the kettle for you as drinking water, as mine was still hot and full. The decor was fresh and newish, creating a clean feel. Though there were quite a few hairs floating around the floor, overall cleanliness was good. If you have a tight budget and love convenience, this is a great place to stay.
